561  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is that possible to earn bitcoin with Youtube Channel? on: June 06, 2017, 09:56:49 AM
Another way to make money from your youtube channel is that if you have some creative skills like video editing, etc. You may make promo videos for different companies willing to offer payment in btc. You may open a thread on this forum regarding your services or take part in several contests that run here.
562  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Splititmining dead on: June 05, 2017, 11:26:28 AM
This has been explained a million times on this forum that cloud mining websites are scams and the users would lose their money.
The ponzi or hyip websites like this run for few days but ultimately run away with the users funds.
Don't repeat this mistake in the future !
563  Economy / Services / Re: DCORP Video Contest(Must be uploaded to youtube).5btc to winner on: June 05, 2017, 06:57:38 AM

564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SNC] SunContract - Decentralized Energy Market on: June 05, 2017, 04:21:40 AM
Today is world environment day, and I wish this project great luck in the future.
The pollution levels have increased at an alarming rate throughout the globe, and innovations like these are the means to make the earth a better place.
565  Economy / Services / Re: I'm sharing 0.0111* BTC per Bitcoin you own by signing a message on: June 04, 2017, 03:36:09 PM
So the bitcoin address from which we're suppose to sign a message from should currently contain the n number of bitcoins to get paid or have had a history of total received particular amount of bitcoins ?
The address that was used for signing the message must have the 'n' number of bitcoins "at the time of distribution (June 9)"
If your funds are distributed to other bitcoin addresses as well, you may sign the same message with all of them to get increased returns.
566  Economy / Services / Re: I'm giving away 0.00289* BTC per Bitcoin you own by signing a message on: June 04, 2017, 01:45:33 PM
bump - 5 days until airdrop. One could argue Bitcoin now pays dividend.

GBYTE just crossed $900 (and fell back a tiny bit).

1 GBYTE is worth $874,95, which means my offer is - at current exchange rate - up to more than 0.01 BTC per Bitcoin now. Yes, about 10% less than the title of this thread when I just edited the OP. It shows how volatile the value is. We'll know for sure after I sell on Friday.
That's great ! When I signed up with you, the price was ~0.006 btc per signed bitcoin.
Good to see another altcoin with such a high price.
Also waiting eagerly for the distribution to complete !
567  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Android Game with Cryptocurrencies [Alpha Stage] on: June 04, 2017, 07:31:53 AM
The game idea is looking good and the characters look great mate. I see you are using unity to make this game, as a unity developer i know this is heading for a disaster unless you deploy it on a server. The hacking will be too easy if it isn't deployed on a server. Have you planed to tackle this?
Yes I would be using Unity Engine. I was thinking to use google play games services to take care of the player scores and coins.
I don't know much about hacking, if you are experienced may you please provide some other alternatives ?

Bitcoin or other altcoins as in-game currency? What do you mean here? Purchase bitcoin to buy at premium shop?

Familiar with RPG games? Make a trading warehouse there where people can auction items. The currency to be used is bitcoin. There is a tax there once it sold. That will be your profit. If the game will be popular, you don't need that ad revenue since if lots of people do trades at warehouse, then the tax will continue to give you profit. Just don't set a high percentage since it's not a good idea. Maybe like 0.5% to 1% or close to that depends on the current population of the game.
I know RPG's but the implementation of trading between different users would take much time and some advanced skills. The game would be a sidescrolling runner. There is not much scope of trading but instead the user may upgrade powerups, etc.
I also think that to make the game more popular, bitcoin should be implemented, because there are many bitcoin api's to make it easier to integrate with the app. The game would be leaderboard based as of now, but multiplayer may be added later.
I would be offering in-app purchases to purchase different character skins and powerups.
Following are some of the characters :

Woah, those are somee cuteee characters there!! Totally interested in your game now <3 How did you make them? Smiley

Ah ok, so the in app purchases sounds great to me, but could you add an option 'Redeem Code' where we can get them from you for some BTC as I would prefer using my BTC. I don't mind buying a bit from a hard working dev if the game is impressive! Smiley
Thanks for your interest !
Can you expand more about "Redeem Codes". What would the codes be used for ?

568  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Android Game with Cryptocurrencies [Alpha Stage] on: June 04, 2017, 06:19:00 AM
Go for Bitcoin for the first choice since it is the most popular after all and more users would rather have them, and you can add a secondary option with the altcoin of your choice. Altcoins are not that stable, so focus on Bitcoin as of now.

I am curious to how the game and the system works, does the user have to 'deposit'? If so it would be a no-go for me, you can add Google Apps in-game if you are planning to publish on the play store, this way, the user can earn from in-game earnings and you can earn from the ads. Smiley

You can take a look at BitPlay CoinFlapper which rewards its users quite high for a game too. Would the game be real time or leaderboard based? Hope that every user have a chance to gain something.

