5801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to make sure you don't lose money on: July 09, 2017, 07:59:56 AM
The first important thing is gamble with the money you can afford to lose. Then set a realistic goal not something like 20 times your bankroll maybe 50% of your bankroll. After that try achieving that goal and when you achieve it either withdraw everything or only continue with your profits. If you still end up losing everything quit gambling for good

Good advice, if someone lose money on gambling all the time it's better to quit then to lose more, in that way someone can fall down in deep problems with gambling, and constant wish to cut loses with one more big bet.
In gambling no one can be sure in results in the end, only way to not lose money is to gamble with some promotion chips, or free roll poker tournaments, where you don't risk nothing but there is a little chance for win some little amounts. Gambling with faucets on some sites is also possible, but I tried that and its completely waist of time, its good only if you wish to have a little fun without giving your own money.

Generally all kind of gambling just waste of time when we ignore that thing there is no safe heaven to make only profit with gambling even with faucet amount I saw so many people who wasted a lot of time by collecting faucet amount win huge and end up got busted. From my point of view gambling is not a way to make money for me.

I just don't get it on how people view gambling as a main source of money-making. You are right when you said that people should just gamble the money that they are willing to lose since this will help them in terms of a losing streak. About OP's question, whatever path or choice that you will take, for as long as you rely on making money on gambling, it is inevitable that you will really lose money. If there is such a way of gambling without losing money, then I believe that almost all people now should be millionaires. You cannot get the best of both worlds and you are playing with RISK here. My best advice for you is not to rely your income on gambling, rather get a decent job and start your career there.
5802  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: July 09, 2017, 07:36:36 AM
If you're long term and will check it from time to and don't mind losing everything (as BTC is still a risk) then go for it.

Only risk what you are prepared to lose.

Yup, there's always a risk involved when you buy bitcoins at any time. Even the people before who are millionaires now, they bought and invested bitcoins that are expensive at that time and accepted the risk of doing it. Now, their risk paid-off and they are instant millionaires. It is never too late to buy bitcoins at any time because its prices are highly volatile, meaning they change every now and then. Many people are speculating that when August comes, the price of bitcoins will drop due to the influx of supply in the market and who knows, the price might also increase in the future.
5803  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many ways are there to earn bitcoins? on: July 08, 2017, 04:25:16 PM
You can earn free satoshi in many mining & you can earn invest btc reshare site.

Well that's not all the ways on earning bitcoin! There are a lot of ways for you to earn like joining various campaign signatures (just make sure you are qualified so), bitcoin mining, trading bitcoins for services, selling stuff, or anything that involves service. You can always check the marketplace if you are interested of joining one. Another thing, investing is also a part of gaining bitcoin but this is timely and risky. In my opinion, the best way of earning bitcoins right now is through joining different campaign signatures due to the availability and nature of it. As long as you are qualified for the qualifications, then go! The prices also vary from the respective ranking, so if your rank is high, definitely your pay is also high.
5804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: July 08, 2017, 03:33:25 PM
Depends on your view of things and your religion, Regardless of it being a sin or not (IMO depends on what money you are gambling in the first place, since using online earned money doesn't feel that wrong), Regardless, it's a very bad hobby that cost people ALLOT of money...

I agree regardless if it is a sin or not (depends on the religion), gambling will always give you unfavorable results especially when you get addicted to it. I always tell my friends to stop gambling because it has the potential to alter your personality when it comes to money. I have this friend that always go to casinos every month until last year, he sold his house due to the debts pilling-up. Nothing good will come out of gambling even if most of the times you win money. The strong temptation to bet until your last penny is so strong that you can even lose everything. So please, if ever you know people who gambles frequently, tell them to stop.
5805  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation and Deflation of Price and Money Supply on: July 08, 2017, 06:38:45 AM
The idea was that you print money when economy is not doing so well and then collect it back when times get better again. It seems like governments forgot about the 2nd part

Inflation in a country is both beneficial and harmful to the economy but if it is regulated, then it is advantageous. Every country has its own rules about the rate of inflation that they must control. Here in the Philippines, the inflation rate of a country must be around 2-3%. Anything more or less than that will affect the economy. Inflation is really not a bad thing since it increases the money supply in the market. But if you print money due to the economy being low, this will significantly increase the supply of money in the market. By following the law of supply and demand, the tendency is that prices in the general market will increase and this will lead to chaos. Like what happened in Zimbabwe, the prices of goods are so high that even their currency's value is so high. There are many options under our banks to fix the economy but printing money is the last resort that they will do.
5806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Is Your Worst Moment in Gambling? on: July 06, 2017, 05:43:56 PM
Just because of greediness placing bet upon team with higher odds, though we know that particular team opposite to the one we have placed the bet has got increased winning chances. This is purely a bad thinking and it happens with me quite often being the worst that provides worst results.

