501  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think ? Is this an opportunity to get in or get out on: May 20, 2019, 03:59:19 PM
Sometimes some people just want to get a momentary advantage. So when market prices rise, they immediately sell their assets. For myself, I am optimistic that in the long term it will be better than now.

And some of them will buy back after selling their assets especially when there is a correction. Frankly, people have various types of trading / investment methods. Some can patiently wait for the next bull, but others prefer to trade in the short term.
502  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What causes a person to become intensely addicted to gambling? on: May 20, 2019, 02:27:41 PM
Other than greed, it's that insatiable desire to win that leads them to addiction. People also do not like losing, so there is always that tendency to come back and gamble to take back what they've lost.
Yes,greed towards making easy money made someone to gamble but keeping the betting streak made someone to addicted which caused from recovering the lost amount on bets or some other reasons.

There are various reasons why people are addicted to gambling. Some for economic reasons and some are lulled by the pleasure they get during the game. But mostly, people are addicted because of the wrong mindset when gambling. They believe that every opportunity that exists can change their destiny. From poor to get rich instantly. Therefore they keep gambling or even use many other ways to get money just to fullfil their mindset in regards with gambling.
503  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hope I can still ride the bull. on: May 20, 2019, 12:19:53 PM
Although binance has been hacked, it does not reduce the trust of the traders towards it and still makes binance one of the favorite exchanges, it is caused by a team of professional binaries so that they still get a lot of trust from the users.

That's the good news, binance is able to move quickly to anticipate all possible issues that may occur due to the hack things. Binance, right now, is still good and as usual, when we are finished with our trading session on any platform, it would be nice if we withdraw and save our money in our own wallet. The price of bitcoin shows a good sign and it indeed brings more enthusiasm for traders. It is never too late to invest in bitcoin.
504  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 BITSLER.com 🔥 CASHBACK 🌟 NEW LEVELS 🌟 NEW RANKS🌟 CHEST PRIZES OF $35,000 💰 on: May 19, 2019, 08:32:55 PM
About the contest, what you really need to have is only luck and some bankroll that enough to cover some lose here, without those thing I do not think it is going to work even for other site. Is there any skill included when you gamble cara, dice or multicolor? There is none needed, only luck is everything on gambling

And about yahoo management, you should never doubt anymore, he is very competent and able to manage everything pretty good, so you should never doubt his service Smiley
I agreed with you, on the contest and luck required to win the contest. Contest's participants should not expect too much that they will obviously win, and will win big. Win (if occurs) is a big fun, and bring winners money, but it should only be considered as a funny money. If participants expect too much, they might turn into dissapointments if they lose the contest later. There are not too many old gambling sites that launched years ago, and still survived over many crashes of both crypto market, and bitcoin. So, Bitsler actually has performed excellently over its long history. The November this year will mark the 4 year birthday of Bitsler.

It would be better to focus on our game rather than pursuing the requirements to win the contest. Therefore, if we are lucky enough, we can win our game and be able to enter to the contest leaderboard. The VIP program will indeed be good for players because they have another chance to try their luck. An example for that is the cashback reward that will give users a portion of their lost money back to their balance. I would prefer to treat the contest as a side benefit that we can get during our game.
505  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Avoid trading unless you are sure of what you do on: May 19, 2019, 03:28:07 PM
Actually, knowing what to do isn't just the best thing to do. Even you're a newbie, you can trade. Just know the necessary actions to put your orders of course. There is a thing we call beginners luck. With this, beginners got to have wins even though they are just beginners.

But actually, that beginner's luck doesn't work at all times. We are from the beginners, too. We hastily trades without thinking before. We learn by mistakes and that makes us to be eager to learn more. We are now an experienced trader who don't enter trades without basis. Relying on luck will not make us as a succer trader.

Lol. It's foolish to rely on anything about luck. I don't believe in beginner's luck myself. I call it coinsidence. And if a beginner isn't careful and responsible enough to make the proper preparations, it's almost an automatic loss. Also, not being sure of what to do makes you prone to committing newbie mistakes that borders on emotions. Preparation is always better than luck.

While doing anything, including trading, we have to have plans to achieve. We can't just trade carelessly without a plan when we will take the profits. For newbies, they can start with small amount first and gradually increase the amount as soon as they get enough experiences.
506  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Nobody wins in gambling anyway on: May 19, 2019, 02:20:19 PM
We are living in the world of illusions. You seemed 20% as a good enough chances to take some profit, but that's is just an illusion. The right thing you said, the house gave you 20% and for itself stayed 80%. You simply were hooked on the illusion that you have good chances for win.
That is happening everywhere in our life, not just gambling. Due to illusions of fast and easy wealthing we got used and manipulated.
The manipulator always wins. It's up to you to give him to manipulate or not.
Greed allow the house to manipulate us but when we use gambling for entertainment then we are not going to get worried about gambling losses,we will just have the feeling of well spend money for our luck test.

