I believe they are the main reason why Bitcoin is no longer performing as well as it was. I noticed a significant change in the price action of Bitcoin after they implemented Futures Trading on it. They corrupt everything they touch. And there isn't a thing we can do about it, because they have more money than we do.

In many ways banking business also operates like a Ponzi, here is why:
1. Banks get fiat deposits from customers.
2. Banks use the deposit and with it automatically can leverage and create money by 10 times the value of the deposits by keeping 4 times as reserve depending banking FED rules and BIS (+/-).
3. With the 6 times exponential money created from a depositor they can lend money put at interest much higher than the FED discount rate in mortgages, commercial loans etc.
4. Bank operation expenses are recovered from Customer deposit fees, credit card fees and services so they do not ever lose any money.
5. Banks get fees and premium gains from making retail auto loans and then selling them out wholesale to Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae or commercial. The big banks invest the money in commercial developments, corporate loans, mutual funds and also trade stock market and commodities etc.
Banks are a money making machine association and as they say if all investors came in at the same time to withdraw deposits, banks would not be able to return money as they would be bankrupt,
I still do not see how can bitconnect be considered a Ponzi as they are sharing arbitrage profits share of 80% of daily arbitrage profits and keeping 20% from trading BTC as stated in FAQ. Daily % fluctuates and it is not guaranteed if there are any profits. The difference with the banks they do not share anything at the most give you half a percent on savings deposit. Who is really the Ponzi?

That would be maybe to much. We found a lot of stuff, Iīm not sure if I should write it here to avoid troubles with the community.
Me and a friend made some investigations due to #ECA #Electracoin #CoinsMarkets
But in fact there ran sth really wrong with both #ECA and #CoinsMarkets
We donīt know if they work together or not. But what we know is that it seems CoinsMarkets havenīt done that first time.
It seems CM deletes the withdrawl.php and send all the coins to other wallets.
after that they block or delete all the old accounts. so that you canīt login again.
when you try to open a new account from same IP it doesnīt work but if you do it from another one (we tried with smarphone - mobiel internet) than you can open a new account.
Well I donīt know how to handle that but I think we have to stop this stupid community CM to protect people and their money=coins.
for some people that could mean they lost a few million $ or for others it could be they lost all they saved. of course itīs their fault but if CM really did that they should be stopped immediatly.

I have correctly received my tokens from the bounty campaign, even some uncertainties will be buying some by the end january, if H2O is legitimate, will be a good project in 2018... When will it show up on CoinMarketCap?

Can someone evaluate ETHCONNECT. is it real. It is offereing bigger rewards than BTConnect. But it smells fishy to me
I believe its just an awaited BitConnect's spinoff. I think, developers' logic was like: "we may as well create bitconnect, but on ETH" and that's it. If it successfully invites funds, this machine will start working just as productive as BCC does. My suggestion is if you've got to rebalance your portfolio buying more aggressive assets - you can give this ECH a try. Having a 100k+ cap in BCC lending I'm going to invest a little in ECH. If it fails - I won't regret, if it skyrockets, I get crazy profits. That's my logic. BUT: sure, this may be a Ponzi BCC clone, so just calculate your risks as always. ============================= BitConnect Roadmap 2018 will introduce trading in other Crypto-currencies in the first half of 2018. When it does EthConnect will lose its advantage as you may also be able to trade ETH, XRP, BTC, BTH in BitConnect. At least BitConnect has stood up well to protect the security of its lenders and it has history whereas EthConnect has lost credibility by locking up investors deposits and not honoring the purchase of their ICO ECH as being sold. Why doesn't Paul make a deal with the American law, if it was him I would go to the court asking how many got accepted to the settlement "it is probably way lower than 11300 BTC" go to jail for a year after giving like 9000 BTC's back and after one year he goes out with 2300 BTC's and he can actually walk free around he's own country meeting he's own family? That's of course if it was him + he has the wallet.
Why on earth would he do that? Right now, he gets to live out his life in another country without spending a year in jail, and if he still has the keys to the stolen bitcoins he could spend them all, any time he wants. I just thought of something. It's possible that in all of Paul's haste, he accidently rid the private keys with no chance of gaining access to the loot, hence opting for another heist not as lucrative but highly profitable nonetheless. Unless he's a total fuckin idiot in wanting it all, he's original plan may have been to sit on the original stolen loot, then organically close down Cryptsy with minimum repercussions on his part. But when/if the mega loot was lost, he had to plan and implement another heist. |
