Is this the same guy ?  https://whoisology.com/email/archive_8/jon.montroll@coldrack.com   ??  it can't be that hard to find him if he works for this company?

Yes but the English version on the document itself is misleading.  anyway, distractions..

Has anyone heard anything from FC or can some of the board members/whales share any more information?   I'm just a small shareholder but it would be nice to know which way things are headed, holding my shares regardless. It's been a gamble for so long now it doesn't matter anymore.

I'll send the address that finds this one a tip  Grin  38 hours!!

I just did a translate of the Chinese version of the text and it says "Large quantities of fixed two million dollars"  so it looks like a translation error.

Am I reading that right?  It's either $1.25 per chip, or pay $200,000,000 and save $0.26 per chip?

This dodgy auction https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=932445.msg10252285#msg10252285  was probably a final push for getting as much coin as possible before the exit.    Now we're getting fed bullshit from a number of other users as a cover up.

Finally got my X3 delivered today.. Beautiful gear, such a shame about the delay.  Is it me or is the BA site down for quite a while?
528  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: November 02, 2014, 02:03:49 AM
I just got my X1's finally on Friday.  I like the build quality of the units, and the touch screen and wifi has actually come in handy so I am impressed by the thinking that's gone into them.

I'm disappointed by the delays which have let BA down so badly, as it makes the devices unprofitable out of the box.  I hope they will compensate us asap with a higher quality hash board for each unit, eg a 14nm chip based one (a pipedream at the moment I know) that plugs into these boxes as it would be a shame to let them go to waste so soon.

Bahahaha, yes well it's probably closer to the truth than we realise.    Zum is probably the alter ego of that guy Darian that was scamming people with magic supplies all those eons ago.

When will this be completed?  When will my orders be sent?  It's been almost a year now. How did you expect this to have come together in February?  Are we getting some 14nm chips in these for compensation?
531  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: September 04, 2014, 01:36:53 PM

Yeah right.. lying thieves!!

But wait, there's more!

http://www.blackarrowsoftware.com/store/14nm-bitcoin-asic-announcement.html

So ... do we get some free units of these for our trouble??  We paid "helped" to pay for this development after all.....

0 Watts = 0 GHs =  Infinite inefficiency    Tongue

534  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: August 17, 2014, 02:35:22 PM

Lets pay them a visit, who's keen?  F**cskng bastards!!
535  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: August 12, 2014, 11:04:02 AM
I just can't believe how many BTC we've all missed out on because of the delays since Feb, and how we've been strung along endlessly. Most likely I will never see any miners or in fact anything from them.
536  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: August 12, 2014, 10:12:40 AM
X1s arrived today with LCDs.
Running is my quickly setup chrome browser, next firmware/software update will bundle it all nicely together. Otherwise its a full android 4.2.2 machine with ethernet.
Came with power cord?

I doubt it, the battery icon is reading 75%.

Ahahahaha that's really funny... did they tape a tablet into it and forgot to plug it in???
537  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: August 07, 2014, 06:57:08 AM
Hey it's Thursday (again)... WTF is happening, where are the miners, why do you keep lying to us about shipping dates?
538  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: July 29, 2014, 12:41:36 PM
Sorry if this has been asked before, is there a point for a non US based shareholder to provide details to the investigators?  Or can they force the company to buy back all the shares at say IPO price and shareholders will get some re-reimbursement this way (prob a best case scenario)?
539  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 16, 2014, 11:11:50 AM
At least BFL started blogging the order dates they were up to..
540  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 07, 2014, 10:12:37 PM
Thanks Marto, do you know why BA is stalling?

Why would the designer of the chips not be able to get them running?  They MUST have had their customer hosting datacenter packed to the brim with gear for months and self-mining the crap out of it while telling us lie after lie?
