A few days ago, I converted all of my NEO to BTC. I did this because I've read all of the chatter about the Bitcoin Gold fork and thought I could make a little profit before the fork and buy back even more NEO with my profits.
I'm up a little now and could probably get about 100 NEO more than what I started with.
Should I wait to see if bitcoin passes $6000 (or even higher), or should I make my move back to NEO now? Is there a particular date that I need to watch for on the NEO side? I know the fork is projected to be October 25th.

I bought SIA at 600 sat - beat that whiners!  Every time I think it can't be lower than it is, but chart proofs opposite and surprises me that it is possible...to be lower...I don't know how much time it will take to recover till July price, any thoughts? In terms of Satoshis, this coin has retraced, quite a bit, but not nearly as much in terms of fiat. Sure I wish it was flying, but I really care about the price 2 - 3 years from now. |

Does anyone have any idea what this coin could be worth in the future? I know it's always guessing but I'm curious about your opinions.
The full potential will be obvious when they release the proposal system + anonymity feature + atomic swaps with decredition wallet. Expect ~ 0,06 - 0,1 BTC in 2018 Charlie Lee (Litecoin founder) is backing this project... So what can go wrong  Also it is very profitable to stake (buy tickets), you dont need to run your computer 24/7 to stake (awesome) So if BTC is worth $10,000 in 2018 (likely) DCR could be worth $1,000 a coin. That would be sweet. The DCR governance takes out the drama, and the Dev team is top notch. HODL! And lets not forget, what if everyone sees how great DCR functions and it becomes a bitcoin replacement, then hold onto your hats! |

Guys, based on your experience, how usual is to have a ticket vote less than 28 days? I've purchased my ticket 35 days ago, and of course no vote yet  Based on y luck it will vote around the 100 day mark ...  Looking at my long term average, it is about 28 days. It's a lottery, so average over 6 months and I bet it will be close to 28 days. |

Nope. I'm saying people buying GBTC shares are buying GBTC shares, not Bitcoin. The price might be partially derived from their Bitcoin holdings, but a big chunk of it is coming from its own peculiar demands because of its nature. As its customers are not buying BTC then they have nothing to do with BCH either. I am pretty sure I read that GBTC will be distributing the BCH value to GBTC holders, that were holding at the time of the split, at some point in the future. |

It seems they participated in the pre-ICO of the Factom Factom at the moment is pretty desperate to make this kind of announcement to pump their coins. Or it seems they don't even care anymore... they must have sold out everything long before...they must be just pretending to be working and sucking out investors money in Austin waiting for Factom to deliver is like waiting for Godot I don't think it is easy to develop a solid blockchain system, and requires patience. Perhaps cyrpto is not for you. |

Usually when I am losing 70%-80'% on any assett I stubborny hold, since the risk of losing the last 20%-30% of my money is a letter pain than the risk of not getting back my vanished 70%-80'% if/when price will be up again.
I couldn't agree more, and i have a feeling we haven't seen the last of sia. If SIA makes progress as the storage protocol of the Internet, expect big things from SIA. The run up it had was excessive and it has gone back to May levels just like many other coins. I am holding for the long term (2+ years). |

It dropped dramatically in June and after some stabilisation, it is moving down again...
Sure it creates great buy opps, but that is not the best to have such a drop in a short period of time...
Yes, there is a reason! Almost all crypto is down 7 to 25% in the last week. Some say it is because bitcoin may fork again in some weeks and folks are selling alts for BTC. With that BTC they can get free coins from the fork like BCH was given in August. |

Yes 50 Million coins owned by NEO. This has been known for ages. The NEO team can release a max of 15M coins a year. However most likely they will use these coins to incentive development and promote the coin. When you listen to the NEO founder in interviews you get the impression, he has no intention of dumping any coins. This is a positive that they have a large development fund so they can keep this project going for years and decades. |