That is the hardest part to maintain, the ability to keep gambling as an entertainment purpose. Because our mood can change at any time. But yes, if we treat gambling as our main activity, the end result could be very bad. However, there are indeed gambling games that are unfair especially games being held by strangers in a crowd that usually only last for a few days or a few weeks. So, although if we gamble just for pleasure, we shouldn't gamble carelessly.
507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Instant withdrawal form betting site on: May 18, 2019, 10:33:07 PM
I'd rather choose legit sites than rush into the hands of a fast withdrawal that might turn out as scam later on.

It's easy to find a legit sites these days because they know they can make money from the gamblers, if they will scam, they won't enjoy their profitability which will help them grow their business even bigger. Instant withdrawal is important, IMO as a gambler, I love to see my money right away after I win and since we are in the crypto space, everything is fast, so they should also compete. If other sites does have instant withdrawal features, I don't others cannot.

AFaik, most casinos will apply instant withdrawals especially for withdrawals with relatively small amounts of money. As for the big ones, there might be a slight delay due to security reasons. But certainly, we still need confirmation from the network before our money goes into our wallet.
508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you are regretting not encashing read this ' on: May 18, 2019, 08:29:54 PM
Not all the time the price is in a steady movement upwards there is this case when the price suddenly went down and that is volatility for you But even though the price is in a declining state there is still a chance of coming back up you just have to believe and have faith in what can bitcoin do, And in the past the movement is always like this, Bitcoin is the same back then and right now it is really unpredictable and if you have less patient in waiting then you lose everything.

Yes, prices will not run in just one direction. Up and down is very common but it seems, for the long-term trend, it looks like the signal showed a sign of an increase. So, when a correction occurs, that will be a good time to start to jump into the market.
509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What importance is kyc In gambling section on: May 18, 2019, 04:56:20 PM
Know your customer (kyc) is one security measure I support and do not hesitate to fill-in all my kyc required details. KYc is being used by exchanges, ico project some bounty managers etc.
But is kyc really needed in gambling section. I experienced a very hectic kyc procedure when trying to register onto a gambling site with them telling me they would get back to me after some day so I wonder what if I got a pressing game I needed to play immediately.
In my own opinion kyc is not of major importance in gambling section. What do you guys think

Yes, kyc in gambling site shouldn't obliged unless there is bad behaviour being done by user. I think, if a casino will ask for kyc at the beginning just before we make a deposit, such casino won't get many active users.
510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 51btc won in a day on: May 18, 2019, 02:40:38 PM
Look at the amount of bitcoin he wagered though. Sure winning 51 bitcoin’s is amazing & well done to him but if he continues to make bets like that soon enough he will lose a lot.

High risk takers could get high rewards. But yes, if he continued to gamble with what he has done, he could lost it all in just a moment. I ever witnessed a guy who already win more than 100 bitcoin in the past on the same site, but finally that guy lost his winning money plus his entire balance. Gambling is about luck and it won't come too often! I wish he stops while ahead.
511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to make profit from a dice game? Have any unique strategy? on: May 16, 2019, 09:16:11 PM
Not possible to make profit from dice game in a daily basis because the house edge.
Its not about the house edge i think because you can still adjust it higher so that you can increase your chances of winning  . it is possible to make daily profits that way but greed is your biggest enemy ,  greed can turn the tides

For dice games my only strategy is martingale since this is the most popular strategy for every kind of dice game .  i also use this strategy on hi/lo game but i think martingale method can also be use on any kinds of gambling  .

To gain profit in daily basis through gambling means we will play the game over and over again. This habit for sure will bring us to the bad situation where we can't handle it anymore. Gambling with any strategies could give us profit at some points, but if we never satisfied and intend to do it regularly, we could end up badly. Winning in gambling can be temporarily if we are too greedy, while loss will be hard to be chased since it needs another good amount of money from our own wallet to try to get it back.
512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Confidence in Cryptocurrency on: May 16, 2019, 07:22:57 PM
I have tried to ask myself this question many times: What can be done to restore and foster investors' confidence in cryptocurrency?
There have been several incidences, most especially as regards the issues of hack of exchanges and several other forms of stolen funds, which has in turn cause down trend at some points in the crypto space.
These incidences have made a lot of people to be at their wit ends, not knowing what to do.

