What a great game until the Connecticut Sun starts to put some gap.  I never doubted the Connecticut Sun but there was a time the lead was cut to 1 point. 26-25 if I remember it right. The Minnesota Lynx do have a good strategy for attacking the painted area where the Sun is the weakest and it worked thanks to Napheesa Collier's effort at bulldozing everyone underneath the rim. But, DeWanna Bonner got hot, and of course, Alyssa Thomas who always has a great game. I believe she should be the MVP for this year as her stats are on the roof and been breaking records one after another. Connecticut Sun won by 15 points but all respect to the Lynx because they are the only underdog team who won 1 game in this Round 1 of the playoffs. Also, it was very lively at their homecourt which I think is a good sign for the WNBA. A world-class grappler/wrestler is surely going to be able to beat a good boxer on any given day. Because a boxer will definitely have to close the distance to get his hands on his opponent. And as the distance closes, it gives the wrestler more chances to put the boxer down with a takedown. So definitely if it is a fight between a very good boxer and a wrestler who is one of the world's best, I think it is going to be a win for the wrestler. But if the wrestler is a mediocre one, if he is not someone who has dedicated his whole life to wrestling, it is going to be a problem for him.

Grasso will be praying for at least someone else of her picking. A defense sure-win fight will be a good rest for her to feel like a real champ. Blanchfield will do. I also have heard that people are saying Strickland does not deserve to have their belt. But I don't know about that. He was able to win against Israel Adesanya because he definitely deserved to win. Remember, past achievements, do not mean anything if you cannot win the fight that you have in hand. You can have a good past. But if you cannot perform in the present, no one is going to judge you based on your fast, especially after you lose.
I also agree that Shevchenko and Grasso need to fight against each other. I do not follow women’s fights in UFC to match, but this is something I am interested in.

The first game was sizzling hot.
The 11-point lead was the biggest lead of the New York Liberty at midway through the game but Natasha Cloud did not give up, she played harder and tried to be contagious to her team and it worked. All the Washington Mystics players played at their highest level on both ends of the floor with Natasha Cloud leading them and registering a career-high of 33 points. They almost won the game but Jonquel Jones got the offensive rebound and was fouled to tie the game and put it into overtime.
In overtime, it's mostly Liberty and they won it by free throws. Breanna Stewart is aggressive at taking all the pounding to get fouls which should've been their strategy for most part of the game. Washington has a weak paint defense and EDD was also hurt.
New York Liberty won and will advance to the semi-finals again since 2015.

^^Zhang should have the momentum here, he really messed up Joyce on their first fight. And although he is already a ageing boxer, he still has that power specially in his left because as I have said, it really damages the face of Joyce and he hasn't had any response during that fight.
I haven't check the odds though, maybe Joyce is still the favorite but it should be very close, unlike the first fight wherein I think Joyce is a huge favorite. So it's redeem time for Joyce or Zhang making it 2-0 and it's not going to be good for Joyce in this division.

Bayern Munich happens to be one of my favorites especially when it has to do with German football and they have really earn my support as a result of their achievements over the years but in this season they have seem not to be at that very best I really expect of them but then we never can tell the season is still at it's beginning so hopefully we will see things change before mid season.
On the other hand the German bundesliga table is been toped by a team we least expect to be at that position (Leverkusen) although they have shown a brilliant performance enough to earn the spot so they should enjoy it while it last as the season is still at it's early stage and I believe other teams are on the watch to see how they can earn a top spot on the league table.
Summarily I could say the bundesliga this season will come with more of surprises as every team seam to be putting in their little best, it is best to at this time keep an open mind as anything can happen since we still have enough time, I mean many weeks enough for teams to prove their self of been worthy of securing a top spot on the league table and probably be the champions.

