There's no shortage of offensive material out there, if you look hard enough. And no matter how civil you intend to be someone will be offended by something you say or do. It's unavoidable.
Something specific about Arab culture which many Americans find curious; it is offensive to show the bottom of your shoes to someone. So if you are sitting with your legs crossed, who ever happens to be in direct line-of-sight of the bottom of your shoes may take offense.

so you telling me you are buying from him if i dont tagged him as scam?
Reading comprehension isn't your strong suit, huh?

You and your BS. I already SS our PM.
I'm not going to defend Vinsin. He readily admits to trading in accounts, and I don't trust account sellers. Even if they have no ill intent themselves, they are promoting and enabling those who may have nefarious intentions. But, in Vinsin's defense he's always been upfront about his dealings in accounts, it's his business of choice around here. Scamming folks wouldn't be good for business, at least not for very long. I agree with tmfp, your "evidence" that Vinsin scammed you is quite thin. I'd guess it's another scammer who's using Vinsin's reputation as an account seller to lure suckers. Again, just a guess. Can you tell us how you initiated communication with the person who scammed you?

The ignore feature is worthless. If I used it every time it's warranted, what would I do for entertainment?

I'm wondering how many of you folks have the Show untrusted feedback by default feature turned on.
I have it turned on, I want to see what feedback has been left by the folks who are not DT or listed on my custom trust. It's surprising what you can learn. I don't have any specific examples at the moment, but I seem to recall there was a highly ranked member who used his position to take advantage of newer members who were not on DT, and thus avoided getting red tagged for some time.
How would you folks feel about applying a score for untrusted feedback if it was only visible on the user's trust wall?
|
|
|
Did you buy or hack this account?
I bought it and I told you this more than once Lol! Why did you buy an account with red trust? The only thing wrong with your trust rating is that there wasn't enough of it. But that's been RECTified now.

Hi.i need small loan I dont have collatéral but i need small loan for buy my trust on bitcointalk
One doesn't buy trust, it's earned, and besides newbies asking for a no-collateral loan will get free trust. http://archive.fo/wKVW8#selection-489.0-489.76

The title of your thread is Abuse of DT power, yet you have made no reference to any abuse in your post. In fact, your post seems to corroborate the reviews left by DT members. If you continue to list projects on your website that turn out to be scams, expect even more DT members to leave negative reviews. If you want to fix this issue spend more time researching the projects before listing them on your website. i call abusing the reason they could tell us about scam project , if we don't remove than they give red trust I see, DT members are abusing you by not doing your research for you. Of course!

and please fix your ratings on xitrum (i have no idea who is this user) but if you look closer to the topic, it says: Re: Sell google cloud 300$ trial accounts
Forgive me for not understanding your (and xitrum's) English. I understand now, and I've removed my review of xitrum. Not that it matters much, I'm not DT2. Xitrum really needs to convince Lauda, which shouldn't be too hard now that things have been cleared up.

It looks like I managed to stab a couple of users. Foxpup is obviously easy prey.
I didn't make the list, but I've plunged the knife in your back 32 times.

I feel sorry for Foxpup, he's been back-stabbed so much he holds three of the top 5 positions.
Foxpup holds 4 out of 5, theymos backstabbed him too (knife in the other direction). At position 3375, Foxpup backstabbed krishnapramod! I stand corrected. @Foxpup, with friends like yours...

no need of proof, look of the subjects of their replies.
Yes, in this case i can confirm luno is a sold account, someone wanted to sell it to me but i didnt accepted due to the lack of posts
I don't think xitrum is disputing whether Luno is or is not a sold account. Xitrum is claiming that he sold a google cloud account to Luno, not a bitcointalk account. If that's true, I will remove my negative feedback for xitrum. Who was it that offered to sell you the Luno account?

Hey, Lenders stop taking account as collateral otherwise you will be tagged.
Vinsin pointed out a situation where you took control of an account to increase your chances of repayment and the whole transaction was out in the open, transparent for to the whole community to see. I have no objection to a lender operating as you have. I do object to the use of the word "collateral" in such a situation. Collateral implies value, and in order for the account to have monetary value it would need to be sold to compensate for a defaulted loan. I think we all agree that selling accounts is a shady practice. As long as the lender doesn't see the account as having any monetary value and only uses it as leverage to increase his chances of getting repaid, I don't see anything wrong with the practice.

i sell account google cloud for him ! and he sell in bitcointalk but he don't pay for me ! i don't sell account bitcointalk ! why report me ?
@xitrum, I'm sorry if I jumped to the conclusion that you sold a bitcointalk account. If the account you sold was a google cloud account that wasn't clear in your post, and you didn't leave a reference link in your review of Luno. Can you prove the account you sold was a google cloud account, and not a bitcointalk account? If you can, I'll remove my rating.