I see, but I never experienced bad luck from gambling because I DONT GAMBLE lol. But I have this friend that lost everything that he owned slowly due to gambling. It first started when he won continuously in gambling. He boasted about it and told everyone until slowly, all of his earnings started to decrease. Due to that, it created this attitude of him going back-to-back in casinos even if he was in debt. He then started borrowing money from his family members and to me and then, the expected happened. He committed suicide while leaving his family in debt, his child and his wife. That is why I really do not promote gambling in any way or if you gamble, please learn when to stop.
5807  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin prices rise high on: July 06, 2017, 03:29:34 PM
Many people are now curious to know what bitcoin is, whereas once bitcoin was just underestimated, now upside down many people stop working instead they prefer to focus on bitcoin

Is this the impact of rising bitcoin prices?

i hope so it will rise higher , to help those who receive small amount of bitcoins every week , or to those who joined bounties.

The price of bitcoins will definitely increase due to the supply and demand of bitcoins from the market. You guys need to understand that the price of bitcoins are very volatile, meaning it changes over time. But according to the latest charts, it is to be presumed that the price will increase in around 2-3 months and now is the best time to invest bitcoins due to the decrease in price. Another thing, the price of bitcoins depends on several factors like large businesses dumping bitcoins to fiat currency, or government regulation but if I were you, invest right now to be able to profit in the future.
5808  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: July 05, 2017, 07:04:39 AM
Explaining its certainly difficult to understand by kids, we must teach while the practice of collecting bitcoin for example by teaching kids to join bounty bitcoin, such as twitter bounty, after collected then kids will more know.
I don't think it's a good idea. Teaching kids should be academically related. This field I think is necessary for teens and adults only. Kids must think their education first before earning so that they can focus more in bulding their mind first.
Agree with you, i think it's not the time to give this to the little boy. Because it is not the time for them to work or understand the troublesome. They should learn in school instead of work. So I thought it would be better if you did not explain the bitcoin to him

For me it is not good to teach kid about bitcoin, its better to teach them their lesson in school instead of bitcoin because bitcoin is a work its not easy to learned bitcoin. Studying is important to the kids because at their age they set there mind in playing not working in bitcoin. We can teach them at the right time.

I agree with that, kids surely are capable to learn new things easily but that doesn't mean that their undertanding can cope up with that. Crypto currency will be too much for them. Also, cryto currency is not just about bitcoin and earning it. We all know how broad this topic is and that it also comes with the need to have an understanding about economics and its system, politics and etc.

Kids are not ready with that kind of learnings. Kids must experience first how to be young and enjoy at that age. There will be a right time for them to learn about bitcoin.

Though i don't see anything wrong with teaching kids about btc, i also don't think they have the interest to sustain a study of this. If it's a challenge explaining btc to adults who are just hearing btc for the first time, imagine how it would be for a kid whose interests are about playing games and watching cartoons. I don't think this would be a good idea.

Well obviously, you do not teach kids about bitcoins and other stuff that involves complex procedures due to the nature of them. Teaching them these kinds of stuff will get you nowhere since what's important for them at this early age is their own happiness and the stuff that gives them satisfaction BUT there is always a way to teach them the basics. The idea behind is that you do not teach them directly about bitcoins but you teach them the proper attitude of handling money. For example, if they want to buy something like a toy or a candy, they need to earn it first by cleaning their toys' mess or helping their mom with simple tasks. It does not need to be hard but the idea is still there. It might be different from teaching bitcoins but it helps them properly handle their money and also by EARNING it. Once they have matured, then that is the time to exposed them to bitcoins. The good thing here is that before you explain them everything by investing, they already have the proper attitude on handling and earning money. The context might be different but the idea is the same.
5809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] DIMCOIN The Future Of Equity on the Blockchain on: July 05, 2017, 05:08:50 AM
The fourth day has just started but the total investment has already reached more than 2.5 Million USD. There are many investors in this project because of its very promising visions. May there will be more and more investors in the next days but for now, I can say it's already a successful ICO.

