A few people on twitter mentioned getting a Blank page at www.multipool.us so i checked it out and had the same issue.

http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ Indicates the site is up, so I wonder if its just a few people with the issue
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CLAM] CLAMs, Proof-Of-Chain, Proof-Of-Working-Stake on: July 24, 2015, 11:27:08 PM
Ok thanks for the help, I'll send them a message and see if they may be able to point me in the right direction.
Include the CLAM community into your distribution - and we will go so far as to provide scripts or even do it for you Smiley
Before you take the CLAM snapshot give me a second to split the JD staking wallet into 100,000 different addresses...
ftw
Edit: and by that I mean you should make sure the snapshot date is some time before now. Because otherwise people will abuse it.

Or, distribute based proportionally to balance.
Or, alternatively, distribute at a minimum balance that is high enough to make splitting likely negative expected value.

Is this talk about a new coin distributed to Clam addresses?

Some really nice volume today, now its starting to look like a real killer coin.

900$? Smiley) maybe by Christmas time Grin

I would consider it at that price.  Even though it still would be at  premium.   I really want to mine scrypt again.

Just not any other chips out there that touch this specs as far as scrypt.

If everything checks out with these, they will decimate A2 sales

What makes you think that price can't change?

Exactly what I am expecting and maybe even a resurgence of the L1

Competition is good
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BIOS] Bios crypto | quark | pow/pos on: July 24, 2015, 02:49:18 PM
CPU mining software?
that difficulty  Shocked 100+ miners on supernova, distribution looks good. hope for some dumps on exchang, mining to hard for me atm.

Aah, sounds like I shouldn't bother then. Mining with a few 5+yr old servers probably isn't going to be worth my time I'm guessing..

Correct, you would be better off with 1 GPU
586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] VGC - VegasCoin on: July 24, 2015, 02:17:27 PM
during the community don't care about the coin why I did it - I voted !I thought that the coin will flourish! - but see, not who is not necessary

We have a few people interested in the coin, I think you will start to see some buy support in about a week. The main problem is the original developers spend no time with the community.

This coin is really ripe for conversion to a new form

Nothing about this coin has ever been fast, so don't expect things to move fast

I think its going to be a great time for NeoScrypt coins, I unfortunately have to divide my hash rate between Feathercoin and Orbit.

I have been a fan of Feather when it started out as scrypt and Orbit for about a year now.

I think it makes more sense to ORB mines! Plus stake in the wallet so you get 200-300%! The value in ORB will continue to rise, because absolutely undervalued !!!! only 3.77 million coins, block halved  mine  to in 2 million blocks to 0.5 ORB

If the price is high enough, you can buy a few FTC ... you then about 500% purchasing power, mine against 50% power Wink

I hope you understand me Wink

"blocks" : 1341380

2,000,000 - 1341380 = 658,620 / 1.440 blocks per day = 476 Days

Merged mining with Feathercoin would be epic

Careful with some of those supposed 110 Mh/s A2's. Bought one off ebay for a decent price but it is only the 90 Mh/s version  Sad

You would open a dispute if they sent you a 90.  The 110 came later on so I doubt many would try to trick people with a 90.

Some of the A2's did slow down some after long use, so might ask of screenshot of it mining before buying.

They shipped it with Emdje's image claiming it could go to "up to" 110 Mh/s. I knew something was fishy from the pictures they used being from different models. Works great at 90 Mh/s though  Roll Eyes

It is the 6 blade version but definitely not the new design innosilicon is currently shipping. I also purchased a brand new A2 from innosilicon and I tried Emdje's latest image on it but it does not work. You can tell innosilicon greatly improved their miners from some of the earlier units.

In case anyone is wondering I am buying these for fun...not looking to ROI. Also with the advent of new algo's (POSv) is mining potentially dead?

I do not think mining will die, but I do think you will start seeing coins get away from using only one mining algorithm. Hybrid coins with multi-algo POW combined with POS/POSv

I hope to pick up one of these sfards models on ebay eventually although I do see some real bargains on A2 miners when Litecoin prices dip

Yeah...well I paid a lot more than that based on devs April 1st tweet, saying he would release mainnet wallet on that day and never did, or has since. #notaprilfools

He's made several such announcements, then disappears, reappearing some time later with completely different promise unrelated to the previous, to the extent that I now regard him as being wholly dishonest.

Did you get out without much of a loss after you decided he was dishonest?
591  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Sfards: SF100-the first 28nm Dual-Mode Miner gets into mass production on: July 21, 2015, 06:28:14 PM

yeah this is it and with  the coupon it was 2 for 2279 including shipping.

plus they take paypal.

these are supposed to be 110mh  with 6 blades.

http://zoomhash.com/collections/asics/products/110mhs-scrypt-asic-plug-and-play-1000w-a2mega-door-to-door-within-3-5-business-days

last year I got in over my head with scrypt.  I had a house full of blades  and LTC tanked.

But zoomhash sold working gear and shipped me more then 7k in gear from April to Aug of 2014.

I gave the coupon out and someone purchased 2 getting 800 off.

so he gets 220mh for 2279 and the gear should show in under a week.

while the sfards here is 55mh for 1280 plus shipping and wait 6 weeks if lucky.

So if you have low cost power the zoomhash deal is better.  your 220mh will be working in 6 days or so.

Sfards is pretty much a bust if you can't get them until late august.

I like Zoomhash, I wish they sold the Mini A2 miners again

I think that the price was high and not understated as it was on comkort - but on allcrypt sold well and the price was good

I agree, I miss allcrypt

We have our pet parodic troll  Kiss  Cheesy

I think with a little work and encouragement we can turn her into a super troll. https://youtu.be/O88mqHWr6V4

Looks like the diff is going up even more with more solo miners getting in. Should we look into getting a pool setup?
