501  Economy / Speculation / Re: Summary Present Day > July 2022 on: November 22, 2018, 04:42:39 PM
Going to 422 now, probably ETF trigger beginning of december. Some alts are also undervalued so majority of gains should be there. This rally will last until february.

Let me understand: you are saying that ETF will be approved at the beginning of December and the general market will reach $ 422bn until about February, with the bitcoin going towards $ 14,000, as you indicated here

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php? topic=5044830.msg46562328#msg46562328

Then you think that the whole market and Bitcoin pulls back again and heavily up to about $ 60 billion of the market and $ 2700 for Bitcoin, as you wrote here

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5041293.msg48050281#msg48050281

Did I understand your analysis / forecast?
Do you have any models or indicators you need to affirm these things?
502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | STRATIS | The first blockchain developed for businesses |Full POS on: November 22, 2018, 12:25:02 PM

Today Stratis hit a good price thredshould to enter. I'm waiting a little more because I think market is not still so stable.

Oh, really, what makes you feel that the market is not so stable? LoL.

Jokes apart, there are fears of Bitcoin capitulating further and should this unfold then the bloodbath would get worse for every coin. I've been buying Stratis' dops for a while but now I've decided to stay on hold.

This is the fear now: Bitcoin has finished going down? Where will it stop? and where will all the other coin arrive?

See Stratis, one of the best projects and teams out there losing so much, as if it were any shitcoin, makes us reflect on the madness of this "little uncontrollable carousel".

Stratis yesterday reached around 15000sat, the price for March 2017; as if in these 18 months there had been no progress, agreements, developments .... all burned.

I really do not know what to think  Huh
503  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: BITCOIN PUMP! on: November 22, 2018, 02:11:33 AM

504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Metaverse|decentralised open platform of digital assets & digital identity on: November 22, 2018, 01:05:19 AM
Hey everyone,

why is ETP dumping harder than the rest of the market? What happend?
Nice dump. Almost 100 million washed out from etp in a 2 days. Although that's no surprise lately.

I believe it is simply a profit taking of some great whale; in the end metaverse has gone from 8000sat in June to about 60000sat in September, a constant and continuous growth of almost 700%, and this while bitcoin and the whole market lost between 10% and 50%.

At the moment I would not worry a lot, hoping that we have reached the bottom at the general market level  Wink
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★DigiByte|极特币★★[DGB]✔ Core v6.16.5.1 - DigiShield, DigiSpeed, Segwit on: November 22, 2018, 12:42:49 AM
100 sat is very low, but looks like bear market is not over yet

i feel sad i bought to early, was waiting for that fall but higher my buy price at it was not coming
again i did not had enough patience

Yea, I think a lot of us bought high and sold too soon but, for a long time there, there wasn't any real price movement. I have been holding DGB since it was announced. Sold some, bought some back, but have always held a fair amount because I believe in the project and people behind it. It's hard  to watch it go down but, it's great to watch it go up!

Our time will come I'm sure...

This is also a good strategy; sell a part of the coins, but not all, to buy back lower and increase more and more.
I doubt it will come to 100sat but if it really arrives then it is really worthwhile to make a big expense  Wink

Its very simple. If BTC continues to drop. So will DGB. Its not rocket science. Learn how btc trades and you will know dgb. Only thing that can change that relationship is news related rises, independent of BTC.

Find out how Btc works and find out how the whole market works; everything runs and revolves around King Bitcoin .... unfortunately!
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency is gradually spreading on: November 21, 2018, 11:35:08 PM
Indeed, electronic money is affecting quite widely in many countries around the world. In my country, electronic money is advertised extensively. I am in college and our school regularly hosts blockchain technology seminars for students. This shows that the impact of electronic money is on the increase and in the future, blockchain technology will be developed and widely disseminated.

In Japan and above all China is now widespread, and also in many northern European states, but the real leap for a real and broad mass adoption will occur only when the big banks and global institutions will regulate the sector with laws, taxes and taxes; from there will be born custody accounts crypto as today there are securities deposit accounts, will open mutual funds, pension funds, etc.

Only then will we see crypto spread everywhere and we can pay coffee or ice cream with them.
507  Local / Mining (Italiano) / Re: Futuri miner e mancata convenienza nell'investimento.... on: November 21, 2018, 05:32:55 PM

https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty

Riciao!!

