why centralisation? The Ambassadors are just going to check and verify the documents (they should be also experienced one like insurance agents...) I do not think this will gonna centralised this project... This project can't work without centralized !!! we are talking about using a physical items, so it can't be secure without working under law and getting licences from regional governments, they have regional Databases to allows to full access to car's evaluation. It's not a digital goods that can be handle only in digital world. Yeah right. but I am sure that devs will have plans how they will make it and what are they will going to do to make the project works well also for international members. You're correct. They are planning to ban ICO advertisement in all of the social media, the only one has already banned is facebook. I think that this project is doing a great by restricting the access and influence of the external elements like the social media to get personal data of the user, but I think that to do this it will need huge amountof support from the user.
