Because they don't know what they're talking about. Those people are just handing their bitcoins to someone else who deserves them more. Because they hate the fact that they didn't make any profits on bitcoin so they're spreading news about bitcoin being dead. In short, they're just haters. |

The worst mistake I made with bitcoin was that i missed the 210 call. It was so bad that I wanted to shoot myself in the foot. Good thing ecoin.eu got my back and caught up with 215 instead. Well, not that bad you think? Not really. I only bought a few coins and again, missed the 215 call and it went up to 227 after I made up my mind of buying a large volume.

Kaya sa ibang nagbabalak bumili ng accounts dyan, do a background check. Pwede kayo magtanong dito tulad ng ginawa ni sir Patatas dati ng matulungan kayo icheck yung seller. |

It depends. Yes they can be hacked. Everything is "hack-able". What matters here is the relationship that you have with the exchanger that you're using. I use ecoin.eu as my trading platform and they are a partner with an exchanger so it's really comfortable for me to use them. But what I can suggest is that you need to follow your instincts. You can follow other people's vouches/suggestions but it won't guarantee you anything unless you actually try them yourself.

Sometimes the problem is how the admin acts quickly to serve his customers. alfacashier used to be quick but now it doesn't seem like they're suitable for the business anymore. I use XMLGold.eu now to withdraw my funds from a trading platform I'm using (ecoin.eu). Support is great and I didn't have any major problems so far (minor delays for 5-10mins sometimes).

I would support this idea. There are a few forum softwares/plugins for forums that allow user mentioning if you do @Athertle. This would be a great implementation.
would see an alert when someone insert my quote so i can answer him instead of verifying each post, so being mentioned is a great idea the forum needs a little modifications tho, for example adding like button... another thing i hope they create an android app (ios for the apple's lovers  ) There's really no need for an android app. Just use the Internet browser installed and go to bitcointalk.org, same as you do on the computer. There's already an android app for bitcointalk. I use it regularly. |

Why will it not? If in the future bitcoin keeps going up and fiat keeps going down which is what happens when they print more of it on a whim people might wise up. Money should grow over time not devalue and bitcoin could solve this and that's what's great about a deflationary currency.
I can see that you've got high hopes about bitcoin but dollar has been there long before bitcoin has been established but I don't think that it would replace USD anytime soon. We're a small community compared to the fiat and I'm pretty sure you know where I'm going with this. |

everybody is seeking a chance to earn more money and if anywhere i can get a better amount of money then i can also drop my 1day job for that money...i mean thats how everything works isn't it
not only, i know that some would drop a job which would pay more(not much more obviously) than a job in btc, to take advantages of the anonimity, and maybe not be able to pay taxes or hide better their income In my country, the possibility of bitcoin being used by the overseas workers to send remittance to their families in the local area are high. There are several companies already that are on the move to aid their needs. This is pretty convenient because they can avoid the ungodly taxes this country has. |

I want to soon buy a large quantity of bitcoins for a good price in EUR.
Can anyone suggest where or how i should buy 250BTC.
Which exchange are best and what strategy (do i buy all in 1 go?) should i use to purchase that quantity. Is BTE-e a good place to buy this quantity?
This is purely for investment purposes.

If you're going all in, BTC-e is also good but I wouldn't recommend an all in with them. Perhaps you could go and buy on separate websites? I recommend ecoin.eu if you live around europe. You can go to their office personally to make the purchase. EDIT: I didn't see the sig right away but It wouldn't hurt to help if he really wants to invest lol. |