508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [RPX] Red Pulse Token – Next Generation Intelligence and Content Ecosystem on: November 21, 2018, 02:02:50 PM
Neon wallets already have ledger support. If you want to keep your PHX there you can use ledger, but I don't think the website will integrate with ledger.

They are not going to make own blockchain? Nep5 tokens are not stable, as Neo have different errors very often... And how their tokens using here?

I'm not worried about NEO, I'm sure the existing problems will be solved soon and therefore I have no problem if RedPulse remains a NEP-5 token. Much better than every project starts his own Blockchain - in my opinion.

I also hope that the Neo team will solve the problems quickly, because all this in the long run enormously hurts Neo itself and then all the connected tokens, including Red Pulse; as long as you do not have stable and reliable portfolios, the big investors and financiers remain to observe.

I guess its too early to tell what will be the outcome of this project since its still in development though I hope they could post project updates in order to excite the community. Imho.
Just yesterday was a message from founder in the italian channel.
MTV hired another 6 developers on the team. Multiversum gets stronger:)
https://t.me/MultiversumItaliaUfficiale/778

That is good news! But maybe they could post some links of latest news on this thread from time to time to keep the community updated all the time and hopefully it will be in English. Smiley
I agree, like many others projects mtv had forgotten about bitcointalk.
By the way mtv was listed at the Swap.online exchange.
Never used it before, so I can't say a word about it.

Wow! That is great news! But I was wondering if it is a strategic decision to list it another exchange when volume is not that big enough because of the current airdrop implementation?  I mean it would be more ideal if it will be listed later on a much bigger exchange. Imho.

It is useless to look for other exchanges when the market passes through these phases of prolonged and generalized decline; it is useless to look for other exchanges if the volumes are low in the exchanges where it is quoted; it is useless to look for other exchanges when at the moment we already have a Top10 exchange (IDAX).

When the team and the dev will complete the roadmap and release the mainet in Q1 2019, the volumes and prices will certainly increase, so it will be time to find more exchanges to increase visibility.

Honestly I'm pleasantly surprised to enter after several months (since last June) in my wallet to check Credits and find it almost at the same price Vs Bitcoin and even higher against Ethereum; for me, I bought it with Eth is nice  Grin

This means that the team is working really well and keeping the promises r and respecting the roadmap!
511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] | Introducing ELASTOS | Future of Decentralized Internet on: November 21, 2018, 10:38:44 AM
There could be a lot of turbulence and pressure on sale on Elastos in the coming weeks, especially on November 5 and 20, due to the early release of the Tokens.
The circulation supply will increase from around 7,7 million to over 13 million, after 20 November.

It will be very interesting to see the reaction in prices, because it could really present an unrepeatable opportunity.

As I had thought last month, my concerns were correct and yesterday 20 November, when the token was released, a real drop in prices occurred; opportunity really greedy for those who want to increase its ELA or who was following and had recently discovered this project.

Elastos new website is live! New blog is now the official platform for all Elastos news. Head over to Elastos homepage and explore all the new features

We hope this can help in part to raise prices and give confidence to users  Wink
512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] ICON - Interchain Blockchain Network / Hyperconnect the World! on: November 20, 2018, 05:44:02 PM
This is terrible to watch people who were holding they coins over the year and decided to sell now at huge losses... Cool
Many of them are likely still ahead because they got in early. But for those of us who got in late, it really sucks. Some of us are now realizing the mistake we made getting involved.

See coins like ICON sunk in this way simply because the whole market goes down is meaningless, and you want to buy again and again; the problem and my fear is that the market and bitcoin has not yet finished falling, so it is likely that all the coins and tokens have not yet touched their bottom.

When it will be convenient to buy hands down, as if there were no tomorrow, and keep still there for 3-4 years, and then enjoy the next bull run.

514  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: BITCOIN PUMP! on: November 18, 2018, 11:19:54 PM

When you buy the stock, market makers buy the equivalent amount of cryptos – according to the distribution – and send it to a custodian for safe keeping.

https://www.trustnodes.com/2018/11/17/switzerland-green-lights-worlds-first-crypto-etf-to-be-listed-next-week

Meanwhile, both Stellar and his "big sister" Ripple are about to break their respective resistance upwards, both with good volumes for several days.
Stellar that finally passed the 4400 satoshi while Ripple broke the 9000 satoshi; we hope that both, with the coming week and the new transfers that will flow in the exchanges from Monday, can accelerate further upwards and retest their Ath.

