541  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After cold war is it bitcoin war? on: October 08, 2016, 09:56:02 PM
How the hell did Bitcoin even get dragged into this ? All I see is their systems and sites were hacked, but why does the news article even have to mention that they offered to pay in Bitcoins when there doesn't even seem to be a demnad in bitcoins by the hackers ?
542  Economy / Services / Re: Want to be a professional poker player? on: October 08, 2016, 09:53:03 PM
I read more than 50 books about poker and i have a lot of winnings in free roll

No offence, but I have never found a winning person mention his wins in freerolls, as they are mostly waste of time due to the fact that almost none of the players play the game seriously.

What are you charging fore your service and how many hours are you offering ?
543  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 World Cup qualifications, UEFA zone, discussion and information thread on: October 08, 2016, 09:50:55 PM
Really been enjoying the games but most of the games are having a lot of games scored. Does anyone feel like betting on over 2.5 on most of the games would be a good strategy for gambling ?
544  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2016-10-08] How blockchain can change the music industry on: October 08, 2016, 09:49:51 PM
Not exactly sure how this would solve the problems. The article talks about the blockchain allowing for a more better environment between consumers and artists, but don't Itunes and Amazon music already allow them to do that, except for the fact they also charge a heavy fees from them. However there are online stores which don't, but they haven't been famous yet.
545  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Which country is legal for gambling on: October 08, 2016, 09:45:03 PM
For example running an online gamble site
I believe Curaçao, A lot of casino websites have their gambling license from that Country and it also seems to be easy to obtain.

547  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: Selling Iphone 4s on: October 07, 2016, 09:46:13 PM
i think that it is quite old and it will not receive any technical support from apple anymore.
you should give more detail related to it whether is jail breaked or not.
Well yes, it is a second hand phone and anything you might buy upto 5C would probably not have a warranty on it. It isn't jail broken.
548  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Apple Pay vs Bitcoins on: October 06, 2016, 11:01:31 PM

549  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling Cheap ( Twitter Account Only ) $2!!! on: October 06, 2016, 10:54:02 PM
Ok here is the Formula. Smiley Our team are building a service to give real followers to twitter accounts

It works like this, I need followers the other person need followers too, you follow the person he follow back.

This service is pack in a small website here:http://ultra-vidx.us/FollowGet/ or http://followget.weebly.com/

We need bitcoin followers to engage with our website so you all can gain real bitcoin follwers.

We are work 24/7 to satisfy our users. Smiley

But even then wouldn't the audit sites finally catch up to the fake sites and tag them as bots or fake followers in about a few months time ?
550  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling Cheap ( Twitter Account Only ) $2!!! on: October 06, 2016, 10:39:01 PM
How the hell does a 2 day old account have so many followers. have to be fake I suppose ?
Yes, I believe its from a bot which has new twitter accounts. Chances are they are used to get more followers on more accounts and could soon be affecting all the audit scores.
551  Economy / Gambling / Re: ➤ Gamblor.bid beta launch ★ Bet on sports and politics with no logins required ★ on: October 06, 2016, 10:13:23 PM
On first look it is really confusing. Would advice simplifying it and also changing the background to make it more aesthetic.
552  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: Buying Indian rupees with BTC on: October 06, 2016, 10:11:25 PM
The 5Rs Notes aren't that common anymore. Do expect to pay a premium if someone asks the bank for a note. I get back home in about a month and might be able to help, but the price doesn't incentivize anyone to do so.
553  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: Selling Iphone 4s on: October 06, 2016, 10:10:31 PM
Still selling this Iphone 4s. For now dropping the price to 6.5 K.  Price for a good conditioned one for a similar model on Ebay is about 7.5-8.5K.

Does it support 4g ? If yes let me know. I can provide upto 5k INR , let me know if it fits your selling price and your current loaction as well .

I am not super sure if it does. But a quick google search revealed it only supports upto 3G, and the iphone 5 is where the 4G is supported.
554  Local / India / Re: Vitalik coming to Delhi in December on: October 06, 2016, 10:07:46 PM
Something that I recently learnt is that conference ticket pricing is sometimes done on the basis of what crowd to expect.
Some use this as a filter to avoid random crowds.

I would assume that Vitaliks entire agenda would be based on influencing business owners, rather than a pep talk/ intro to ethereum.

I am sure that would atleast have to start with the introduction. The current price is usually not justified to remove random crowd. Even something around 10-20K would help achieve that.
555  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: do i have to pay tax on bitcoins ? on: October 06, 2016, 10:06:18 PM
Bitcoin is definitely taxable.  If you sell all of your bitcoin for USD you pay a tax on the profits.  Make sure to check with your local government tax office before failing to pay taxes.
no it is not tax, it is just the fee you pay on transaction, the tax you have to pay to the government and government only impose tax on such things which are legal and do not impose tax on such item which are not legal, as bitcoin is still not consider as legal therefore there is no tax on bitcoin.
I am sure he means that the money you earn after selling the bitcoin is taxable. Government imposes tax on anything you earn. Bitcoin is very much legal is mostly all the countries and I myself pay taxes from trading profits.
556  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling Cheap ( Twitter Account Only ) $2!!! on: October 06, 2016, 10:04:22 PM
Would like to take this, I hope unlike last time, you don't sell it to someone else after promising it to me.
557  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: WHY DO I NEED I.D. AND PROOF OF ADDRESS ?? on: October 04, 2016, 08:27:53 PM
Most of the sellers on lbtc these days ask you for ID too to make sure you are not sending money through a hacked account or something. Atleast been happening a lot recently in my country.

yeah. it didn't used to be that way. when I first used it nobody asked for any type of id. when I tried it again recently it was like using a regular service. I guess the sellers are much more professional than they used to be and much more paranoid about scammers and falling foul of regulations.
Well I am a seller there. They have to be paranoid. A friend of mine had legal action taken against him because he ended up being unlucky to have traded with a hacked account twice.
558  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: WHY DO I NEED I.D. AND PROOF OF ADDRESS ?? on: October 04, 2016, 08:22:59 PM
You could try local Bitcoins to purchase BTC without an ID.

Many options are available, you just have to look around. Try and find local Bitcoin meetup groups within your area, there is a large chance that people are looking to get cash for BTC.

559  Local / India / Re: CryptoCurrency - India on: October 04, 2016, 08:16:41 PM
Does any one have any idea how many atcoins have being created by far now and how many has shutdown or has next to zero value of the coin?
There is this sub section in the India local board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=125.0 which has altcoins listed. I believe it also lists the translated threads.
560  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How do you manage to use localbitcoins? on: October 04, 2016, 03:51:07 AM
...

I have used localbitcoins about five times successfully (buying BTC in person with cash).  But, I have tried many more times!  Perhaps it is my city.

I arrange to meet at a Starbucks or similar.  CA$H for BTC, wait on the confirmation.  Only once did it not work out, we had a misunderstanding over pricing (he wanted a higher premium to market price than I had been led to believe).

Please atleast try and refrain to the topic. Your post doesn't contribute or rather doesn't even make sense along the lines of the thread.
