Anyone having an issue with their zenMiner controller not operating correctly, we're having a lot of success by having customers download and re-flash the latest image to the SD card.

The image can be found here -> https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5NwyWqMWtbhMlVvTVpTbE5xcEE/edit?usp=sharing

And steps to flash it can be found here -> https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UilAJ3wMOgoHFqz9e1zhOvz79KQDascYaC6Aq3sbmqg/edit?usp=sharing

If you need additional support, don't hesitate to email support@zenminer.com but PLEASE include the following information:

zenMiner.com Login Name
zenMiner.com Registered Email Address
Your original 4 digit activation PIN
Your outward facing IP address. https://www.google.com/#q=what+is+my+ip

when would i need to pay the $2800?

After there are 400 units reserved. If reservation isn't met I will return you the reservation fee.

thanks for the lightning quick response

just some clarification if you dont mind

so if by june 5 you collect 400 reservations i would get request/instructions/whatever for the full payment

is that immediately, what is the deadline for the actual payment?

what if you collect 400 reservations but some people dont pay, is the group buy still valid?

what if you collect 400 reservations but they decide to not make the sp15, i guess thats a possibility too?

Hi Guys,

Just a reminder, you can return your miner for any reason for a full refund. This will last 14 days after your delivery date

why isnt this posted on the website

page not found http://www.gawminers.com/shipping-returns/

Looks like they fixed it.  Thanks GAW!

yep that was quick

507  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: GAWMiners.com - NEXT GEN ASIC on: May 28, 2014, 04:44:13 PM
thats fine, what im trying to underline here is the profit margin must be high on the miners, if they can afford to give it as a gift at cost of $69.

Reactor is that you?

Brand new account. Posting every 2 minutes. Constant criticism. The symptoms are all there!

could you please take a minute off your witchunt and answer the question in post 2210
508  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: GAWMiners.com - NEXT GEN ASIC on: May 28, 2014, 03:55:35 PM
you maybe right, but the way i see is the zen controller is selling for $69, this was original included in the $149 fury
so now if i was to buy it im $69 less off, why not reduce the miner and give me the option to purchase the controller later.

if i was to get the same package it will be $149 + $69 = $218
so with out reducing the price of the fury, you are in fact increasing the price?

That was a promo. We purchased a bunch from ZenMiner and gave them out as a promotion. That promotion is now over

are you going to ship zenminer with week 3 fury

i ordered before you even announced zenminer

can anyone give me an idea what the shipping cost to usa is

dont see that on the website

thanks

Everytime the mining profits go down the price of KHS goes down too.  This way the payback time remains the same but I lose my investment.

less profit per khs means less demand and lower price

there is nothing wrong with that and should be considered before investing
511  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: GAWMiners.com - THE BIG GUN - 100 MH Scrypt Miner! $11,999.95 on: May 19, 2014, 05:32:14 PM
some of you complain a lot, for the price paid $59, I have no complaints.

The rust and dusts are only cosmetic. If they work what is the problem?

If you have any broken untis, I'll be happy to take them off your hands and repair them myself, it isn't rocket science.

why are we discussing the gridseeds? on to the furys,  black widow and the big guns.  Grin

selling used stuff as new is illegal in most jusirdictions that have some sort of consumer protection laws

no one is going to sue gaw for sixty bucks but i'm just answering your question "what is the problem" with it
512  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: GAWMiners.com - THE BIG GUN - 100 MH Scrypt Miner! $11,999.95 on: May 19, 2014, 03:51:55 PM
I contacted support about the used Gridseeds I received from GAW and they seem completely caught by surprise about this.  3 out of the last 4 Gridseeds I received are used.

Support (request # 10134 with photos) told me that they buy all of their Gridseeds directly from Gridseed and they don't sell used Gridseeds.  Somehow used Gridseeds got introduced in the supply chain because there is no doubt that these are used.  One was so dirty that I got dirt on my hands from just handling it.

Will you give a $10 store credit per used Gridseed to the customers that got used equipment instead of the expected new equipment?

Also, will you be selling used equipment going forward as hosting customers upgrade to new equipment?

definitely used

my 10 pack had dust under the fan fins exactly like my own miners running for 1-2 months

one miner had the heatsink loose and heatsink screws rattling around in the box
513  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: GAWMiners.com - THE WAR MACHINE 54 MH Scrypt Miner! $5,899.95 on: May 15, 2014, 07:48:15 PM
because a lot of haters have come here and said that GAW was probably paying us...

we're not haters we just haven't been paid

My friend bought a A2 from Zoomhash and it should be here next week.  I'm setting it up for him.  Hope it works out for him and hope he gets his ROI back.  He want to buy more if they work good.  I'll review the box after I get it running for a few days.

same units as gawminers - different coloring and lettering.

Smiley

a2 is inosilicon 28 nm available now

its not the same

gaw and hashra are peddling zeus hardware which is 55nm and not available now

but the a2 is way expensive...

how does that make them "same units as gawminers - different coloring and lettering" ??

are you saying that this box : http://zoomhash.com/collections/top-sellers/products/the-dragon-128-chips-2-blades-27mh-s-650w

has a2 boards?

where did i say that ??

a2 is the one that has a2 in the title

So there is noway ATM if we do this upgrade to Widow that it can be hosted?  The only option is to have it shipped?

there is a potential solution for the hosting issue

pm if interested - dont want to hijack the thread

Mining profit in scrypt.cc getting lower. Does it explain the price of KHS going down too?

you wouldnt know that by looking at their site would you

i mean the lack of any historic data or charts its ridiculous
519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: I don't get it, which scrypt ASIC can you buy right now? on: May 03, 2014, 10:37:47 PM
the original question asked, never really got answered

does anyone have these in hand now, working,

if so which

i find it hard to believe these units were developed

the cost of asic development is very very high

the price of scrypt 1024 coins is no where near enough to really trigger the market,

i guess it is not imossible

seems crazy

the only one thats currently available is gridseed 5.2mhs blade or 0.3mhs heatsink

it works fine but is overpriced and wont pay off

everything else you can see is just hype

nothing else except gridseed has been shipped and tested yet
520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: I don't get it, which scrypt ASIC can you buy right now? on: May 02, 2014, 11:47:57 PM
hashra units are very similar permance wise to what inosilicon resellers are selling here in the forums and are more expensive

so probably based on innosillicon too edit - its zeus hardware and will be outdated by the time they ship

i think ill pass and wait for price/mhs to drop to knc level and see if its still worth it
