CROWN and PIVX would make good additions. CROWN is an application platform, and PIVX is the first 100% Proof of Stake implementation of Zero Coin.
Also if you want passive income, have a look at master node coins and the economics of CRAVE in terms of having the output of master nodes make brand new master nodes in a reasonable amount of time because there's only 500 coins needed.

PIVX, CROWN and LSK are my main coins on Bittrex

Check out masternode coins / Proof of Stake coins instead, you can run the nodes or wallets on any regular PC with a good internet connection. For a list of coins check out https://masternodes.pro/

PIVX - Private currency coin with Zero Coin anonymity - the first 100% Proof of Stake coin with this feature.
CRAVE - Awesome masternode coin with Dark Send and high ongoing passive income.
CROWN - Unique application licencing and payment coin with masternodes and soon to have "system nodes" that run apps.

|
|
You could try running some masternodes instead, check out Crave - it's got a low entry point, good returns and a VPS node is pretty easy to setup. You can get masternode rewards and stake any excess coins for ongoing income.

Actually very happy to see very high quality proposals making it to the governance network and being voted in. This superblock nearly 40k CRW will be distributed to 15 proposals. One of the last proposal is a full time PR manager Joe, who is taking over Crown PR and marketing as we speak. A lot of new ambassadors worldwide getting funded, good progress on that front Follow the proposal system here: https://crown.today/proposalsThese updates are great and I'm looking forward to running a few of the new system nodes as soon as the software is ready. The link to the current doc on the left of the proposal site seems to be broken?

Thanks for the link, it's good that info is being put out about it. However the worry I have (and DRPD in a post earlier) that this bit: If you are seeing (or not) a smaller count than you should have in your wallet head over to the privacy tab and you will find the lost amount allocated here as “unconfirmed.” They will be available to you as soon as the developers release an updated wallet version. ... is not true in my case, all the TXs are confirmed, and 2K has just "gone". Now SevenHacks in the slack channel says the new version will fix this, so it will be ok I hope..

I'm still missing 2K zPiv even after 860 confirmations of all the zPiv Accumulator TXs.. Yeah not super awesome that it auto triggered everyone's wallets at once without clear info about what was happening. Hope it gets resolved soon.

Check out masternode coins on https://masternodes.pro/ - they are great long term investments with passive income potential.

CRAVE and PIVX are my top choices for 100% proof of stake coins, there's many others though.

Getting an error in the Crave wallet for my MN... Alias MN01 Failed to start masternode. Error: could not allocate vin any ideas? The MN is only a few days old got a couple payments on 10/13 and then got 4 on the 14th but nothing the last 2 days. thanks
Have you unlocked your wallet prior to starting the masternode?

The problem is you're limited by the country you're in as to what easy options you've got re cash/internet money transfers. In most places BTC is the entry point, and once you have that, you can trade anywhere in the world with nearly no friction.

Have a look at https://masternodes.pro/ - that's a site I go to often to learn about new coins that generate a passive income stream. It lists all the important info in each panel and ranks by an attribute of the user's choice. Very helpful for choosing good investments.

YES! Get some CRAVE or other masternode coins listed on https://masternodes.pro/ (the site is being revamped, maybe bookmark it and check back on occasion, always something new going on) - there's amazing opportunities to get some REALLY CHEAP passive income streams right now! You'll dig it, these coins are great and not many people seem to have cottoned onto them yet.. There's articles around about it eg: https://www.investitin.com/masternode/

Checkout high staking return coins or masternode coins instead, no gear to buy, no excessive energy use.. Just passive income via crypto.. It's cool, don't know why more people aren't getting into it.

^ It's not about "weak" hands. It's about money. If it's going down to $150, why hold on to it at $300? Keep the money on the side lines and get double BCH instead of one but I gladly will promise to hold on to my BCH if you donate me 1 2 3 or more BCH. *lol* I implied that the accumulation stage has not started, yet. I see a consolidation trend with BTC/BCH market, over the past couple of days. I speculate that we are still in the distribution phase. So the right move is to distribute your BCH to someone else. (ie treat it like a cheap whore. ) I agree with the distribution phase idea, and wonder what the low price point will be when it's done...

yes it's going to be another rollercoaster ride.. Got some BTC sidelined for cheap entry into moar Alts
|
|
|
LISK is awesome, one of the few non-masternode coins I'm truly excited about (I do lots of JS work). I'm sure it will do well too, and around 80K is where I'd think about buying more.
|
|
|
Look into masternode coins.. Sorely underrepresented here in these lists.. Why don't people like getting a return for holding onto their coins? I don't know..
|
|
|
I sold most of my BTC to Alts because of the lure of passive income via PIVX masternodes. I've diversified since, but still pretty comfortable holding all these Alts even tho they are down a bit.. The reason is I can make more of them in the time that I'm holding, which reduces the risk overall.
Also I think masternode coins will see a bit more interest as more people catch on to how cool it is to be able to spend cryptos without worrying about not having any more, cos you keep the collateral and spend the outputs.
Just like mining, except without the gear or energy wastage.. Yay!!
