EFL = part of the accepted cryptocurrencies by Litepaid

Ok. No offence but I will use Nocks until EFL removed off litepaid.

You forgot the why you want EFL removed part... Nobody is going to do something if you leave the why out =]

@ BitBill we have some EFL customers, if you give me a good reason why EFL should be off the list i might consider it.

For me it's just a moral thing as coin was created and proven a scam, we give credit to a scammers creation by adding services but if you have customers that are using your services then you are making money from EFL. So that is good for your pocket.

I have made a post on AUR ANN about how they managed to get almost 40 000 people from Iceland with a population of 300 000 to claim so quickly. The team can maybe get some ideas here if they respond to me.

185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUR] Auroracoin - a cryptocurrency for Iceland on: April 12, 2015, 04:52:15 PM
The airdrop was donne by using the kennitala ID system and moving bytes of computer generated data Smiley
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kennitala
The initial hype arround AUR just before the airdrop when 31.8 of them worth 600$+, attracted 30.000+ airdrop requests.
After the dump the number of second airdrop request went down to 5000+
And the 3'rd airdrop request went even lower to 2500+
Because the value of the airdop coins is so low now, they have no use in merchant transaction. It's something that you just trade if you have a taste for risk or you firmly believe in the concept propose by AUR coin.
But with the newly dedicated foundation that holds a marketing and development budget, this will change in time.

Do you know what the developer did to advertise AUR to the people in Iceland. I am part of the Guldencoin community and as you can see with our distribtion stats under 2000 people have claimed with a population of 17 million in the Netherlands. The coin has also just turned 1 year old and has plenty merchants, been on the media and even RT but only 1918 people have claimed. Any tips or ideas the AUR developer used would be welcomed.

https://distribution.guldencoin.com/#/stats

Something that is a concern is that EFL with the same coin supply also claimed around 40 000 people in the Netherlands claimed but that was proven as a scam as the coin creators got caught out by having bigger sells in EFL on the exchanges then was meant to be in supply at the time. Now there has been community takeover and they also got a foundation built. Looks like AUR going to head in same direction.

I know some members in Guldencoin have invested in AUR so came to check it out so please let me know how they advertised and I can give this information to our team.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NLG] Guldencoin.com — Meet our amazing community on: April 08, 2015, 06:07:13 PM
It was just a question and a simple "no" would have been enough.

A question on a forum. If you want simple answers like yes, no or I don't know, replace the forum with a poll. There're only two participants in this flamewar, you and LTEX. Stop it, don't feed it.

Please.

Jonah Falcon wins this fight.

And yes, I have invested thousands of Euro's and hundreds of hours into this project. That makes me a shareholder, just like all the other members who have given their fair share. And shareholders do tend to think they have a right to speak when they think their investment is being ill-managed!

You may think what you want of me, but know that I am here to support this project so we can achieve great things together. Thats why I will not accept that the lousy way this dev team tends to communicate does more harm to this community that it has already done!

Quote edited for brevity but LTEX is 100% right.  I'm not Dutch, never will be but I did hold a fair amount of NLG. I sold out a few weeks ago when I realised it was a boys club.  Not a "boys club" for the Dutch, just a boys club for the privileged few that "run" the coin. Lots of people put a lot of time, effort and money into supporting this coin, but if you aren't Rijk, /GJ or a friend, you get nothing.  If you are in the club - happy days - at everyone elses expense.

@ veertje.

All I'm hoping is that people focus on what is important now.  It appears to be really hard to convince those that make the decisions to take the first obvious step, which is to dump DGW3.  If we can make that happen and /GJ's simulator is all that it is cracked up to be, then I can see an argument for a multi POW version of NLG in the future.

Hell, I personally support 24Kilo's idea of a reduced block time and reward but I can also see that it a step too far at the moment considering the conservative nature of the devs.  I'll happily take an algo change to Digi ASAP and argue about block times and muti POW at a later date.

All I want is for SOMETHING to happen really soon to stop Terk raping the coin.

Are you also member of team Criptoe that left few weeks ago?

Do you really want me to put a list together with all the donations I have already given to the members of this community? Come on, this is about what would have been wise for the dev team to do, don't twist it around!

No need to put a list together because I have read the forums and see you have donated and it's very kind of you.
No twisting from me I am just seeing that some posts are best left unsaid? Was there reason to put the devs profile on your post and make him look like he does not care?

Further digging into the pandacoin thread and you will see a different picture painted about MaNI.

I hope for all our sakes the second poster is right, so why would you want to chase this dev away?

Oh, but I'm in no way posting against Malcolm! And i seriously don't want to chase him away! I already said in the dutch reply he deserves to be paid for all I care!

This is not about MaNI is's about the way the DEV team choses to communicate and act within a very small and closed circle! I just read that even Cookie, the main admin and founder of the Guldencoin forum, was not told about the new forum as well. It was a complete surprise to him also! How in Satoshi's name can you justify that !?!?!?Huh

I can't comment much on this but that was not good if previous forum owner was not told.I agree with this if true.

