Amazing, now the NEO ranks 7th with a market cap of more than $ 2bn, I'm happy to still keep NEO and sure next year the price will reach $ 100 and the year 2020 will reach $ 1000.
Oh, may I hear why? Been following this topic since page 50 or so, and in every page you can see posts like "in two weeks NEO to the moon", "next month NEO will be 60$", and most popular in last 10 pages "In 2018 NEO =100$". I hold NEO my self, so i am a fan, not a hater, I just don't get why people assume this "next week, next month, next year" things. What are hard facts for that? I agree with you, and price estimates without reason are silly. Still If NEO is working with the Chinese Gov. to get exchanges up in a regulated fashion, and they do re-open, this would likely benefit NEO substantially.

I really do not know about Florincoin. This is a strange coin to me. I hope you provide the necessary information for me and everyone to follow and invest if it is really good.
Sure, visit the ANN page: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=236742.0

Interesting project, but such a slow website it makes it difficult to gather information. Anyone else faces this problem ??
No, unless you call 2 seconds to load a page slow.

Siacoin is a very good at this price level. I am holding some siacoin and i believe in the project. But siacoin team should do more communication with the communities. It is a great coin to look out for and can have a great run anytime.
They are not very active on bitcointalk. Read their blog: https://blog.sia.tech/ and visit their website for all the latest https://sia.tech. Or visit their forum for help: https://forum.sia.tech/

I believe not everybody did not know about bitcoin. Because at first I didn't know anything about bitcoin. I only started to know about bitcoin when the time that my friends are encash their earnings to the remittance middle where I'm operating. I really had no idea about bitcoin that point it was a large query tag and filled with question word for me. However when time that I already understand the which means and the worth I am very glad which i learn it and the way to earn it.
Ok, but this is the GUP thread.

Lisk doesn't depend on BTC. Infact Lisk relies as much on BTC as Ethereum does.
Lets be honest, BTC in terms of what it promotes, is an outdated coin that is slow and expensive for what it was designed to do. There are far better coins out there. The only real thing BTC has is it's name, which most people have heard of and have some understanding. Eventually BTC will be surpassed by something better.
Maybe, maybe not. The hype around the BTC name is very large, and the inflation rate and scarcity of the coin cannot be underestimated. It can always be seen as a storage of value, and I think the Lightning network will make transactions drastically faster. But the constant forks are diminishing the whole space. Decred is superior in it's governance. Projects like Lisk can grow somewhat independent of bitcoin.

Hi, well i managed to buy a ticket and share it to stake pool, the thing is how can check if everything it is ok and not to wait as a noob, the time i read it can be 6 months but i see faster tickets. https://ibb.co/nf3UiGThe avg ticket will win in 28 days, but it is a lottery. Often you can check your stake by logging into your staking pool and looking in it's status area. Or you can open your local wallet everyone in awhile and see if you won an award.

Does anyone know if NEO is expanding outside of China?
Yes, of course, they are holding conferences all over the world, but particularly in Asia outside of China.

|
|
However I think you need to be an accredited investor to buy into these funds.

I assume when the lightning network goes live, we could possibly see a price pump. A very big portion of the DCR coins is usually staked, so it is always easy for DCr to rise. But in these cases what is happening to the ticket prices, are theay usually going up or down? I haven't watched this stuff before, any experiences?
I have noticed no correlation between DCR price and ticket costs. Ticket prices go up if a lot more people stake. This happened a couple weeks ago when many more tickets were bought than average, raising the ticket prices buy $20.

Does the project cooperated with some well known enterprises? the storage market is a hot market, but there are already many big whales in it, so what is the market plan?
The plan is to Undercut the whales prices by 90%

Not a scam, users must simply verify their accounts.

I read on telegram that Ledger nano will support Neo directly, is true? Is there any beta version for testing?
Yes, but only with the NEON wallet, not the official GUI NEO wallet, at least yet.

Can US/Singapore citizens participate in the ICO?
Sure but you're going to want one of these: haha Lots of new users asking the old ICO dates these days. It's like random post. But that's the best answer yet It seems bitcointalk is being invaded by bots or foreign agents trying to boost their reputation. Look at their post history and report them if suspicious.

Why is the decred team so silent talking about the POW algorithm and the introduction of ASIC.
I mean how come that a coin which is all about COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE ignores their community?
And why in the hell design an ASIC and put huge effort (and cost) in it if you could instead simply FORK the algo with a COMMUNITY vote to one where ASICs already exist !!! POLITEIA !!! They even talk about raising funds for the development of said ASIC but instead with POLITEIA the community could vote to change the algo eg to SHA256 or x11 in the first place and spare us said fundraising ...
And besides that why CORNER the mining to a limited amount of hardware which favors the few ...
And moreover why not delve into a multi algorithm POW phase if you guys so embrace the ASIC abuse ...
I suggest a name change to: Cecred
I guess the basic idea is to put the mining in the hands of those who likely care about the coin the most. These interested parties are less likely to simply dump their rewards unlike your general miner, thus putting upward pressure on the price.

Have you seen this new? The plan targets all the sponsors participating in the seed-round financing, ICO1 and ICO2, offering giveback in the amount of their respective contributions at the CNY rate back then (around CNY 30,000,000).https://neo.org/blog/details/3014That`s amazing! It's not as good as it first looks. If I read the announcment correctly the giveback plan is only available to those who took part in the ICO, those who bought NEO after that will not get any 'giveback', but a nice bonus to those who got in at the ICO. But as it reads they will buy back the need NEO, does it mean they will buy them on the market, or buy them back at ICO price from the ones claiming? Because if it's on the market would be good for the NEO price, if it's from them, then anyway nobody would claim it as price is much higher now. They are simply going to give the amount in cash they invested in. So say they invested 1 BTC during the 2nd ICO, and at the time BTC was worth $1,000. They will get $1,000 back

What is your forecast for NEO for next 2 weeks (taking into account segwit2x)?
I expect an immediate 10% or so rise after the Bitcoin fork. But the news that will really move NEO is the opening of exchanges again in China, which could easily bring a 50%+ price increase. A 100% increase from these levels is certainly a possibility by the end of December - if there is an alt party.

Is there any similar coin in the world that gives you a second coin just by holding and not having to run the full node? I.e. NEO holders receive GAS. Anything other coin would generate revenue this way (excluding POS tokens).
Not that I know of, but I am sure a few of the 1,000+ shitcoins out there do. This makes NEO unique in that the rewards will not devalue the parent coin like traditional POS coins do. In fact many people sell their GAS for more NEO, so it helps keep upward buy pressure on NEO. However many POS coins, especially those with a high ROI suffer constant selling pressure.

How long will this miner's sale run?
Not sure, they will not dump until the price is 10 sat, I want to get more cheap sia Getting more cheaper SIAs? Are you serious? I dont think it is a good idea. SIA seems to be abandoned by the team of developers. LIAR, did you not see what Hakkane wrote a few posts back: 6 Pull Requests have been merged to the main code on the last 7 days: https://github.com/NebulousLabs/Sia/pulse . 24 merged Pull Requests and 90 closed Issues in the last month. This public progress report was made by the CEO of Nebulous and Core developer David Vorik 4 days ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/siacoin/comments/78nr20/development_and_progress_update/

Siacoin is dead, no good
Simply sell, and go away then, but I suspect you will be crying in 2 - 3 years. Because while the price has declined the project is going ahead with very active development from a very excellent development team. I am in SIA because I think it is important to own the blockchain storage protocol to be.
