They've managed to give back the hacked funds of many users. The good thing is that they assured users not to worry about the issue and they worked it out well. Kudos to the CEO and to the team. However, I agree with some points OP presented here. Many users still trusted Binance despite of everything. The reputation is still there and many new projects are rising tie up with the exchange lile IEO projects.

There are many altcoins that have not increased a lot compared to bitcoin and are promising for the future. If you want to buy your alt of choice, this is the correct time as you'll get more coins with the btc at current time than a few months ago. And probably more than what you'll get in next few months.

The concept of a good and bad market depends on how you view this market. If you look at the global plan, the market simply cannot constantly grow in value. Yes, and it is unlikely that he would be so attractive as with alternating periods of its growth and decline. On the other hand, the cryptocurrency market is developing very actively, so many new coins and tokens constantly appear, some of the useless cryptocurrencies leave this market forever. Everything is in constant motion of growth and decline. This is what the market will always be like and it is precisely its inconstancy that gives us the opportunity to make good profits.

But do not invest your all money to btc , only invest what you can afford to loose. Do not put all the eggs to one bucket , diversify it.  if you have 100$

Its too early for saying "boucott" lets just wait what will happen to Libra in 2020halving we all know the crazy reality that Facebook is the popular social media in the internet world.
I dont see any reason why we need to use this coin if we already have a Bitcoin.

The latest altcoins news spreading on the internet now is altcoins investors will be disappointed ,popular crypto predictors are saying its time for people to start seeing bitcoin has the only lone wolf worth investing in and all altcoins will go nowhere.

My advice to all altcoins investors is not to panic ,these people as popular as they are can't predict the future, last bullrun of 2017 no one saw it coming and the last Almighty altcoins season of January 2018 no one ever think that will happened.

I am finding that many of the crypto's on the market have no use case what so ever, its very frustrating as an investor to research hundreds of useless cryptos.  They are just simply a tool to gain wealth from investors. 
I did find one crypto with an amazing use case and that is Horizon State - HST - decision token. Its a voting platform on the block chain.  The votes lodged on the block chain are unhackable, extremely cost effecting and voting results are instant.  I just cannot understand why all governments of the world are not voting on the blockchain, it makes logical sense to save taxpayers money and create a secure voting platform.

as we see now the price of Bitcoin is starting to fall and I personally don't feel disappointed or upset because the price of Bitcoin is down, but I actually feel happy to be able to buy more Bitcoin before the price of Bitcoin really rises very high and bull run, therefore this is a good opportunity to buy Bitcoin and hold, because now is the time when the price of Bitcoin is making corrections and after the correction is finished, I am sure the price of Bitcoin will start to increase and certainly will not go down again, so if you don't buy Bitcoin for now then I'm sure you will regret having ignored the opportunity to get a big profit by investing in Bitcoin, because this is the best time to invest in Bitcoin.

Either ICO IEO or STO, this shouldn't be what you will rely upon to get great benefits from new projects,what makes a difference is the thing that the teams are attempting to construct ,the inquiries you should begin posing to yourselves is what innovative idea will the new project offer crypto space ? Also, how great are teams records.

Many investors are complaining that they are at lose investing in some IEO projects ,these investors believe that all IEO projects are good and should be able to double or triple their ROI which is not possible unless they actually do good research on the projects first ,lack of research will always leads investors astray

As you know IEO trend is growing but i feel IEO is profitable only for those who invested in token sale but who have purchased altcoin after launched they suffer loss majority of the investors ,as the BTT and some other altcoin examples of IEO.

Recently, the markets have made a good high and BTC was able to assert it dominance on the market with a 60%+ holding in the entire marketcap. I have also been a believer in the tech behind Stellar and hold a considerable number of Stellar Lumens (XLM) and other products built on the Lumens protocol. But XLM has not taken part in the recent rally. Also, it was badly hammered in the correction that has been going on for the past 24+ hours. Can anyone point to me the reasons behind the fall in XLM. Are the developers abandoning the project? What is going on in Stellar?

as major social platform they have privilege ads their own coins in  facebook.and ofcourse they will make more people know about it.this way will be very dangerous for another coins.they will easily beat by libra in ads side.

The difference of market cap between Ethereum and Tron has gone far, looks like TRON won't replace ETH position.
I think this is because there are many ICO and IEO prefer to using ETH than TRON, so the market cap value of ETH higher than TRON's.

I am determined to buy FB coin Libra even though it is not available yet. I hope it is available on exchanges where i can buy easily.

Will it be a threat to BTC and other altcoins? I am afraid that the prices of BTC and other altcoins will go down. It makes me hesitate to buy some currencies like TRX currently.

It is true about our destiny in our own hands, because of everything we do with our hearts or minds, But in this industry sector we also need to be careful before taking action because cryptoqurrency is very high risk, so stay alert and not careless in making decisions.

My confidence in cryptocurrency is intact since 2016, Although that so many scams and fraud on this space, But generally its quite repairable since the technology is very useful specially in our fast pacing world. Cryptocurrency is just slowly change the landscape of finance and commerce soon it will be disrupt most of our existing industry.

nature selection will happen in this bearish cycle.we get benefits from this condition, many shit projects will die and only left good projects in market.risk trapped in scam projects will decrease alot , and normal condition will back soon.

All alts price is down, but the question is ! 
will all of this new projects take the lead in the next bull run and leave behind good alts that have been in the market for several years ( for example STRAT , SYS , XEM  etc..  ).

It depends on the project and the reputation of the exchanges like for an instance IEO on binance projects are guaranteed x3 or higher after listing. ICO's are dead now.
