601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: WHAT HAPPENS IF BTC TOUCHES 100K ? on: November 29, 2019, 12:40:02 PM
Do you remember cryptocurrency end of 2017 - early 2018 ?
All cryptocurrency get pumped so hard, no matter bitcoin or altcoin but ALL cryptocurrency get pumped so hard

Question it to yourself, like do you really remember what exactly happen during that days?

Are they moving up together or it is exactly different between what you are remembering and what exactly happened.

I asked for a scenario cause I do believe when Bitcoin is having a significant  jump, people will FOMO and forget about alts, they will sell alts to buy Bitcoin. Therefore when Bitcoin is pumping, usually puts alts on red for a while so there is no such pumping together
602  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Top 5 ways to recover your stolen or lost crypto on: November 29, 2019, 06:09:59 AM
Imagine, someone lost crypto worth about $500 USD and he took legal action, reporting to police, had a lawyer and waited everything to be processed that took so much time and at the end he realized that he has lost more than the $500 cause he needed to pay the expenses during the search of his stolen money.
Haha, +1 to this. Sadly this is what happens in almost every case. What's gone, is gone (in crypto world, yeah, that's why it's called crypto). Btw it's so funny, these guys want anonymity but at the same time want to find stolen coins and even get them back.
Bitcoin and the way transactions are sent are far different from bank transactions. On bank transactions, if any mistake happens, you can call to them and fix it with them but in bitcoin, whom are you going to call? If you are capable of recovering your stolen cryptos, then recover all of them, you will be a billionaire.

I thought you'd give me some merits by saying +1

Well, people should be aware of everything that may appear during the proccess of decentralization.

In some cases it's not necessarily about getting your money back, but about justice. I would gladly cover the legal expenses to see hacker/thief be forced to pay a hefty fine or be sent to prison to rot for a while.

It's not fair to have someone like that enjoy the money you worked for. If people were to ignore reporting small theft amounts it basically means that the thieves win and have even more incentive to steal only smaller amounts.

I'm not trying to say stealing money is right thing to do but I would never pay more than what I have lost just to take revenge. They just don't deserve my money more than what they have stolen.
603  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Here are the Top 15 Cryptocurrencies according to Coinbase users on: November 28, 2019, 04:45:13 PM
Does it mean ZRX has more true believers than Bitcoin?

In my opinion, almost all exchanges have almost the same altcoin rank, and I used to check altcoin ranking on coinmarketcap, almost every exchange also has a percentage of trading activity, it's just that it looks different but the essence is the same.

What rank do you mean? holding time rank? volume rank? Well, I would not easily believe a site that is proven for providing fake data.

605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: WHAT HAPPENS IF BTC TOUCHES 100K ? on: November 28, 2019, 11:25:51 AM
Altcoins will not go zero if bitcoin reaches 100k, altcoins will pump for sure if that happens, but expect that the market will dump anytime because I'm sure many investors will take the profit in the highest price.

Give me a simple scenario how could altcoins pump when bitcoin is having a hard bullish trend?

Cause I believe, OP is talking about bullish trend of bitcoin which always put alts on red trends so I don't think alts will have pump during bitcoin's green trends.
606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DO YOU feeL THE MARKET WILL CRASH TOO ? on: November 28, 2019, 11:05:03 AM
of course not that can't happen $1,000 in one bitcoin will never happen ,other than that this decrease is only a temporary correction and will rise higher than before ,not continue to decline as you think it's not true and will never happen mate ,I think investors and whale will take precautions

Bitcoin freak won't believe that, but as a trader or investor you must believe that everything could happen. It is possible if Bitcoin goes down to $1000 or in a beautiful way, Bitcoin could reach a very high price in a day then bursting out to zero in the next day.
607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What will the price of Ethereum be tomorrow? on: November 27, 2019, 03:10:22 PM
To OP :

Since that day is gone and people's here are no longer speculating but more on spamming, could you please lock the thread?

There is nothing we should do with this thread, no more further discussion needed.
608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When next bull run happen?? on: November 27, 2019, 02:21:22 PM
what you think guys , before halving , after halving , no bull run

Many people believe that charts won't lie, and if the history is repeated then the bull run should be coming after halving.

It won't be instant, it might also give you no sign, leave you in no idea when to buy but big picture is enough to know it could happen again and just be ready whenever the time comes.
609  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Upbit exchange hacked! on: November 27, 2019, 10:22:42 AM
I wonder why this happens.

Like, you know everything is traceable, you hack and steal people's money then wanting people to not know your transaction activity so you can be free with the money you've stolen.

Isn't that stupid? or actually, this is just a drama and centralized exchanges just want to fool us.
610  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Top 5 Ways to Earn Crypto While You Sleep on: November 26, 2019, 03:13:02 PM
It seems like staking have the lowest risk and probably is the only legit one, the four others could be shitty very much and could give you loss instead of profit.