5810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: July 05, 2017, 04:47:03 AM
I have limitations in the spending for gambling. In the beginning I was going on without limitation even after experiencing big loss. This happened because random wins too were taking place. When calculated on a whole the loss is very big compared to my winnings. This made me set limits and stick to it.
Gambling in general have very huge dependencies and people practically do not control themselves during this distinction. Therefore, I hardly believe that someone can adhere to some rules of the elements for themselves. We know what a person is and what emotions a gambler experiences. It's not so simple in the world of gambling and their relationship of man.

We all know the feeling of winning especially when we are in a winning streak and it is definitely hard to stop risking. But to be able to control the hunger and greed that you feel, you must first establish that this is the only amount of money that you will gamble. No more and no less. Failing to do that so will create an attitude of you going-in and out of it until you exhausted all of your earnings and resources. Worst case scenario? You might even sell everything that is essential just to gamble. That's why I don't gamble to begin with because I've been in that situation and I'll tell you, it feels terrible.
5811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: July 04, 2017, 11:31:35 PM
Simple answer: Yes

Detailed answer: It is basically virtual money

Yes and the detailed answer is this: Bitcoin is definitely money since it holds monetary if value if one exchanges it to fiat money. As you observed, the conversion rates from bitcoin to fiat money is considerably high and therefore, people take this as an opportunity for future investment. Since bitcoin also is decentralized, no third parties can regulate the system of it. Some people also use bitcoin as a source of extra income due to the availability of earning it through campaign signatures or other types of services.
5812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is instant way to get rich ? on: July 04, 2017, 03:12:27 PM
what do you think about this topic?

Instant way to get rich? Of course no! No one can be an overnight millionaire without working hard for it. Investing in bitcoins has always the potential to yield twice the money that you invested but it will take a lot of time for it. Another thing, you also must consider that people are earning bitcoins through various campaign signatures or services. It will really take you a long time with hard work and dedication for you to get rich in bitcoins. Even if that was the case, then everybody would be rich by now and poverty will be non-existent.
5813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are You Holding On To Your Bitcoin? on: July 03, 2017, 11:45:14 PM
Look at the charts. If you decided to hold a couple days ago instead of selling at the dip, you now have more value in your hands and more value ultimately means more money. Anyway if you know how to trade it's far better than holding. You can buy more coins low and in the end hold more. If you add to it that Bitcoin is gaining value and will be worth much more than it is now it's profit on top of profit.
it is still not time to sell, you need to hold your bitcoin for some more time, because still a lot of potential is there in bitcoin price. i think so people have miss guided because of the the wrong prediction of bitcoin and therefore they are reluctant to hold their bitcoin. they want sell even in such a low price, but still there are people who are holding bitcoin so firmly and are not ready to sell their bitcoin in such situation and such people are in fact giving strong support to bitcoin, and therefore the is remain so stable for a long time. hope their strong decision will give the great reward.

No one really knows what will happen in the future since the prices of bitcoins are very erratic. But like you said, if you are going to look at the charts, there is really the potential of the price increasing over time. Holding bitcoins will yield you better results compared to selling it today and regret it later. I had a friend who had like 5 btcs 2 years ago and he patiently waited until last April on where the bitcoin prices skyrocketed up to ~3500$.
5814  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to control greed on gambling? on: July 03, 2017, 09:05:11 PM
As i know gambling is all about luck and how to control my greed, except sportbetting (of course need skill and strategy).

I have experience in gambling (casino), somtime i hit big only with faucet or free money and i can withdraw from that. but because my greed i always want more and more, then i'll come again with my money as bankroll. Bet more and hope win more, but because of that i'll lose my money little by little and usually i'll stop after my bankroll to be "0". I call that with greed.
Anyone here have any suggestion to control my greed? Let me know.

Gambling can really be addicting especially if you do not know how to stop. It creates an attitude of you going-in and out of it until you exhausted all of your earnings and resources. The tendency of gambling is that even if you won or lost, you still want to go back gambling. To stop your greed, always learn when to stop betting. You can always stop betting let's say if you won twice of your bet or lost twice of your money. Do not go all in with all of your money in one round because it can really deplete your money fast.
5815  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: July 03, 2017, 11:51:04 AM
I heard that bitcoin is a good investment for making a huge profit in the future , is that right ? Because i want to buy some bitcoin in these days .

