The abchain website looks legit for me mate but I would still suggest to wait for the admins to inform us that this is a legit site for thier project. Yes, this is beta version of AB-Chain, they public them a month ago, if i don't have any mistakes. But maybe don't have a lot people using it, i think this stituation will change after ICO ended, and they release the closed beta. well, there are actually just a few countries who banned ICOs, I think one of them is USA ? China is still regulating the ICOs and I think in the near future all countries are going to regulate it soon, because they also know that people in their countries are going to find other ways to join these ICOs, if they just banned them and do not regulate.

As fast as I know no country has banned ICO at all. Some of them are about to develop restrictions but that's it. USA has certainly not banned ICOs, that is for sure. The SEC and CFTC just want tighter oversight in the future. Officially ICO and the use of cryptocurrencies is banned in Algeria, Bolivia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Kirghizia, Lebanon, Morocco, Namibia, Nepal, Pakistan and Ecuador. We finally got some updates from admin in telegram. The news seems not really good. Team has problems due to regulations of cryptocurrencies in their own company and they had to move the project to an other cryptocurrency and ICO friendly area. I understand that the project is stopped right now and we dont even know when they continue again.

Unfortunately, you are absolutely right. banks control everything and everything. I would not be surprised that the market is crypto-currency and everything that happens here is also their handiwork.
