It's sad because LTEX would of been able to market these updates to the crypto world. Gulden will be the best currency to use for a handful of users, lucky us but marketing is lacking with Gulden.
If he wanted to do marketing, he would promote www.kwartjeterug.nl seriously. That site was made specially for him by the Nocks developper. Gulden itself is independant (no managers, but team work and good development), people can do marketing with there projects on Gulden. Gulden itself makes the basics right, such as good development and useability to make projects on Gulden possible. Just for the record, Patrick didn't make that site for me but I paid Patrick to help me build kwartjeterug.nl for the Gulden community. The site is still live and functional, it might have been offline for two weeks in January because I had to move the server. I spend my own Guldens on paying out those Kwartjes to the users, to help promote Gulden in a playful way. Just like all other things I have done for Gulden. Since Rijk made it perfectly clear I'm no longer welcome to do those things for Gulden anymore, please leave me out of this. I wish you guys well and hope someone will pick up good markering for you. I remain a silent investor and still hold all my Guldens safely in my cold storage. Thanks for the marketing you did for Gulden in the past, when Gulden needs marketing the most it is not there. I am patient and maybe there will be a marketing team that will help Gulden to it's true potential in the future. |

What is timeframe for beta testing on android?
When it is ready™ Seriously though, development is going well, but we are doing real development here, not just some quick half-arsed name changes like other coins tend to do. This wallet is intended to actually be used, and not just used but to outshine all existing wallets that currently exist, not just to fill some check box on a sheet of features we have. This sort of development takes time, especially when done by people who have other jobs, that said we are still well on track for sometime in March, exactly when I can't say yet as it depends on how various things go. Thanks MaNI, you all doing brilliant work and this is why I am eager to get my hands on the Android wallet and show it off to family and friends. Much respect to you and the people working behind Gulden. |

I guess, that will be after release of Android wallet (same features as iOS wallet (pay easy at any bitcoin and Guldenstore in 1 app)) and release of Prime (blockchainsecurity: no double spends possible and instant payments). EFL went ahead of Gulden in marketcap. For some reason the forums are to blame for the demise of Gulden ?
From what i read on the history of EFL ann one guy mentioned Gulden forums were bad but the main reason EFL is doing well is because they have a few rich investors. In a world where things were just counted on effort Gulden would have 10 times the marketcap. Gulden might get serious investors in the future when people take notice. It is a good time to buy before the forums get changed again and the investors come back that didn't like the current forum. Can the team not change the forum until the price goes below 300 and people can get in at a better price? There is no relation between forums and the price. Never has, and probably never will be. There is a lot of people I notice don't post here like they used too and they all blamed the forums. I think the price is going under 300 when that wall is broken. |

It's surprising that this coin afloat despite the huge premine**. Apparently a lot Dutchmen remember the good old Nederlandse gulden (officially until 1999) and do not know what crypto currency must be transparent and honest  Or, despite the huge premine and still afloat, this says something about Gulden in general... Ok, how about Electronic Gulden? it is also a coin from the same developers? But it looks like a clone with the same name and same premine Just curious who was born the first  EFL has a much better main forum then Gulden but Gulden is better in every other way. What Nocks is doing is real, not some hype. And making something that is really useful takes time, 4 months is nothing. Enough with the 'innovative' updates just for the hype, we are building things that people will use because it's easy, fun and better.

You guys are doing good work but Gulden lacks investors, exchanges , third party services compared to other coins. What do you think is the problem? When I look at other coins they not doing much development but get much more press and exchanges. Most of the rich dutch investors have left Gulden because of politics. Gulden is left with the common man who see great potential but have to live with a poor team and community but with good morals and trust. In time the chances will come for Gulden. This team has very good dev skills but no money. |

I read on the AUR thread Gulden got double spent, WTF!!!! I have updated my wallet.
Trackcoins is a troll, people need to wait a week and see if other coins get double spent. No other coin get attacked then it was a personal vendetta against Gulden and EFL, AUR have most hate against Gulden. |