A lot of people are saying that Joe Joyce is going to win this fight. But I personally think that Zhang might actually be able to win the fight, again. Sure he is a little older, but I don't think that it's going to affect him too much. Both of them are definitely really good. I personally am going to support Zhang in this fight. The judge, who gave 10-8 was either in WC during whole fifth round, or is blind. Otherwise I dont understand how can he give 2 point advantage to Grasso, when she only took (or stole) last minutes of the round, while being her ass beaten in first minutes of it. Btw, the judge name is Mike Bell. And this is not the first time his decision is controversial. Due to his judgement, Blachowicz vs Ankalaev fight also has ended with a draw. But, it is Shevchenko fault there is 10-8 in last round, if she planned to return her belt, she must have ended this fight earlier. And Grasso has a lot of work to do with her coaches, if she does not plan to take so much damage again.
There was a conspiracy in Mike Bell's action and why he gave the 10 - 8 Score in favor of Grasso sure it all ended up in a controversial Draw for sure all points were 10 - 9 so why in the world do we have the 10 - 8 score for the 5th round this is why people that have bet for Shevchenko is furious about it and even though I have bet for Grasso I really think that Valentina deserves this win, well I got to admit this fight is full of Bias for sure, and if there will be a rematch for sure I will still go with Alexa Grasso because her camp already saw what Shevchenko can do for sure they will device some tactics against that, That's a decent main event imho. And Fiziev is one of my favorite guys in the roster since he beat Marc Diakesse as the underdog a couple of years ago but man... Going against Gamrot for 5 rounds could be a tall order. Fiziev wil prolly look good at the first couple of rounds of the match. But as the match progresses into the championship rounds, he has a tendency of slowing down. That's where Gamrot could take over and wear on him. Gamrot is very durable and a very good wrestler. If more action goes to Fiziev, Gamrot's like could improve to 2.50. which is good imo. They are both smart fighters but I think Fiziev is more well rounded. If Gamrot even bring this fight to the ground, he will struggle to keep up while Fiziev dominate the fight to which Gamrot would better prefer foot on the ground.
UFC is giving Gamrot a slow climb to the title shot but if he could beat Fiziev, he might just get the shot he needed.

For us fans it's good when one team doesn't dominate, which will be interesting. But because of the new setup they just lost the Singaporean Grand Prix the consecutive winnings that Verstappen has attained, the world record that Red Bull wants to attain and the hardship of their two drivers for sure not only Max Verstappen but Sergio Perez is upset as well, for sure this could be prevented but because of the New Technical Directives for sure it really is targeting the Red Bull machine and it did,

If last season Leverkusen only succeeded in finishing in 6th place, then this season Leverkusen's chances of stopping in the top 3 are very big, with Alonso's good experience as a football player, he was able to build a strong team in defense and attack, i see his coaching style is similar to Jurgen Klopp. So far, Bayern has always been superior to its opposing team when playing at home, but when facing Leverkusen, the two seem evenly matched, Leverkusen's opponent in the next match is Heidenheim, it will definitely be an easy match for them to win.

There will be a 3rd fight. If I am to score it Shevchenko seems to have made it especially because she caused Grasso's cut and made a significant heavy blow. By discounting the knees made by Grasso while Shevchenko's hand touches the ground, it would appear Chenko won the fight. There is no way the 5th could be 10-8 but I guess they consider giving the favor to Grasso after all it is Mexico's independence day so let it be settled in the 3rd match.  They were right about the fight, it's the most exciting yet. That Cut was really heavy damage for Grasso and if we score that it is a large thing for Valentina Shevchenko we score the cards for sure Shevchenko has scored a lot and those wrestling and submission attempts of Grasso were nothing because it were not really score-related for sure there are many people that have seen the match even though I am in Favor with Alexa Grasso and bet on her I can not depend on what I see and witness on that fight it was close but it is clear who has won aswell,
Ahaha who doesn't love these cats? One's smile and the other's dance are impressive. Also, the match I watched today was one of the most enjoyable matches I have watched in a long time. I was quite surprised that the match ended in a draw. If Shevchenko had not lost his back in the last moments, I think Mosso could have won with the referee's decision. In any case, the matches between these two were going to go to the trilogy, no problem, I was not disturbed by the decision taken. Two truly noble souls fought a beautiful battle in the Mexican night. Neither of them ever thought of giving up.

If these two end up fighting, it is surely going to be a bigger support for Canelo. And that is probably going to give him a good boost of confidence. Definitely, he is going to be the better fighter if this fight happens. But that is the bigger question, if this fight is going to happen or not.

I took him and Shevchenko to both win their main and co-main event bouts this evening for this UFC Fight Night later on today.
Well because of the Wrestling but in this fight because it was a close one we can surely say that Kevin Holland might win this aswell It was a split decision after all, but because he surely didn't manage to get those takedowns properly and Jack Della Maddalena stop it and Holland did give-up in trying it out again, it was really a bad choice for him not to try and takedown again, but it was a split decision so maybe a rematch? or maybe Della Maddalena will eventually just move on with this, Split draw.
If only Valentina Shevchenko played safe then she would be the champ again. But, she gave Alexa Grasso a chance to make some points at the last minute of the 5th round so she still kept her belt. This a very big mistake for Valentina's corner because they are telling her to not let go when she grabs Alexa but the truth is, she is winning by just using her jabs to which Alexa has no answer.
Anyway, I bet there are no winners today because I don't think one gambler would bet for a draw because of the rarity of it to happen.