I am just pleased that the development team is looking world class now and hope we don't demotivate their efforts and them getting involved in debates when they should be working on upgrading the coin.

He give Frank (c_e_d) en Malcolm (MaNI) and Geertjahon 3 million NLG
Nobody has given anybody anything, Rijk started a thread saying he would *like* to do that in future when the work is completed and asking the communities opinion. The discussion is ongoing no decision has been reached.
You should really not post things if you don't bother to properly check your facts first.

I read the post and can say that it will be 1 million each and not 3 million each once the project is a success. LTEX is not happy (no surprise here) but generally people are fine with the suggestion so far.

LTEX complain when nothing is being done and he complains when something is being done. Not sure what game he is playing but maybe to force people to dump to low prices?

Let me be absolutely clear that I don't play games! I take this project extremely serious, which is why I raise these questions sometimes. Like myself there are many people who invested a lot into this, so I just want to stay sharp and watch over the shop!

I know some of you might confuse my vigor with complaining, but I have done nothing but giving to this community and never asked for anything in return, other than clarity and transparency.

Rijk might say it's outrageous to have a person like Malcolm even have to read such a thing, but how do you think guy's like Meije feel, who have invested way more hours than Malcolm so far on his GuldenCoin app and was completely ignored in his cryout for help from Rijk to get the costs for it funded. Or what about Frais who has been totally ignored over and over with his offer to help put a good forum together, only to find a new forum shoved down the communities throats without any consultation? Or what about CoinFreak who was on a roll getting a radio campaign funded, only to see he needed to sort it out himself, no help again, just ignored. Yes, Roel had Nocks funded with 1 million within 4 hours after the CPF saw daylight. Not that I think Nocks shouldn't have been funded, but I do see a pattern where the inner circle is getting their way, while the rest of the community gets ignored over and over again!

But here we are, three dev's getting 1mm each because they do such a great job. two of them not even here for more than a couple of weeks and without any real proof of progress shown to the community. And this while people like Bram or Jero put in great efforts too, or guy's like BioMike that have put in thousands of Euro's in profitless mining, just to keep the chain going while G-J has been playing with his, unused, simulator for over 9 months. Taking that in consideration I would say this is not a smart move at all. But you know what? I personally find it respect-less to them!

If Rijk would have consulted me on this and asked what I think of paying 1mm to the three dev's I would have advised against proposing this to the community and have quietly paid it from my personal account! Why? Because I do think they deserve to be rewarded if they deliver good work, but I also think others are entitled to rewards just the same and it causes trouble in a community if you rule by diversion. Leadership is not about making decisions, it's about overseeing the greater good of the community and aid it in making decisions!

And yes, I have invested thousands of Euro's and hundreds of hours into this project. That makes me a shareholder, just like all the other members who have given their fair share. And shareholders do tend to think they have a right to speak when they think their investment is being ill-managed!

Why not give NLG to the other people you think deserve it like you would of for the developers?

There is also topic in English section with updates if you have missed them.

OFF TOPIC. Big game for the Oranje today!  HUP HOLLAND HUP!

They seem to have nicer weather than here in Holland (windy, cold and rainy).

At least they look more like a TEAM!

ltex when is your dev team going to sort out Auroracoin? Been watching long time now, i hope your Auroracoin project succeed as I still have some coins.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=446062.msg10848517#msg10848517

I am confused... why is LTEX working on Auroracoin, I thought he was part of the Guldencoin team and community?

Like I said, only Rijk and Geert-Johan are NLG core team members (not sure about MaNI, c_e_d is a temporary dev), rest is just active community members.

I wish I could do more to help but don't have the technical knowledge but I do support the currency by word of mouth when I speak to people and some have bought up coins using litebit.

I read the ANN and other forums and noticed both times it was the same people stirring things up yet these people have left except for LTEX. What would of happened in a situation where criptoe team was in charge of a coin and things didn't go how they want? Would they just leave the coin for dead like so many others have in this virtual world.

I see this team has stuck at this coin through good and bad times and just keep pushing on. Now I am not saying LTEX or Criptoe team or the core dev team is wrong or right but what is important to me is that LTEX and core dev team have stayed and Criptoe team gave up because they didn't get there way.

200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NLG] Guldencoin.com — Meet our amazing community on: March 28, 2015, 06:18:58 AM
why would the price explode tom?

Lots and lots have been released for the coin by community, even more by community then the team which is not heard of in Crypto. The people really want Guldencoin to succeed. Now the development team has 2 new developers and MaNI is a dev that has already made 2 crypto first features when he was with Pandacoin. Fast block sync and Pandabank. I hope fast block sync gets done for Guldencoin this year as it will make it great for first time users but they sorting out the mining stuff first.

So Strong Team and Strong Adopters and we will see lots of good things here.
