Another extension of time will not be granted except for "good cause" or only if the defendant demonstrates in writing he could not reasonably file a request in a timely manner due to extraordinary circumstances beyond its control (natural disaster or other catastrophe such as fire, etc...). This log is basically a FINALE reminder that the defendants have to file an answer by September 23, 2016. |

Dividend does not go down. 100m ICN tokens will receive same amount of dividends. But if funding goes higher, you receive less ICN.
This is what I was supposed to mean in the first place. Less ICN, less dividends. More funds = less ICN = less dividends A deja vue, the whales will rake everything again... |

That means value of ICN increased!:) Not really since the value is proportionate with the amount of investors and tokens. Right now the value per token stand @ $0.0378991318... The same value as per day one... 😉 You have a point. But mathematically not:) if we raise 8.5m USD then each token would be worth 0.10 USD. Now it's less. $0.085 to be exact and if 8.5m are raised... I don't disagree with the way ICONOMI decided to raise funds but I personally would have rather wished to buy a predefined amount of ICN from the start instead of seeing allotments decreasing every single day.... At this speed, I've calculated that by the end of the ICO, the allotment should be around 2K per BTC invested... |

Great post! Worth to read I agree with the fact that since those who have invested are effectively the shareholders, ICONOMI should listen to their concerns regarding this new cap to 21000 BTC. As highlighted by several investors, any benefit will be greatly diluted if ICONOMY keep accepting funds, thus missing the purpose of their initial intentions. |

What strikes me the most is the amount of fiat raised. I always thought crypto was a giant circle jerk. Where the hell is all that money coming from?
Most certainly from guys who doesn't want to have their investment subject to unexpected or sudden depreciation... If BTC, ETH or LSK were going to depreciate, your "Estimated amount of ICN to receive" would also drop down. Fiat currencies are instead stable, thus more secure with this type of ventures  |

To be sincere, I do not believe the ICONOMI ICO will attract this huge success in this early stage of the ICO, over $600K so far, kudos to ICONOMI marketing team in particular for a job well done.

No action in regards of coin price/movement at all since ICO.. Boring investment.
When I participated in the Ethereum ICO, for more than a year I had a useless JSON file seating on my desktop and I often wondered if it was a good investment. At the end, it turned out to be the best investment ever. LSK is the same, they have a long way to go (development wise) but they will get there! They have an excellent roadmap and a trustworthy team. If you buy LSK for a quick & short term profit, then you better look elsewhere...The market is full of pump & dump dead coins... But if you are willing to wait and let the team work at their pace, then trust me you won't regret it. |

Another question regarding the collection of these different alts during this ico.
Is the plan to sell them off slowly into their respective markets for btc, or will you be dumping into those markets with little concern to what it does to price, or will you incorporate them into one of your funds?