2. Offerings on Vertex

On the other side, you are promoting your own platform, aren't you?
611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Exchanging BTC for ETH 20% Discounts on: November 26, 2019, 02:19:36 PM
This is an obvious scam.

I see you are selling Bitcoin for $5000 on your own telegram channel. Why would you sell Bitcoin at $5000 each while you can sell it on exchanges for more than that?
612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Realistic 3x - 5x on: November 26, 2019, 01:50:34 PM
I'm definitely not here to brag, because I know there are so many more skilled individuals, than I, in this space. But each time I've posted good information in Speculation just to help others, and it does play out, nobody says anything. When I'm wrong or someone thinks I'm wrong, they're quick to speak on it.

You are not wrong, people have right to speculate any coins. But if you really are going to help people out you should also put the reason why those altcoins deserve your to-buy list while many  other better coins out there and the reasons you put will strengthen your prediction.
613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: some alts with extremely % today. on: November 26, 2019, 01:16:02 PM
How to know which alts will "explode" after dips like this one.
There are tokens with +50% on the first page of cmc
I am using Newscrypto.io tools that are helping me with the trading but what else is there to do?

There is no such tools nobody knows what altcoin will explode.

Even expert will only able to predict it without any guarantee of correct prediction and those token you mentioned about are gainers and not predictions or any sign of explosion (oh, it is a sign of manipulation sometimes).
614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: PAC (Pacquiao) Token Starts Trading from Nov 12. Will You Buy It? If Yes, Why? on: November 25, 2019, 01:53:15 PM
This seems to be the worst time to launch an ICO even if it involves a market maker to pump the coin upon exchange listing. Bitcoin is crashing hard, people are already panicking to sell their Bitcoin, what more this token.

The didn't expect that I am sure, unfortunately they are facing bear market when they are doing a planned token sale. But, with the hype brought by a star, they should not worry about that.

My opinion about this toke is good enough to make money (short-time investment). I don't see the token is useful enough, but more likely a hype so buying the token could be an opportunity to make good profit in a short-time and leave it after you took profit.
615  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why BitBall Gain 1565 % Within 24 Hours? on: November 25, 2019, 01:26:39 PM
It's because the volume is still small (under 1 mil USD) and there are many people out there who have more than 1 mil assets who can easily pumped the price more over this coin is just listed on 2 exhanges that has volume on it. ETHFlyer and Folglory, these 2 exchanges are not having a big volume so i think the whales could pump the coins to make hype.

But if you look the historical price, it's kinda strange.

The price mentioned in the OP picture is 3,38 USD and take a look the historical price on coinmarketcap and you won't find the price even for 0,5 USD. I'm guessing there was no real trade and this was just a stupid price manipulation through exchange API or something.
616  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Hitbtc is not helping me to recover my fund nor catching the hacker on: November 25, 2019, 12:53:47 PM
Reporting to your local police would be the best as it is the legal way to take an action. But, I'm sad to hear that your country has no specific regulation for this kind of crime, I think it is gonna be really hard for you to take your money back but you should try it. It is also normal if HitBTC can't really help you as they are probably not convinced enough with your case, and they have bad support team since a long time.
617  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How you can say that? on: November 25, 2019, 12:31:19 PM
Crypto enthusiasts buy crypto with centralized cards from centralized platforms. Transfer that crypto in centralized exchanges and trade with centralization. And whenever get caught in a problem with the exchange, accuse the centralized exchange. So how with all this you can talk about centralization?Huh? You prove your words wrong with your acts.

Do you mean many people talking about decentralization but still using lots of centralized product? Honestly, I feel it is a bit shameful but nothing could be perfect and completed in short-time. Centralized product like exchange is doing its role to help common people know and use crypto (even though they will only use it for trading) and I am very sure there will be a transition time, that will replace centralized products with the decentralized one, slightly.
618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: AVANTAGE (AVN) - Blockchain Reward Loyalty System! - Funding phase on: November 25, 2019, 12:02:32 PM
So you are aware of traditional loyalty system that you think inefficient in the modern system and I wonder if you are aware of existing project that is also working on a loyalty rewards. I want to know how do you look them as your competitor?
619  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Sell good for BTC when price is unknown yet on: November 24, 2019, 03:19:46 PM
I'm guessing the deposit is for the currency exchange part(to speed up the process) since OP mentioned the possible delays could go up to a day and wanted to reduce the fluctuations as much as possible.

Ah, I see.. because he uses escrow, it takes days to get the Bitcoin.

It is not fair though if he isn't allowed to add this deposit to the total payment.

Anyway, the seller should be able to do a trick, like increase the estimation shipping cost or the actual price to replace the deposit.
620  Economy / Services / Re: looking for testers on an experimental cryptocurrency exchange on: November 24, 2019, 02:23:15 PM
And nothing could make you sure that this testing is illegit . We don't see new apps hire testers , op is an old forum user without negative feedbacks and he confirmed that he would escrow the funds

Eh, really.. just because he is an old users with no negative feedback then you could easily trust him? Oh, remember there are also lots scammers without negative feedback out there.
