Hello, please be aware that the publicly available tokens during the TGE are not all of the tokens which will be sold or traded. Currently at least 30.25% of the tokens are reserved for sales or trade with strategic partners or groups, and some entities which due to regulatory or AML restrictions are not able to participate in TGE's but can participate in direct B2B sales following the TGE. Any unused bonus tokens will also be put into this strategic partner pool. When combined with the tokens which will be sold or traded through other strategic initiatives it could be possible for more than 80% of total tokens to eventually be sold through the TGE and direct B2B sales or traded for products and services which directly add value and increase the benefit to token holders. Because of this structure it will help ensure that Jarvis has the most diverse community of token holders who have vested interests in supporting the growth of the community and to help make Jarvis more profitable. is that 30,25% has been reserved by some company or partner? and, 19,75% for public sale? What will happen with unsold tokens, if this happens - are they will be burned? I can't find a hard cap? is it in tokens 420 M? How much will it be in terms of dollars? |

Where does this project have headquarter because it seems like your team is coming from different ares of the world. Did you work on some other project together before or this team really started just one year ago?
We have offices in both Rotterdam(NL) and Amsterdam(NL). Dusk is a joined venture between Informance and Web3 which have worked together in the past. Do you plan to open more offices in case of successful ICO, if you have to expand activities, perhaps in other countries, if yes- where? |

And we want the support from the "whales" Arab princes investing in crypto would really be interesting as it could lead to the broader population of the area becoming interested in crypto. yeah I saw this one a while back. this guys sure seems young, yet he has a lot of experience. When people with experience join the project, it adds more confidence and trust. At this time it's important because the crisis that we have is mainly due to the fact that there were many scammers among ICO-projects. |

That means MenaPay and MenaCash must only be traded on-chain, which disqualifies almost every crypto exchange. Almost every exchange? Are you saying that there are some that qualifies? Maybe he means decentralized exchanges, such as IDEX or Forkdelta? Decentralized exchanges still have drawbacks, the main ones are low volumes. |

So crypto industry added another condition to democrats vs republican, crypto backer or againts it, if there 5 people in the senate(or whatever the election for) maybe we can see some changes against the crypto world in the USA?
If these changes for the better occur in the United States, then of course it will affect the overall map, capitalization, demand and price - this can really be the impetus for a new market. |

I guess this project needs to have a more serious marketing campaign especially in social media as I can see their Twitter's last activity was on October 31 or better yet they could have a more aggressive bounty campaign to further spread the word about this project.
Is there a social media network for the Mena region? Like russia has its own network maybe they have as well. But I agree that they should be more active on the bigger networks. I sort of living in a MENA country, there are no special social media networks for this region, people are using mostly facebook, twitter, instagram etc. Besides that, social media is crucial in everything. They should be more active. I think this situation in other countries, not only in MENA region - there are major social networks Facebook and Twitter, and they are used by most people. |

I heard the 15 of November there is going to be the beta app out. It would be cool to know what we can expect to find, what is going to be working already and what will come next  Great news, I think this project is one of the few that can benefit people and the entire educational industry. I will hold these tokens in the long term - I have no doubt that the team will get everything what planned. |

I too curious about the latest sales figures, can we have an explanation for that? How much sold in bitfinex how much in private placement, end dates etc.
I can't disclose information about how much is raised in the private sale as the terms are private but I know for a fact that the sale is coming along nicely! As for the Ethfinex sale; it will close next week. If you are satisfied with the figures in your private sale i am sure it went good, maybe this will help with your public ICO and will convince more investors to join. I also think so, if the sale is private, this does not mean that the team cannot voice the total raised amount. This will not violate the privacy of each investor. |

Everyone has to do their own research in this market at this moment. The market is too much red for all the crypto and ICO's too not getting much investment. I think that crypto crisis of this year occurred because of many scammers among ICO's, during this time investors have become more cautious. |

