4 of my posts have been deleted in this thread, ive seen less censorship in North Korea.

Oh yeah, been there have you?

I realize that the CSW arrogance wears off on his supporters, but seeing as you're not a supreme being like the (not)Doctor you'll just have to obey the forum rules like the rest of us plebs, and stop consecutively posting your off topic shilling.
525  Other / Meta / Re: Wall of fame / shame. Shit posts so bad that they are actually funny on: June 01, 2019, 09:27:30 PM

I just want an answer and if I'm not unbanned I will not be returning to this forum.
526  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper on: May 30, 2019, 09:27:56 PM

Yeah, and the pump was while China was asleep. That post was fake news of fake news to give an excuse of BsV’s price pump during this brilliant CoinGeek Conference (the actual result of the pump). < snip paranoia >

The buying started around 08.30 UTC May 29, about ninety minutes before the fakenews WeChat was posted (10.05 UTC*), after which time the pump immediately accelerated.
*18.05 CST. China is asleep at six in the evening?
The Coingeek Conference opened to the public at 13.00 UTC May 30, over 24 hours after the start of the market manipulation, not during it.
Since it opened the BSV price has gone down. Profit taking on the goody bag pump?
Unless, by during, you are referring to the start of the prior Dev Day, which was roughly contemporaneous to the manipulation?
Maybe some geeks were chatting in the accreditation queue and decided to splash out a billion or so to pass the time?

527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you know about Capitera? on: May 30, 2019, 06:32:32 PM

Here's your image, but for me there's nothing to see, just word salad around a speculative idea in a saturated sector (with an insecure placeholder website).

Why is this shitcoin already worth more than 200$ Can someone explain to me? Who buys it and why? Why encourage scam-coin?

Up until ten days ago, BSV was going nowhere pricewise around BTC0.0075-0.0090/$60.
All of the "scaling" posturing, the #CSWis.. tweets and third rate Coingeek propaganda were having no effect on its widening discount to BTC.
Something had to be done.
So it was.

The no-news news about CSW and the White Paper copyright registration nearly doubled BSV's price on 21/22 May, bear in mind the Coingeek BSV circlejerk in Toronto is only 10 days away.
Then this Tweet, a.k.a. the Billion Dollar Tweet*, appeared yesterday. A complete and deliberate fabrication, it prompted what was put down as Chinese retail FOMO buying to push BSV up >100% to over $200.

According to the comments, this translates roughly as

Quote
"CSW transferred 50k BTC from the biggest BTC wallet to Binance, which confirmed he is the real Satoshi. As such CZ will re-list BSV and make an official apology on Twitter"

And there it is, the Is-he-isn't-he-Satoshi? card played to $3Bn perfection.

*Edit: The medium for the original "50k BTC transfer" fake news wasn't actually Twitter, it was the Chinese 'SuperInstagram' portal, WeChat.

530  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to be a "Faketoshi", better than any other "Faketoshi" !?! on: May 29, 2019, 03:21:54 PM
Is there any benefit that people could gain through faking Satoshi?
They could pump their trash altcoin 100% in a few hours so then they can make a profit by ripping off all the unfortunate newbies who don't understand just how much of a scammer and fraud they are.

Example today: from Twitter

According to the comments, this translates roughly as

Quote
CSW transferred 50k BTC from the biggest BTC wallet to Binance, which confirmed he is the real Satoshi. As such CZ will re-list BSV and make an official apology on Twitter

Complete bollocks, but one thing the Chinese do well is FOMO, so SV does this

Oh and guess what, the CoinGeek circle jerk starts today........with a billion dollar fake tweet; quite apt, really.

531  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: ~ How Much Money Would you Need to Make to Stop Using Paid Sig Offers? on: May 28, 2019, 11:22:59 PM
I've never had one, no particular moral high ground.
I've used the space from time to time as a sort of portable Scam Accusation when I wanted to achieve maximum exposure of particular schemes, but I've stuck with the (slightly pretentious-Moi?) current "Sagan Standard" for a while now.
I don't like advertising full stop so, being a filthy rich Westerner with the luxury of choice, I'll forgo the pleasure (and profit) of promoting some crappy gambling site or thieving ICO quite happily.

Anyone who can elucidate my signature's connection to this theorem gets a couple of merits.

534  Economy / Scam Accusations / DencoinInvest, CoinLenda and Alison Wayne, Telegram scams and scammer. on: May 27, 2019, 05:33:31 PM
I wasn't actually looking for these, I was looking for the Nigerian Dencoin and their Diamond Empire Network (D.E.N.) MLM shitcoin with reference to this, but found a couple of very obvious Telegram scams which I thought I'd get shared.
Telegram is a Den of iniquity, you might say....

DenCoinInvest

Quote from: Their pinned TG post
DenCoinInvest is a privately owned non-ponzi company operating on the Bitcoin(BTC), Ethereum(ETH), and Litecoin(LTC) trade market. Founded in 2015 and managed over $950million for institutional investors which is now open to worldwide individual investors.
These funds are managed by a team of Binary Trading investment experts. Given the advancement in technology it has become extremely difficult to profit from mispricing in the market. Many traders have computerized trading systems set to monitor fluctuations in similar financial instruments.
Any inefficient pricing setups are usually acted upon quickly and the opportunity is often eliminated in a matter of seconds.

