I agree, Cardano is pretty darn cool. However, I don't think ETH is gonna sit idly by and let Cardano take center stage. Too many coins, ICOs, and DApps rely on ETH to allow it to fail. Just my opinion, and it's worth all that you paid for it.

I don't have any first hand experience with either of these cards, but the 1080ti has been reported to get 50 to 52 MH/s, the Vega's have been reported to get as high as 47 when strapped through bios mods. But if you factor in the price of these cards, they might not provide the best value.
For me, the Sapphire RX 570 8gb get around 29 MH/s, and are selling for about $260. My Sapphire RX 580 8gb are getting around 32, and selling for $299. If you figure $$/hash the 570's are the best bang for the buck.
These values are for mining ETH.

Considering the high amount, and the long duration of the escrow, you may want to consider a 2-out-of-3 multisig: OP holds 1 key, and 2 escrows each hold one too. That way, 2 out of 3 parties can always make a transaction.
That's a good idea. Two trusted escrow sources who don't normally work with each other. Also, I don't know why you would offer more for the escrow service if the bounty succeeds as opposed to not. Lets be honest there are plenty of places on this planet that the perp's IP could be traced to that could result in a dead end. If you're serious about attracting a bounty hunter, then you have to be serious about attracting an escrow, and therefor you must be willing to pay, whether the perp is found or not.

He's not referring to the fact that one pool is having issues. He's referring to the issue itself as the evidence. The issue is that transaction fees for ETH are so high right now that this pool stopped sending payments, because they are the ones covering the fee.

I tried claymore's eth and dcr before asics killed dcr for gpu, but I lost 10% of my eth hashrate when compared to Phoenix mining eth alone. I've tried a couple of other coins since, but nothing turned out to be as profitable as Phoenix.

That's not normal for me. My reported and 6-hour avg. are pretty near identical. They fluctuate a few percent from one another, but nothing like your graph.

However, this announcement doesn't fit the typical format of every previous announcement the real developer has made. Furthermore, since I've been using this miner myself I have been keeping up on it's development.
