Yep. Got a DOJ letter yesterday saying there is a delay.  This blows.. I was so set to party. lol I guess I can wait a bit more. just kicking the can down the road... but eventually the piper will be paid....what he's owed (edit...hadda make it rhyme, just for a shiggle....) |

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

While I scoffed for months at the "GAWSuit," and was enraged when Garza was dropped, Allen Shinners actually had a great plan. The courts have refused to dismiss the suit against Deep Pockets Stuart Fraser of Cantor Fitzgerald. he's loaded! If they ever find what's left over from Garza's hookers-and-blow lifestyle, he will be even further nailed. Until then,it's looking very good for the plaintiffs of the GAWSuit to collect. Big. Then criminal charges will surely follow. Win-Win. Keep the faith. |