If I should ask everyone what can be done to foster confidence, we will all have different things to say. Nonetheless, suggestions are welcome, but before that, I just feel that regulation is part of the main language that can restore.
Aside that, if exchanges have not started the process of insuring the funds on users on their platform, it will be good they start that.

Exchange sites need to strengthen their security systems especially in terms of the security of customers' money. If this can be corrected and hacking cases of exchange sites decreases, it will certainly help to increase investor confidence.
513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you find Success in Gambling? on: May 16, 2019, 05:41:34 PM
The most important thing is to be careful and prudent, it is so easy to become addicted. For that reason I find gambling more like fun rather than way of become rich and successful

There will time when we will face a situation that can change our view in regards with gambling especially when we have a financial problem. Since we are familiar with gambling, the chance to turn gambling into a way to solve financial problems may exist at some points. We may find the best time during our gambling habits, but it can't be said as success unless we stop gambling completely after we won the game.
514  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do Not be Greedy on: May 16, 2019, 04:41:30 PM
The crypto market especially altcoins can make you rich very fast but it can also make you poor real quick. Last year I started to became more contented and realistic that 10% above is already a very good profit. I only hold few long term coins now like bitcoin and ethereum.

Getting some profits, 10% for example, is already good and most of the time I will sell my coins whenever I got such profit. And then I will wait for some time to start buying again, especially when prices move down.
515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 alternative coins to invest now for 2020 on: May 16, 2019, 03:19:29 PM
I already have enough bitcoin but I want to expend my asset holdings into Altcoin. Now I'm a newbie and have no experience but that doesn't mean i will jump right into buying your suggested coins. I will do more research but I need guidance on the coins to look into that's why I started this thread. I'm interested in privacy, gambling and currency coins

I'll be spending more time on the alternative board now, hope I'm welcome.

Bitcoin itself is a coin that is good enough to hold but if you want to expand to alts then I would recommend you to buy ethereum or litecoin. The two alts in my opinion are pretty good for the future.
516  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The only safe haven currency is Bitcoin on: May 16, 2019, 02:19:45 PM
Bitcoin has been confirmed as the best safe haven currency in the world with the following reasons.

1) If they is a military war, someone can easily move out of their respective country with Bitcoin. Cash, gold, silver is much harder to deal on.

2) The only one Currency not controlled by a government or bank.

3) I will have to ask a general question? Why many governments are classing Bitcoin as a property & not a Currency.

My advice is keep buying Bitcoin and don't look back. Also don't forget LTC.

Crypto currencies provide convenience in many ways, especially when we deal on transactions with people who are outside our country. Crypto currencies make transactions between countries simpler.
517  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you think so please stop! on: May 15, 2019, 10:11:38 PM
Just so you know that we have short and long term trading.

Perhaps, short term trader did that and long term traders are usually holders.

Therefore I don't see any wrong if people will convert it to fiat and besides we don't know at what price they entered. What if they're already fine with the profit they got and want to be on a safe side. Thus, they can still buy again when it dump, that's the usual thing for a trader though.

We all have difference preference, so no need to rant.

In terms of crypto investment, it's free for people to do what they want. We can become short-term traders or become long-term investors. To be honest, both parties have their respective roles for the continuity of the crypto currency.
518  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin has reached 8000$, then what? on: May 15, 2019, 06:16:34 PM
I hope that this is a sign for a long-term uptrend. Of course a slight decline will often be seen and that can be an opportunity for short-term traders. I think the price of 10k usd could be achieved in the next few weeks if nothing gets in the way
519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Care of security and don't store your coins on exchanges! on: May 15, 2019, 04:09:45 PM
The truth is that no one is safe from hack in crypto, even those that use wallet that they own private key still get hacked. At this point I don't support storing funds on exchanges but no wallet is safe from hackers.

Yes, nothing is risk free. Saving in our own wallet can indeed be hacked too, but we are the person who must be responsible for our own property. Whereas if we store it in exchange, we entrust the security of our assets to other parties. And exchange is more vulnerable to hack attempts. That is why it would be better to store our money on a place where we are the only person who have full control over it.
520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which factors influence your decision of choosing an online crypto casino? on: May 15, 2019, 02:57:38 PM
The duration of how long the casino has been operated and how crowded the casino is, are the first two things that mostly will be my consideration. If the casino has been operating for more than a year and many people still visit it, I think the casino is good enough as our gambling destination.