Android game app development ain't easy, good luck and hope to see further developments! Cheesy

Instead of going linear, you could be going vertical, like in the classics. Can you share with us if you going to have player vs player matches or

just highest score games? How are you going to protect it against bots?
Currently I am focusing on high score type of game. The Multiplayer functionality may be rolled out later, but first I will focus on this one.
The player wouldn't be going linearly all the time, there would also be jumps. powerups, etc.
Screenshot :
(Here is the Player jumping)
The bot players would not be able to complete the level, so they would not receive any coins.
To protect it from getting hacked, I would be making the user data secure.

Don't forget to put some clouds on backgrounds. Because clouds makes everybody happy. And also music is very important part of the game. It should be relaxing. I wish you success. I will download and play it when u finish.
Definitely ! The clouds and other aesthetic elements would be added, after or along with the completion of functionality of game is done.

What is the best currency to implement in the game ? The one with easy to use API would be preferred.

570  Economy / Services / Re: Auto-bumping your threads on: June 04, 2017, 05:24:10 AM
If it's within forum rules, why does the optional account used have to be a throwaway?
As far as I understood it has to be a  throwaway account because you are required to giveaway your account credentials to somebody else. I don't think you would be interested in giving away your personal account details, would you ?
571  Economy / Services / Re: ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD SUBSCRIPTIONS + ADOBE STOCK SUBSCRIPTIONS on: June 04, 2017, 05:15:27 AM
I am willing to give a vouch if you may. I frequently use video editors and photo editor softwares, so Photoshop and After Effects / Premiere would come in handy to me.
I currently have Creative Cloud Free Membership only.
572  Economy / Services / Re: SunContract Signature & Avatar Campaign(CFNP) on: June 04, 2017, 02:05:17 AM
I know some of you have ranked up but this campaign is full so the only way to rank up is if a spot opens up. Currently i have 4 jr member slots open so unless youre a jr member you cannot rank up right now
So would the users be paid according to their previous rank rates till a new spot is available in the campaign ?

This is my video, I hope you enjoy it  Cheesy
My video: https://youtu.be/WEDykjib6wQ
BTC Address: 1QK34j5mqNcqHwzaaxJoprcpcCQs3gDD3P

The Video is nice and informative, but I fear that it would not be considered as a valid entry, because according to the campaign rules, there has to be a human voiceover in presentation videos like these.

From OP :

574  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Android Game with Cryptocurrencies [Alpha Stage] on: June 03, 2017, 12:55:27 AM
Sounds interesting. One more gaming faucet app in the list. I suggest you to use blackcoin. Because lately many are using blackcoin faucets a lot . It will be difficult to maintain the game if you use bitcoins because of its recent hike in its price and you will be forced to lower the rewards. All the best for your new project.
Thanks for the suggestion ! I would look about how to integrate it with the game and if there is any api or not.
---
The character looks quite appealing to me personally but the enviromment is a little bit too plain at the moment.

Yes the background is just plain blue currently but stay tuned ! There would be better graphics as the game development progresses.

BTW, how should the cryptocurrency be implemented in the game so as to make it profitable for the developer as well as the user ?
Waiting for suggestions.  Cheesy
575  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: any bitcoin mutual donation platform? on: June 02, 2017, 04:45:20 PM
i need info or links to trusted bitcoin mutual donation platforms where i can double my bitcoins and increase my btc gain?
Its not Donating if you are earning profits back ! lol
If you want to double your bitcoins, there is no legit way to do so. Do not invest in any ponzi sites, as they are pure scams.
Only your hard work can earn you btc, or you can just buy some bitcoins to double them !
576  Bitcoin / Project Development / Android Game with Cryptocurrencies [Alpha Stage] on: June 02, 2017, 04:21:21 PM
I have started working on a project (no name yet) which would be a platformer based Android (with possibility for windows too) where the in-game currency would be bitcoin or other altcoin . I have just started working on the basic mechanics of the game and would post the progress in this thread itself. Please post any suggestions, etc below.

Here are the current graphics :
577  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How erning over 100000 satoshi/wekly on: June 02, 2017, 03:35:37 PM
After seeing your trust rating, I fear may be the site you are promoting is a ponzi.
100000 satoshi per week is less when you can earn more by spending less time. There are many campaigns like twitter, facebook, signature campaigns, etc. that are many times more profitable.
578  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / How did Satoshi Advertise Bitcoin ?? on: June 02, 2017, 03:17:42 PM
Back in the days when there was Bitcoin and just Satoshi testing it, how did other early adopters of bitcoins came to know about it? Did he advertise about btc somewhere to attract people's attention to this new technology? How did bitcoin users initially rose from zero to millions ?
579  Other / Meta / Re: Who puts up these advertisements ?? on: June 01, 2017, 06:55:18 PM
He's not actually on about the forum ads but the factoid slots that appear occasionally instead of ads (1 in 610 chance).

More details here: https://bitcointalk.org/adrotate.php?adinfo

Interesting facts, funny quotes, hints, info, and ads given away to supporters.

I'm not sure if any ones have been added in a very long time.
Oh that explains it accurately !
"1 in 610 chance" - Feeling Lucky, at least here. lol  Grin
Thanks.
