It would be fairly simple to establish whether my guess is correct or not by recalling whether or not your only post fell into that category i.e. was it, in essence or entirety, a repost of something you'd posted elsewhere? Your frustration and rhetoric are understandable, but not particularly conducive to being sympathetically reviewed. This forum has a massive spam/plagiarism problem which is being aggressively addressed by moderators and it seems possible that you've been caught in the net. Hopefully someone like Hilarious will have a look at the situation.

Two things are going to happen here: 1) Your post will be moved/trashed by the mods because cloud mining is "a service" not "mining". If you had read the sub forum Intro you would know that. 2) If you survive trashing you will get a large number of replies, mainly made for signature quota reasons, telling you "all cloud mining is scam" or words to that effect. DYOR.

Do you think it is advisable for newbies to trade with the guy?
Most people involved in the Physical Silver/Nazi Memorabilia market ( ticker:SS/AG) can look after themselves.

We post across the web in a bunch of different places.
Occasionally posts are reported for plagiarism where the forum post is similar to or a c/p of say a Medium post by the same author, and it may get actioned by the mods who only see the text similarities and not the common authorship. Maybe this has happened to you.

It's simple Lauda broke a clear rule and should be manually removed from DT forever
LOL, since when were the rules clear around here? Even the list of rules that are pinned to the board are "unofficial." This is pretty clear Creating or supporting a scammer flag is actively affirming a set of pretty clear fact-statements. If someone knowingly supports a flag containing incorrect fact-statements, then that is crystal-clear abuse, and I will seek to have such people removed from DT ASAP.

I realize that recent trust changes are causing a bit of havoc, but I just noticed that my "Recognition" had plummeted by about 150 places. OMG Having a quick look, my received trust reads zero not +6 as I think it should. Is that why? Why is that? Thanks for your efforts, it's a good resource.

He can blacklist on both levels, no?
Possibly. But the two known blacklisted users (marlboroza and mikeywith) have been removed only from DT1 and are still in DT2. So what exactly would blacklisting me from DT1 accomplish if I left a false flag? This makes even less sense. But he hasn't blacklisted you, has he? Thanks for the pm, I think. Irony Alert: Theymos' objection to the description of SV as a scam.

Theymos' pm to me contained a recommendation, not a demand, and I'll treat it as such.
Reminds me when the school principal recommended me to flush the pack of Marlboro reds down the toilet in lieu of other consequences. I know j/k, but in this case what are the "other consequences" of failure to act on his recommendation? Theymos excludes me because I decide not to exclude Lauda? the tmfp account vanishes as if it were never there? I should stop answering the door/phone? What?

Is it an STO or an STD? Users will need KY jellyC.....

Since the "Lauda PM" is now public knowledge let me just state that this sort of thing - forum owner/admin sending PMs demanding to exclude certain users from my trust network - is deeply unwelcome. Theymos can blacklist anyone he wants, there is no need for him to coerce others into doing this. At the very least this call for action should have been done publicly. I want to put this out in case anyone wants to exclude (or blacklist ) me for this opinion. Theymos' pm to me contained a recommendation, not a demand, and I'll treat it as such.

The PM leaked a minute after it was sent, that's how much they trust him...
they clearly trust him enough to use his forum. IMO, the message leaked because of the power they stand to lose. I have to ask... who the fuck are "they"?

This was confirmed by theymos today, look in my profile.
Lied in a flag affirmation. Lol, reads like a bitter obituary. So, for "false flagging" (great phrase, might catch on) Theymos leaves red trust, as well as will seek to have such people removed from DT ASAP As he only has to "seek" as far as his keyboard for that to happen, I wonder how many reds before you're out? I won't edit that, rather up date it separately with the info that I (as a member of DT1) have just received a PM which ends I recommend that you remove him from your trust list if you have him there, and distrust him by adding ~Lauda to your trust list. and it didn't come from CryptoHunter....

Also, remember that there are color blind people out there using the forum. So using clearly distinct colors for each rating type should really be considered rather than use so many colors that are closely similar.
Unfortunately, most people who are color blind cannot distinguish green from red. I'm not sure what such people actually see, though, since I'm not color blind. I can see colors (I'm not achromatopsiac) and can see a difference between them, but can't identify them by name. E.g. I can see these numbers are different colors, but they could be anything from yellow to brown to green to me. I can see the black alright. Unless it's dark blue +2 / =1 / -10 +2 / =1 / -10

... snip ... "Nguyen" is the most common surname among the Vietnamese. Around 40% of Vietnamese people have that name. A pretty common coincidence! Indeed. A somewhat rhetorical question. Still, I mean what are the odds, given all of the above. Any relation or a relative perchance ? I've looked quite closely and found nothing. Craig's not related to Orville and Wilbur either

I am one of the world's foremost experts on quasi-law, after all. Surely you've read my widely-cited article in the Journal of Laws or Whatever titled, "A new approach to the rigorous design of legal systems: just worry about it later."
I especially like your cod quasi-legalese jargon. Did you type the following with a quill stylus? violated a casual or implied agreement, resulting in damages, in the specific act referenced make the victims of this act roughly whole, AND it is not the case that all of the victims forgave the act. It is not grossly inaccurate to say that the act occurred

Of course it's bullshit, everything to do with Binance is bullshit. The "System Maintenance Notice" was posted on their website and Twitter ~30 minutes AFTER they went down. System Maintenance Notice Binance 2 hours ago Dear Fellow Binancians,
Binance will perform a temporary system maintenance starting at 2019/06/07 20:00 (UTC). The maintenance will take approximately 3 hours.
Binance will suspend deposits, withdrawals, and trading during this period. Deposits that are not completed before the start of the maintenance will be processed after the completion of the maintenance. Please allow some time for deposits to show up in your account after the system maintenance.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience!
Please note: The 3 hours is our best estimation and may vary. As usual, we will maintain regular communication on the progress of the maintenance on our various social media channels.
Thank you for your support!