It is definitely a good investment especially the prices of each bitcoin is superbly high and there is always the potential of it increasing by every month/year. Also, bitcoins are decentralized, meaning no third-parties like the bank or the government can control the system. You also can try joining various campaign signatures since they offer services in exchange for bitcoins. It may take some time and effort of posting constructive posts but it will be all worthwhile in the future. For as long as you have the patience and determination to wait, you'll reach your goal.
5816  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: July 02, 2017, 03:48:50 PM
By way of investing but of course the accuracy and patience is very necessary, given the value of bitcoin is still not stable,
LOL. If you do not have money, you can not invest in anything. Therefore, you should find a good job and start earning money right now so that you can have money to develop

its better to have capital to gain more advantage on earning, yet we can still start without it by working on here like in marketplace or in joining campaigns.

In fact, earning bitcoins takes a lot of time and dedication but it is all worth it. As you also stated, you can always try to join campaign signatures or offer services to various customers in the marketplace for as long as you are qualified in their given standards. It may also take an enormous amount of time but all of your hard work will be worthwhile. As they also say, no one can be an overnight millionaire!
5817  Other / Off-topic / Re: world without bitcoins......!!!1 on: July 02, 2017, 01:40:38 PM
Maybe it's a nature and future of bitcoin to exist in parallel to official state currencies. How technically possible to disable bitcoin blockchain network all over the world. Even if one country will forbid using bitcoin, another markets still remains.

i agree because Bitcoin is the currency that will be used in the future so even if one country will forbid using bitcoin another country still remains. Wink

Even if bitcoins specifically were not to be existed, the creation of another alternate cryptocurrency which is the same as bitcoins would be inevitable due to the rising demand and popularity of it in the market. Not to mention, the numerous accessibility and advantages of it to young individuals like me create a potential to earn extra income without working give everyone an equal opportunity to participate.
5818  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: July 02, 2017, 01:03:55 PM
I will never convert my Bitcoin into fiat again, because it makes no sense at all. Bitcoin is sound money, not subject to centralized control and inflationary devaluation. Fiat money is a debt-based scam, fully exposed to the lunacy of monetary policy by central banks and fully exposed to capital restrictions by governmental control freaks. So, Bitcoin is simply a vastly superior form money. Anyone converting Bitcoin to fiat is out of his/her mind.

I hold my Bitcoin to spend them on my future necessities. I really hope that there will be an increasing number of businesses that will accept Bitcoin directly - which means without intermediary fiat conversion. That would be the precondition for me to pay with Bitcoin.

ya.ya.yo!

I respectfully disagree with you. Converting bitcoins to fiat money has its own disadvantages, but it also opens new possibilities and potentials for students like me who use it as an alternative source of income. As a student myself, I mainly use bitcoins to help my family ease up their expenses by using my own money for my own use instead of asking it to them. You may be right about fiat money being controlled by the government and the central bank but I have my reasons for converting it.
5819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: July 01, 2017, 02:20:57 PM
Ask yourself this..  Would you be more pissed if you lost your own money.. or someone else lost it for you..

Once you can answer that.. You will know what choice to make.

Nahh, I will still choose investing on a heartbeat for various reasons. One, gambling will slowly destroy the way you live your life and how you view things. This mostly happens when people DO NOT KNOW WHEN TO STOP gambling. Second, even if both involves risks, investing is safer in a way that there is no way to lose all of your money in a single night. Lastly, gambling creates an attitude of you going-in and out of it until you wasted all of your resources just to recover all of your earnings. Bottomline, if you want to have easy money that involves a huge amount of risk, go gambling but please learn how to stop. Investing on the other hand may yield you twice the money that you invested but this takes time, though safer compared to gambling.
5820  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: July 01, 2017, 01:11:13 PM
I'm just trying to become financially independent with bitcoins. I think it's very possible and I am already working very hard to make that dream come true.

It's very possible that you can be financially independent with bitcoin. But what I do is I still work with a decent company in able to sustain my other needs. And my salary is the one that is used for the expenses, while the bitcoin that I earn from my other source is being kept and hold at my cold storage.

You can always be financially independent with the bitcoins but I strongly suggest that you use it as a means of extra income, and not your main source. The reason being is that working in a company/corporation will yield you better results not just in money, but also your skills and abilities. I am a student myself and I use bitcoins as an alternative expense to at least help my family lower their monthly obligations. But I also dream one day that I would able to earn enough money in work and by also investing into bitcoins. Nothing is better than getting two birds in one stone!
