I received the modminer quad safe and sound. It'll make a fine addition to the Museum Smiley
542  Other / Meta / Re: Security bounties on: October 17, 2013, 08:33:09 AM
Prior to the attack, the forum spent 40 BTC on password hashing improvements which significantly mitigated the damage of this attack.

Can you restate this in ounces of gold please? I would like to know how much this was in a stable carrier of value.

You got lucky.

I think word will get out and you'll have hackers everywhere looking for exploits.  Security holes will get plugged faster than wet cement slipping through pantyhose.

Your effort to improve the forum (although a little late) is appreciated. Smiley

He even put 1 as risked BTC amount
Someone looks mad

Yeah it was a dick move. He didn't risk ANY BITCOIN on me.

This trust rating proves that he is a liar.

Am I wrong?
544  Other / Meta / The trust system is a bloody Joke! on: October 17, 2013, 06:18:51 AM
EDIT : I've edited the title.  My self confidence had taken a beating.

Can a Mod or somebody please have this bullshit negative trust rating removed?

Cuz he doesnt have ANY EVIDENCE to backup his libelous accusation, he tries to ruin my work by leaving a negative trust rating.

So goddamn childish.

If I was a scammer, I'd be the shittest one in the world. You google DobZombie, you get my real name pretty quick.  You go to facebook and enter dobzombie and you get my phone number. Fuck, you go to my website and you get my home address.  Any of you could visit me right now. You google Goat and you just get a stupid bloody hairy bucktooth animal.

Now I'm not going to be as childish as him.  I'd really appreciate some help guys.

-Dobz

PS, here is my facebook page

And Here is where I work

I got nothing to hide.

547  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: RAM-Reduction & Backup Center Testing (version 0.89.99.5) on: October 16, 2013, 05:35:01 PM
The Build database and scan doesn't make it to 100%.

At some point, it crashes and I gotta start again Sad

The stand alone version crashed a bit less

I'm running Windows 8 if that helps.
548  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Halp Armory not opening ..... on: October 16, 2013, 05:33:00 PM
open your task manager, and if "BITCOIND.EXE, BITCOIN.EXE or BITCOINQT.EXE" is running, then close it.

Try to run armory again.

Also, make sure there isn't another version of Armory is running.

If that doesn't help, then I can't help any more than that Tongue
549  Other / Off-topic / Re: Goat and DobZombie; split from: Titan Bitcoins - Physical Bitcoins with 2FA on: October 16, 2013, 02:43:56 PM
oi, I never attacked you, I just pointed out that you were coming across as a bit of a jerk.

Go back and read the tone of your posts, You're being really super critical of everyone.  How hard is it to say something nice about somebody's product and encourage people to buy?

That is the last I will say on this topic. I know who you are, and you know who I am, lets just leave it at that shall we?

SOLD OUT

Congratulations DobZombie!  Awesome that these sold out.

Cheers buddy!

Now that I've finished working on your design I can start working on another coin Smiley
551  Other / Off-topic / Re: Goat and DobZombie; split from: Titan Bitcoins - Physical Bitcoins with 2FA on: October 16, 2013, 08:12:11 AM
I wasn't going to continue on with this, but now that we have our own thread...

The "little boy" comment was uncalled for, so I responded in kind.

As for calling the Museum as scam,  better front up some evidence to back up your libel buddy!

I've put a lot of fucking hours into this website, and a lot of little guys get the chance to show off their wares.

10,000 hits a month is pretty good advertising for these guys.

Tho if Goat's intention was to troll me, then well played Sir!  Grin
552  Other / Off-topic / Re: Titan Bitcoins - Physical Bitcoins with 2-factor authentication on: October 16, 2013, 04:22:38 AM
@DobZombie  Grow up little boy and quit begging in all the goods threads asking for free stuff for your "collection". Asking how things work is not trolling esp when OP said

Hey Goat. Stick a dick in your ear.

Nothing for the Museum is part of my 'collection'. I don't own any of those pieces that are donated. It all belongs to the Museum. Stop spreading FUD.
553  Other / Off-topic / Goat and DobZombie; split from: Titan Bitcoins - Physical Bitcoins with 2FA on: October 15, 2013, 11:41:37 PM
These are not decentralized? We must use your website to get the btc out?

Dude, stop going into all the Goods threads and trolling everyone.

Not cool.

556  Economy / Goods / Re: 0.1 Silver Casascius Coins USA Group Buy on: October 15, 2013, 04:14:15 PM
Looks like OgNasty started another group buy for this.  Is everyone migrating to that one or sticking here?  Not sure what the final price will be here.

JW - might be a good idea to start a commit list, fixed price per coin and shipping costs and collecting BTC to see if we can order.

No. I do not trust that guy at all. Ill buy directly if anyone wants a few at cost let me know.

I can vouch for OGnasty.  I've had excellent business with him, and johnniewalker

Also, is there a way to automatically sweep the change back into the original address?  So if I'm using a vanity address I can happily use it on many devices.

You can use custom change behavior in Armory by switching to "Expert" usermode.  Then when you create a transaction, you can specify that you want the change to be sent back to the first input address, or specify another address.  You can also choose to have it remember the setting so you won't have to re-select it for each transaction.

Hope that helps!

You the man! (you know that don't you) Smiley
