You can check altcoins announcement thread here on bitcointalk or follow up coinmarketcap or coingecko for their new listings by turning on their notifications on twitter. You can also follow icodrops or icobench for new coins. The fact that a coin is new doesn't mean you should invest in it, always do due diligence.

Everybody wants to get quick money. Thats why they are choosing crypto as there are not real regulations in place and anybody can scam anybody is the situation as of now. This is really killing the whole blockchain concept. In the long run, this wont help anybody.
in the end, those people who make stupid and fast money will lose what they have earned and only those who are trained and make efforts to earn money will stay for a long time in this market |

It is usually happens because some bounty hunter sales their token immediately no matter the price is , that is why the market dumped automatically.
The team don't give damn about the bounty hunters and their affords. I think it is right idea to sell the bounty rewards for the making profit after the news about getting listed on the exchanges. Why immediately sell the coins of the project which you are advertising? After all, surely before you participate in the bounty, you are studying the project and understand its prospects? To all bounty hunters on here which one do you prefer?
1) Bounty managers should be the ones to hold the coins/tokens and share with bounty participants .
2) Bounty managers should submit spreadsheet back to the teams after bounty ends for distribution.
I think the team should keep our token. because bounty managers are not good. Sometimes they keep the project token, they will run away and no one will be able to find them. and project owners will not let this happen. After completing the campaign, they will get bonuses and bounty hunters will be paid later. This is the best strategy. but there are also very good managers on the forum who will not risk their reputation and they can be trusted with the distribution of tokens |
