61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Reason why we look for a new project for investment purpose? on: August 12, 2020, 06:58:31 PM
The reason is clear, we want to make a profit. If you get in early stages and buy at very low prices you can harvest the profit with the first rise, and that first rise can go up to 1000%. which can be a big profit if it happens, and that happened many times with many new projects. It's risky, many more projects fail to achieve something in the crypto market, after getting listed the price drops and investors lose money!
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Bitcoin and Altcoins bullish together on: August 12, 2020, 05:25:21 PM
When bull run comes, everything will go up together. Like at the present time, Bitcoin went above $ 11k and most of the top altcoins grew soon after, a lot of projects brought profits to investors.

Not everything will go up, that's not possible. Some coins will drop down, and some coins will be higher ranked, it's logic, not all of them can have better ranking if some of the top-ranked coins doesn't drop. Bitcoin will rise first, it's about what we all agree, but which coins will follow that rise, let's say each of us have favorite coins!
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Name really matter in crypto? on: August 11, 2020, 09:27:02 PM
I cash out when I need, I have something on holding. I don't really keep track on my earning and spending. I trade a bit, gamble sometimes, I get money for my life needs when from time to time, but I am trying to save as much as I can in cryptocurrencies. I think it's not important how much you earning, it's important that you are satisfied with that or you are not. If you are continue with what you are doing, if not search for new jobs and opportunities, try to develop your skills.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Those initial exchange offering (IEO) reduce opportunities for bounty hunters? on: August 11, 2020, 08:01:15 PM
Reduce opportunity is not important but important question is that which IEO is valid. Because many new projects launch their bounty and many bounty hunters involved with it but end up with they get penny for their work. So before choosing any project its must important to research background of project so you will not waste your time and work.

Happened to me, and I think each of us here had at least one mistake with choosing the wrong bounty. I try to learn from my mistakes and to check deeply every next bounty I participate in. Still, there's a lot of space for making new mistakes, I am aware that scammers are smarter and they are finding new and better ways to trick us.

66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can I restart a dead altcoin and continue the development?? on: August 08, 2020, 08:09:21 PM
Most important is that you gather a good team, ready to work to develop the idea from the start. If you have some capital it will make everything better, but I think that rising a project from the start to the end can be
achieved with sale, IEO or ICO, so without starting capital, but the team should be prepared for waiting before they start earning some money from that.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best place to find new low cap projects? on: August 07, 2020, 04:46:56 AM
The most success I have from following some people on medium, steemit, publish0x. Many good reviews, detailed research, and their own conclusions about the benefits and possible risks involved with investing. Experienced writers and crypto enthusiasts with technical knowledge are the best sources of information for all new projects.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Eth. When!? on: August 06, 2020, 10:51:20 AM
It's good to buy, why not, the price will reach $500, maybe that will not happen soon, but it will happen. And that not soon means it will not happen next week, or month, but before the end of this year and in the beginning of the next we can expect Ethereum to rise more and to get closer to previous all time high price.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bad days for crypto on: August 06, 2020, 06:12:43 AM
the crypto world always experiences bad and good days now in good condition but don't know for the next day, my advice remains wapada because bear season can come anytime

I agree with you, in crypto market good and bad periods are constant, it's the same in other markets, but what happens in crypto market for a week can't happen on other markets in 10 years. These ups and downs are so attractive for trading, for making a quick profit. The bearish period can come anytime, not it's the time to be cautious, after many good days we can expect some bad period to come.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in crypto ratings? on: August 05, 2020, 09:46:43 AM
You need to be careful around crypto rating platforms, most platforms rate projects because they are paid to do so, making decisions because a coin or token has good rating is wrong, there are different reasons why a project is successful, that's on you to find out

Never believe in just on the source of information, if you want to be sure in that information you have, you need to check that on other places too. And if you are still not sure, try to ask experienced people and about their opinion. I don't trust crypto rating sites, I use them to check some basic info about some projects, that's all!
71  Economy / Economics / Re: Can decentralization lead the next phase of the economy? on: August 05, 2020, 06:54:06 AM
Regualation is needed, we can't deny this fact. Regulation is related to mass adoption.