517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: STABLECOIN: comparison and opportunities on: November 17, 2018, 02:03:42 AM
But now there are too many stablecoins and I think this market is more extreme. There will be battles between whales and they will make the market always fluctuate. We should be careful when the market has too many stablecoins. That would be a good foundation for more whales to manipulate.

I do not think it's dangerous to have more stablecoin and I do not believe whales manipulate the market. Having more stablecoin is an opportunity for all of us users and for the market in general; the more choice there is, the more there will be growth and evolution!
It was also like that for Bitcoin; for years the only coin and blockchain of the market, or almost, and nobody was interested and noticed, but when the offer has expanded and many other coins and blockchains were born, we had the market boom, reaching almost 1 trillion $ at the end of 2017.

More stablecoin will be born ---- more users will be attracted to the new market ---- plus prices will grow when the whole market recovers.

First of all, you need to understand, he doesn't believe in future of tokens that's why he did an act to harm the project. 520  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2018 Cryptocurrency Crash (Elliott Wave) on: November 16, 2018, 10:03:11 AM
The final and total analysis is the one that counts from the count Elliot of OP, and he has indicated several times around 1000 $ as the final target of Bitcoin in 2020.

"Final and total" heh.. I hope you understand he didn't get this $1000 target figure from the Elliot Waves analysis.

He actually got that number by combining two sources - (a) the fact that a "typical" bubble of an ordinary asset loses about 90-95% of value (5% of 20K is 1K); and (b) he believes Bitcoin is an ordinary overvalued asset, which just got through its first serious bubble condition. If we take those two presumptions, we get the 1K target (though by some reason OP liked to talk about $500-800 target too, but that doesn't like to fit with any theory, and is probably just reflects his preferences).

However, there are many people here (including me) who do not share his point (b). That's the main reason of arguments here (your friends call it "hating" and somehow you feel a need to defend OP from the nasty "haters").

As I don't share his point (b), to me $1000 figure seems to be too low... if Bitcoin reaches $1000 again, it could be a point of no return and it could happen only in case of a extremely serious problem comparing to catastrophe (serious bug in the code, Satoshi moving his funds, quantum computing suddenly making all current cryptography useless, or similar). Based on previous bubbles, if nothing like that happens, this bear market has to end between 3K and 4K, spending the most time moving around $4K, with few short dumps to around 3K. By the way, 3.1K is where the current weekly MA200 resides, and breaking below that is highly undesirable for anyone who believes in Bitcoin's future and understands markets a little bit.

There is an interesting article published just before this last dump: https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-price-is-charting-this-death-cross-for-first-time-since-2014
This guy predicted the dump just before it actually happened. Look at parallels with 2014. If we apply them, we are now moving into the "despair" state of 2015, where we got two bottoms with about 50% of price of the state where the cross happened - so around 3K more or less.

Sorry I have no graphs to make my assumptions look more "scientific" and convincing to people who like graphs... You can draw them in you head, as I do Smiley.
No beautiful Fibonacci numbers too  Sad Wink I believe they are useful to short term traders mainly, who need exact numbers to day-trade... I prefer long-term - its far less stressful, and allows to stay cool and calm.

1) OP author has never said he hopes and wants Bitcoin at $ 1000!

2) Author OP has always expressed his opinion and vision, right or wrong that it is!
There are hundreds of users in here saying Eth at $ 10,000 for the end of 2018, or Xrp for $ 10, etc. what's the problem? I express and say what I want, and if you do not like it, do not read and go further.
You do not share his analysis, for your studies and your reasons, and that's okay because there is still respect in your comments; what bothers me is the irony and free attacks brought by other users.
To constructively criticize is good for everyone; attacking and mocking is stupid and hurts, everyone!
P.S. thanks for the article

3) I do not defend OP but I defend the right to analysis and study that he carries on, with passion and dedication, with changes and improvements.
He does not have a channel where we are paying for his signals and services; if we do not like it, we can ignore it and move on to something else!