Telegram is not really secure. they were forced to give decryption keys to the Russian government. Their encryption is also closed source.
That is a super niche market DUSK is targeting then. For example one that is already under authoritarian government surveillance and whose subversive communications can land them in jail. Or in fact a government or intelligence agency, to prevent spying and tampering, although I suppose they have their own communication system. Do not get me wrong, I can see the benefit of decentralized anonymous communication in those cases, but is it a relevant feature for BitcoinTalk visitors? Are the free, centralized alternatives not good enough? And besides, there is a free, open-source, decentralized ecosystem called Matrix. It's not just a "chat" or a messenger service, they are providing a data stream service. And how is that a niche market? Fighting against corporate espionage by delivering privacy is a huge market. I know for sure that data security is a vulnerability in any field of activity, chat, personal correspondence or email, users would be quieter if they would be under reliable protection. |

Interesting question... and if yes, they are going to add only their local currencies for arabic countries or usd. euro as well? Their goal is to just use MenaCash but to achieve that they need a fiat exchange for sure, it's batter if they integrate it because you can't trade in fiat every token in every exchange At this time, when the market begins to recover, there is interest among investors. i'm sure many of those would prefer fiat. Does anyone know what is happening right now here? I know they said they would continue their ICO well into August but I have not seen anything in their telegram of late. I tried to find their telegram group but it does not exist anymore. Has the Team left us or are they still around? I do have my TIMEBOX tokens but not sure now are they just going to be worthless if the Team are no longer active anymore? I am just very tired of seeing scam after scam in the ICO section now and am getting a little dismayed right now.
I think that you make hasty conclusions, their telegram channel is alive, there 25k users. You can find telegram link at 1st page. At icobench this project rated: 4.7, this is indicator of quality. It seems to me that after the bearmarket, this project will be one of the top. I agree about the fraud was too early to say,and indeed think it is inappropriate.The TimeBox team is still in sight,I have been watching this project for a long time.It is gradually developing,and I think soon we will hear good news and see a positive end result. I would certainly like to see the first listing, at least decentralized IDEX or forkdelta, but perhaps TB team at this moment is developing the platform and wants to first create the finished product. |

Actually, i trust more when seeing an Italian, German or French team more than some undeveloped country. Because if they do malicious things they won't live like kings in their country. Still, Dusk Network is so far from malicious so "cyberhacker" can stop scaring. I agree, the team is from Europe, in general - there people observe the law and prefer honest activities. It would be better if the team participated in live events more, and performed in public - this adds confidence to investors. |

Yea, The lock is a good thing but it wont matter if they wont be able to get in any exchange in next month or so. The lock works only if the token has exchange so there is buy books to soften bounty token dump afterwards.
No matter locked tokens or not and which exactly are locked and for what time if the team did it only to sell all their tokens at first candle of the first exchange... last posts here speaks exactly about exit scam, really hope that it is not true. It does not make sense, they already have the funds in their pocket allegedly -25 mil usd, if this is exit scam they are already gone and are stalling to have less chance of being caught. The potential to get a good amount relative to 25mil raised by selling some tokens on exchange first is tiny, this is not how exit scam works. I also don't understand this logic - what's the point of blocking tokens if the listing is not yet available. But on the other hand, if it were a fraud, they would not give out anything. Perhaps the team is planning to get a very good listing: binance or bittrex - then everything is logical, we just have to wait. |

I was thinking if DUSK Network could be very well used for instant messaging where anonymity is essential? Any ideas?
I was thinking more of full conference calls. Sending crypted anon messages is not a new thing and could already be done with a blockchain... also there are cheaper ways to do instant messaging without a blockchain anyway. I don't think this is the level of anonymity they are going after, neither the market. Beside i reckon there are not much money to be made on anonymous chat and those sort of things. What dusk is doing is providing anonymity at the end of securing the information itself. It seems to me that they need to first create a product, and when it will be ready - when can think in more detail about the scope. |

many project targeting emerging market for banking and have yet to shown good progress yet because many challenge with educating people. How MenaPay going to market in targeted region?
I guess they will have a little easier job since they are focusing on a smaller region than other similar projects. I am sure they will have some local market teams to help them gain on popularity. I would like to know if they have potential competitors in these regions? because it's large sector, and if they can be the first who can realize this, it will bring success. |