About what kind of regulations we talk about here? Government regulations? Or we talk about how regulated are some cryptocurrencies? I think that cryptocurrencies are regulated if you mean about scams in the crypto than you need to regulate your knowledge and try to stay away from scams, and if you get scammed it's on you. I learned every time I made a mistake and lost some money, it's how I regulate myself and what I can do and what I can't do, I don't need others to tell me that.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 mistakes to avoid when investing in Crypto on: August 04, 2020, 07:18:45 PM
There're more mistakes that can be made when we invest in cryptocurrencies. It's not possible when to avoid which mistake, all that depends on the project you are planning to invest and your research. Definitely investing is risky, but without risk, there's no gain. We are risking with investing and we are aware that we can make a mistake, that is normal to make a few mistakes, as long as you are profitable on majority of your investments.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Brave browser reaches 16.7 million monthly active users. on: August 04, 2020, 05:52:10 PM
Some of my friends are using brave, but they didn't hear it from me, they don't even know about rewarding program, they just wish a browser without to many adds, that's fast and reliable. It's good browser, but for me NetBox is much more interesting with their rewarding and staking program!
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hidden altcoin gem on: August 03, 2020, 06:31:10 PM
I secretly hope that all altcoins I have are hidden gems! I think that not a single person can tell which coin or token is a hidden gem, it's all guessing, and if you guess good you will make a huge profit. Anyone here does research before investing, I hope so, and what happens after is that future shows were we right or wrong. If we knew which coins are hidden gems we would sell everything we have and we would invest in that hidden gem.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum Classic undervalued? on: August 03, 2020, 05:02:08 AM
Its actually a great coin but compared to Ethereum right now I think you should invest in ether instead Am sure when POS get implemented it will boost its market plus defi and dapp ETC is actually rip to me

It's a great coin, but it's hard to compete with greater ones. Ethereum classic is around for years, I think we can say they are holding very good, and maybe one day they can make a break trough from anonymity. Many people don't know about Ethereum Classic, and if that changes we can see a price spike. They should do something with their advertising, to think about how to attract people!

77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Chainlink (LINK) a good investment? on: July 31, 2020, 06:08:20 PM
I think CHainlink is a good coin for the investment maybe it has a good project behind this which has more demand in the market. That's why it has recently grown tremendously and now traded ranked at 12. Also, it has reached the price level of above $7 from a few cents. It marketcaps has also in billion dollar.

There are so many reason who make any project successful like LINK if you look over ATH it was around $8.80 which is very fantastic and it happened because of hard work of the team. Marketing team is also doing their job very well and news after news coming frequently and after a healthy correction it is back on the work again.
ATH, which is still very easy to achieve, sees a good development and LINK market. High growth that occurred made everyone sure that this project will be big in the future with a better price.

I am bullish on Link in long term, and I think as all of you, Link will be big in the future, and surely Link will have a higher price. Its a great project and many people are interested, it's getting more popular with time and I believe we can count on Link as good and safe investment for the future.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could this be the best time to invest? on: July 31, 2020, 04:37:04 AM
Dont seek investment advice through this post. No one knows the future. There will be 50% chance that you will make good profit or vice versa.
In short term investment, may be this is a good time. Good vibes are there. But volatility is a important feature of crypto. You will hace 50% chance, probability says
If you are optimistic about this market, consider investing, and if you feel uncomfortable, you can patiently wait for the market to correct. The crypto market has been rising very high over the past few months, but I'm sure it will increase even more as the bear market in general has ended a few months ago. There may be a lot of adjustments, but the crypto market will still increase, and you can rest assured when investing.

I am optimistic, but that has nothing with the fact that the crypto market is rising in last few weeks. That is a missed buying opportunity, the price is already up, now it's better to wait for some drop, or if you are investing I hope it will be in the long term because the price can dip suddenly after weeks of rising.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH to hold now or not? on: July 30, 2020, 06:08:47 PM
sometimes traders do not see some analysis for a chart, indicator and also support, resistance is also very influential, Ethereum prices are indeed according to a very bullish trend, but can also decline before go up again

It's a trader thing, to sell or hold for longer and than to book the profit, but that greediness can make you miss a good moment. Anyone can try to short it, to sell and buy again when goes down, anyone can try to hold
it for longer and cash out at higher prices, it's a call you make. Some people just hold it's their thing and anyone can do it too, don't bother with thinking what to do, just hold and sell at new all-time high price.
80  Economy / Economics / Re: Cash Is Trash on: July 30, 2020, 05:37:22 AM
Although cash is slowly going to history we still can't without it. Cashless society is something we would like to achieve but still large number of people is still using it and it's not willing to give it up.
I wouldn't say that cash is trash, maybe is just a form that becomes oldfashioned in this high technologies era but I think despite that it will not disappear over night.

Those people says cash is trash is been obsess already with crypto and just dreaming for something unrealistic, maybe in future it possible to happen but its somehow cannot be adopted by majority since I'm sure many will select the traditional payment system. Maybe some use the cashless due to pandemic but everything will be back to normal once the world will be at good state.

Cash is just a tool, the same as crypto is a tool, and in the time when we technology progress, it seems that crypto is a better tool. Why hate cash? It was good because we didn't have anything better, there's no need for hate speech now, we just need to transfer to something better and learn about it, to try to understand it.
I am not sure about going back to normal, this is taking too long.