Laughably generic, I love the "non-ponzi" description.
But that's exactly what it is, a ponzi.
For exactly how obvious a ponzi it is, waste two minutes of your life and watch this truly awful video or this even worse one and see their typically ponzi "investment plan" structure.
That TG vid should really win a prize of some sort.
The star of the show is admin Alison Wayne who claims on her Quora account to have been
1) "Investment Manager" since 2008.
2) a cryptocurrency investor and trader for the past 6 years.
3) Crytpo Full-time, 12years in crypto isn't a joke! (From her shutdown Twitter account)
She also uses Medium to propagate the fantasies, further claiming

DenCoinInvest is a conglomerate of seasoned professional binary traders, cryptocurrency traders, forex/cryptocurrency market analysts, insurance brokers and risk evaluators.
This is why at DenCoinInvest, we've made it our job to help investors get the most gains out of their investments using an array of new technologies to our advantage. With our set-up of BOT-assisted trades, we're able to get investors more than they deserve with pinpoint accuracy. With our methods, we've recorded about 99.3% success till date and we intend pushing till we make it 100% which we believe is achievable.
Sure.

Alison also shills a lending platform called
CoinLenda
which charges 9% upfront fees for crypto loans....

Quote from: TG
CoinLenda is a baby of Dencoininvest

Despite the badly put together attempts at creating some history for these scams, they're barely weeks old and not likely to get much older.
Here's Alison in her full glory.
If you see her in the street and you have a milkshake in your hand, it would be a shame not to...

535  Other / Meta / Re: Ban Appeal Hero Member Banned on: May 27, 2019, 12:18:25 PM
I see a lot of banned cases getting tolerated unbanned on the condition that they cannot use a signature until the time specified, can I get an opportunity like this?

I think there must be an element of "overall worth to the forum" in an account's activity for plagiarism permabans to be considered for mitigation.
A quick look thru your shitposting makes that unlikely imo, although it's good to see that you took nearly a year away from the forum and improved your English proficiency no end, almost like it was a different person posting.....
536  Other / Meta / Re: Infographic Stealing on: May 27, 2019, 11:45:05 AM
What's next? Banning people for memes?
No, but there is a difference between using a random picture or meme like in your example, and posting someone else's infographic without a source. Something like this (https://thumbnails-visually.netdna-ssl.com/bitcoin-infographic_5029189c9cbaf_w1500.jpg) contains far more information and took far longer to produce than most of the content which is plagiarized around here. I'd argue trying to pass off something like this as your own is a far greater offense than the usual "Great project can't wait for it to go to the moon" plagiarism, and the latter does result in a ban.

I've used infographics occasionally to illustrate a point I'm making within a thread and would say that it's up to the compiler/author of the graphic to include their signature/attribution (as they have in your example) if they want to ensure being credited for it.
Also, of course, quite often the infographic's linking text is itself plagiarised (as in your example.)
The key condition imo is whether or not the motivation for using it is to "pass it off as your own", i.e. to gain some advantage, like reputation or credibility enhancement, by omitting to mention that you are not the creator. So what is the default assumption then? That if something is not attributed then its reproduction in any context is an attempt to do this? I think that's too simplistic.
What are we to think of hilari's meme? Do we see it as just an amusing way of sharpening a point by using a publicly available image, or are we to think that he's a good meme creator because, as he didn't provide a link to the image source, he must have created it himself?

Why still "unhandled"?

Dr. Craig has now been issued a fully vetted certificate of copyright by US Government Copyright office.
This can not be contested unless you have standing so this is now firm.
Dr. Craig has not applied today, he did that months back.

Sad

LOL it would appear that you meant to post this comment under your evilgenius account.

Yes, I mistakenly posted with the Petmancoin account above, but I have deleted it.

I have the petmancoin login information for bitcointalk, it was handed over to me in trust by the admin. It's not my fault nevertheless that their admin were accused of whitepaper plagiarism.

I find it unfair that people can just be branded as SCAMMERS Huh with no proof tho. I mean, I have phone number, an email, a whatsapp group and a telegram group. Instead of branding innocent members with such names, why not investigate me? My two cents tho. Not just fair one bit.

Did you also mistakenly post positive feedback for yourself with the same alt account?

Quote
why not investigate me?
Good idea.
Let's start with the DEN MLMshitcoin shall we, seeing as their CEO left positive feedback for you too?

540  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MMM - PONZI on: May 22, 2019, 04:55:35 PM

Hello, I have just found this thread while wondering why I had red tags on my profile. Initially, I tot I was being tagged cos of my country of location. Unfortunately, I was unaware that this MMM scheme is prohibited on bitcointalk.

Were you also unaware that MMM has been a predatory pyramid scheme for decades?
Also unaware that the last iteration of MMM collapsing in 2016/7 (as it always does, being an unsustainable scam) cost your fellow Nigerians ~ $50m?

Quote
I do not mind bearing the red tags really, because clearly I violated the rules. I just came here to apologize for my actions OR for stepping on toes. This doesn't mean that I am a SCAMMER. I feel like I have been branded unfairly, but it's alright. Those who I have done business switch can attest to this.

Cheers

Stanley C.A.

Is that why you have positive feedback from Aguguo Henry, the co-founder of DENcoin, a trashy MLM scheme?
There seems to be another Stanley A(bor) involved with that as "Legal & Technical Advisor"; coincidence?
