Todoavía no he recibido nada, Miquel J. Pavón Besalú.

May 2. I tried selling bitcoins to the ATM in Heron City in Barcelona. However I was paid a little fewer euros than what I had requested. Another person came over and told me that he had problems withdrawing as well, and had had so for two days. He called support while I was there and was told that someone would come within 15 minutes. After 45 minutes he called again and was told that the support person would be there "now". After about two hours with no one turning up I gave up and left.
The next day it seemed like it was fixed because the limits were much higher so I was stupid enough to try again. This time I was only paid 1/8 of the amount I sold. In the evening I sent a support request through the form at groupbtc.com which I still have gotten no response to. Wednesday 3rd I tried calling and was called back because the first person hardly spoke any English. I agreed to send an image of the receipts by email, and he said it would probably be resolved the next day. I have gotten no response to the email. I have also tried a PM to makalu (Miquel J. Pavón Besalú, the CEO) here on Bitcoin Talk on May 4th but he has not been logged in since May 2.
Tuesday 10th I sent an SMS to the number that called me back, and got a reply that they are trying to solve my problem. I sent another SMS the next day but I have not heard from them since. My problem is quite simply that they are not refunding the bitcoins I haven't been paid for, and there is no reason for it to take this long.
From what I understand it is part of "Bitcoin Investors Trust SL", which also runs ATMs in Portugal, Argentina and Mexico, in addition to "Hedge fund BTC". Their main web site is groupbtc.com. Buyer beware.
TLDR; they are no longer paying what they should and contacting support does not help.

You've misunderstood what went wrong. The system can't know if you intend the space to be part of a file name or divide parameters so you always need to either put file names in quotes ("/hard disk/") or escape the space (/hard\ disk/).

|
|
You need to run the bitcoin client manually with the -datadir= parameter and not start Armory until the bitcoin client has synced. The -datadir parameter for the bitcoin client and --satoshi-datadir= on Armory should point to the same location. Armory does not include -datadir even when --satoshi-datadir= is set. I consider this to be a bug, and it took some time to figure out.

|
|
You need to include the path to the bitcoin datadir (where wallet.dat and other bitcoin data files are stored). For instance --satoshi-datadir=/home/roterdam/bitcoin

Why are you reposting a bunch of articles that have already been posted here? Is it just to promote your signature?

If Bitcoin Classic gets support from half the community then which Bitcoin is Bitcoin? All we will have are two alt coins. Tons of coins will be dumped on both sides depending on which they think will win, and the price of both will crash like it never has before.

Sorry, my Spanish is not very good. The Coindesk map has not been maintained for a long time, http://coinatmradar.com/ is much better.

It was down for about an hour today. It happens every now and then, but it seldom lasts this long.

A workaround for now would be to go into settings, add 127.0.0.1 (localhost aka your own device) as your trusted peer, and check "skip regular peer discovery" when you don't want the app using bandwidth. Then when you get on free WiFi, uncheck it, and let it sync blocks. I'm watching my network monitor right now and it's going through January's blocks. It stops cold when I reengage the check.
Thanks for the tip, I'll do that.

I would appreciate an option to only connect to peers on request. I pay per MB, and even though I usually have data transfer disabled it has managed to transfer 60 MB just this month.

I tried Bit2Me while in Spain and it worked fairly well. You need to be aware that all the ATMs seem to support some kind of cash by phone system, but only some of them are part of Hal-Cash. If it doesn't clearly say Hal-Cash then you probably need to find a different ATM, or you'll be wasting your time like I did.
