I think I said this before. Altcoin season will not come unless Bitcoin is clearly in a bull market. Most people are afraid all coins will just die. They don't really believe in crypto. Even Bitcoin maximalists fuds altcoins saying all altcoins will die.

I have some altcoins from early 2017 and some BTC and ETH too. I am thinking about investing some more but don't really know what i should be looking into.
Below is my list of coins.
BTC, ETH, NEO, ADA, LSK, LTC, Stratis, Waves, ARK, SHIFT, Pivx, VTC, GRS, Powr, Tenx
When i bought in early 2017, Statis, Waves, Ark and ADA was popular, how are these coins today?
I am not interested in low market/very new coins.

I would only suggest that you choose altcoin that really has good development potential so far, such as Bnb Eth and ltc, but if you have altcoin of your choice, of course it's better because any investment risk that you make is your responsibility itself, but before you invest you should first learn about the prospects for altcoin, because today there are many altcoins that are shit coin and don't have a good future so that you are not wrong in making decisions. Basically what DU18 said, but it is important that the usecase is clearly achievable in less than five years. Usually usecases are badly needed by mainstream. It can't be a vanity project. Secondly, the dev team should be strong and community alive even with a bear market. |

Is coinbase staking works automatically in all coins/tokens or just for some of them? I am not aware of it until I saw some coins credited to my account on a different exchange even I didn't make any deposit of the coins I received. But I have already some coins on that platform used for trading.
In my own perspective, you should only put your coins on an exchange if you are ready to trade it. Don't put them all if you are after the rewards by staking... It still better to earn rewards by staking using a desktop wallet cause you have control over it.
Well, if the wallet is Proof-of-Stake wallet, then you will receive stakes to your stake-enabled exchange address. If your coin is a ERC-token or a Bitcoin colored coin like Tether and then no stake rewards for you. |

Have you tried to visit bitsend official announcement thread? im thinking the developer is still actively managing the thread. Bitsend can't comply with SEC regulation and that must be the main reason why it was getting delisted.
I believe there is no chance for bitsend to go back again and i don't care anymore about that and just try to move on from this one.

It will be just deleted. I wonder if Limx Dev can find this thread. I don't think LimxDex removed any posts like you described. He didn't strike me as the type who would censor people. I've been following the thread for a long time and didn't hear anything like that. Would you show us any proof to back your claims? I think I already deleted the deleted post notification long ago. It is not that important anyway and I don't mind if no one believes. Usually announcement thread is not about price speculations. Coins/tokens usually have another thread to discus price and leave announcement thread fro development and support talk.
This must be the reason. I don't remember if it was indicated on the OP. |

Oh my God, I never thought this thread will gain too many replies. And mostly about bounties. FYI, the bounty distribution ended months ago and few bounty hunters received their share starting December 2018 because they didn't do KYC procedures. About the volume, 90% of all coins have zero. It is not the issue. The issue is the sudden spike of volume.

What happens if BTC is still rally to 100K ?
If Bitcoin rallies to $100k, I will probably sell half or 80% and then retire early. Though I will probably play with my remaining altcoin bags and trade them until they decide to rally themselves. |

if the trend is down I will trade on margin.
but if the trend up I will trade on the exchange.
can such a method bring profit? what are the main factors that can make trading as you do profitable? to be honest, I never did that, because in a market situation going down I only bought assets for investment and when the market started going up I was doing daily trading in exchange. I do believe Cimmy made a vague post. I think what he meant was if he was buying, he will buy spot on an exchange. But to avoid losses in value, he will hedge his crypto assets by placing shorts to offset losses in a downtrend (while holding his coins). |

Coin staking or rather staking proof of stake coins should have been allowed years ago in the exchanges. I suspected that these exchanges holding "our" PoS coins are actually staking the coins themselves because it is easy to implement since it is their wallets after all.

If People want to buy the doge they will deal that in exchange directly not with you mate. It is speculation section, so it is only his prediction. Anyway it is easy to predict price increases for any coin if someone announces it before the arrival of the bull run. I don't respect Dogecoin but I will trade it. Maybe after it pumps a bit. The Doge could be the harbinger of the new altcoin season. In fact, many in crypto Twitter believe it is and it will bring the new season. |

I was holding bitsend coins since 2014 but now I'm worried about bitsend coin because bittrex has delisted the bitsend coin few weeks ago after that bitsend price was gone down deeply and there in no good trading volume in crypto market.
The bitsend team also not announce any latest updates about bitsend coin.

There is. But it is a slim, slim chance. Actually, the first Bitsend pump in 2017, I didn't understand why it ever pumped. Altcoin mania? uhh, dont hodl your breath on that one man  i dont see it coming back unless something drastic happens  The coin was only made for an airdrop token/to make some money from the dev, so its to be expected tho. He never promised anything special really Lucky its even listed at this point really : / I could say that Doge is almost the same. OMG, the scrypt coin was meant to be a joke and up to this day it is still a joke and I don't know why it is still traded. |

I don't so, this 2019? Maybe in the latter part of 2020 when Bitcoin might in the $50,000 level. Maybe, just maybe BNB will grow along with it, being an exchanges coin and all. Binance relies on crypto volumes so a parabolic bitcoin is ideal.

Never ever go all-in. If by chance the price moves against you or the whole coin project is one big scam after all. And then let's say your $10,000 investment becomes $100. You have no more capital to make huge profits. Unlike investing just 20% ($2,000) and then bad luck happens it turns into $20, you still have $8,000 left.

Definitely true if you are some poor schmuck that picked the shittiest, scummiest coins. You will get less rekt if you carefully chosen coins that have excellent usecase, thriving community and dedicated devs. And maybe some day you will be rewarded with 40xs.

Litecoin is old tech trying to stay relevant. It is too much risk to invest and hold this coin. I would rather opt for Ethereum or even Ripple rather than Litecoin. LTC is just the testbed for Bitcoin.

Personally, I don't know. I don't mind but actually most don't know also. The best thing you can do is monitor price daily or three time a week so you won't be caught off guard if Stellar actually rallies and reverses trend.
