How does it differ from Bitmessage? (Not that if it doesn't, that would be a bad thing at all as Bitmessage is considered very secure.) My understanding is that the messages are passed to everyone, but only the person with the key will be able to open it. So the vendor will not need to be online all the time to receive the message. Yes the message is distributed across the network so there is no indication of who has sent a message to whom. It expires after two days if not read. This is going to become unmanageable after we have enough users. It could also allow a malicious actor to jam up the network by sending bulk garbage messages to an offline wallet, that all the online wallets will have to bruit around for 2 days. Maybe a better system would be instead of the message going to all addresses, it only goes to wallets that share a particular substring. Let's say your intended recipient is Shadowcash address Sabcdefghi...... Your message would go out to any address containing the string "abc". Being it would go out to the same people every time you still couldn't tell who sent a message to whom even after repeated messages. Damn that's clever! |

Ok, so I love the concept of SDC. It has great promise! However whats up with the Paper wallet on the SDC page??? I transfered all my funds from the exchange and now I have no way to get them out!
Is there a way to import my paper wallet into the Shadow desktop wallet??? Any help is appreciated, seems its impossible to find an answer to that question and feel my funds are hostage to this paper wallet.

There should be a private key on the paper wallet that you can load into the software wallet using the importprivkey command in the wallet console. There is a console, wow that needs to be better documented. Great project, but there needs to be one page with most of the information on all these wonderful apps and how to use them!!! Thanks man! Trading fiat involves banks and regulations. It would require us to collect information about our users and submit suspicious activity reports to the governmen.t We are simple unwilling to comply with any regulation. We are looking into starting a darknet localbitcoins clone. Users could then buy bitcoin and potentially other altcoins from local dealers in a city nearby. I understand that fiat/btc trading is important to you but our priority is privacy first, we wont do anything if it degrades the economic freedom and liberty our customers can depend on us for. No problem, thanks for the response, back in the day we used to buy them via western union im sure there is someone on the DW that still offers this service. looking forward to using your exchange, and thanks again. |

I agree the devs have been quiet as fuck, but do you really think dumping down to 1k really helps my god, pull your fucking sell orders people are you really that desperate for money?
talk about weak hands.
i have been in crypto since 2011 and never seen weaker hands it's pathetic.
a whale could come along and pump this or the devs could drop a bomb shell.
and the community has dumped down to 1k unfucking believable.
Let's watch first if they show up with another buy-back. People are really frustrated here. well it's a bit late sorry, if the devs didn't fuck the coin by taking off and leaving. the community did by dumping it down to 1k and scaring any future investors away with nothing but bitching and moaning, i have been in plenty of projects where devs rarely post, because they are developing!!! If the devs make a buyback tomorrow and announce release of market. your all going to look and feel stupid. devs are here to develop not chat. |

yup. we should be worth x10 WTF is going on in crypto crap space ? jebus H christ this is blatant price manipulation… end of. Doesn't matter. There's a saying in sport, you can have the best team on paper, you can be superior in every category, but you still have to play the game. Right now Shadow has done everything but play and win the game, and until the market is released, functioning, and registering completed sales the game has yet to be played. Nothing we can do about it so there's nothing to complain about. If the price is indeed going to skyrocket it doesn't matter if it happens today, next month, or next year. Consider these low prices an opportunity for you to get more, that's all. IMO we are so lucky i have been holding since august I'm not complaining, even though We have best team best tech and the best opportunity of repeating the mammoth rise like BTC did out of all Alts, and yes we deserve more recognition and a better market price, but i still praise the lord I still have a small window of opportunity to buy more, every SDC counts consider this your second chance at the BTC millionaire dream. everyday is a blessing at these prices, and your part of history, we should be cheering. |

Yes Sir investors here are in denial because they have already invested money in other Anon coins. And there are investors with extremely deep pockets holding us down and accumulating at the same time hoping to push early investors out..not going to work. |
