601  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you like to see an Avatar Campaign? [POLL] on: April 12, 2015, 11:44:46 AM
I don't see any problem with avatar campaigns, personally I think it energises topics, when you're looking at posts

Why would anyone vote Barcelona?
I would go as far as saying Man U is significantly better than them.
603  Other / Off-topic / Re: any free php hosting provider on: April 12, 2015, 11:09:51 AM
Just search free web hosting. Every web host online includes an Apache server.

The trade off is:

Limited bandwidth
Limited database
Advertisements (sometimes)
Your domain name would normally be a sub-domain such as: http://test.weebly.com
You would have a set, average visitors per month, or the domain would be cancelled.
May not include other server-side scripting languages
Php version may be outdated

The disadvantages continue.....so on, so forth..........

605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and closing tax havens on: April 12, 2015, 10:08:54 AM
Shouldn't they be scratching their heads on how to tax anonymous bitcoin users?

Only a fool believes bitcoin is anonymous. Bitcoin users have all their financial history on the internet for anybody to see
Exactly bitcoin transactions are easily traceable and open, that's why the DEA agents were caught, using  the blockchain tracing back their bitcoin usage.

Let's not forget there's online bitcoin mixers out in the wilder. I doubt they would have had that available at the time.
606  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin and closing tax havens on: April 12, 2015, 09:41:18 AM
With the breakthrough of Bitcoin, what would be the point of worrying about tax avoidance and evasions? Shouldn't they be scratching their heads on how to tax anonymous bitcoin users?

You can't assume satoshi was a male. He is a male. I've check out some of his various social profiles, including the first decentralised Bitcoin post, explaining the break-through

611  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why does Google Chrome allow extensions such as AdBlock? on: April 11, 2015, 08:13:54 AM
Every other major browser vendor who does not depend on ad revenue, provide Adblock.
If it's remove by Google, then users will simply switch to browsers such as Firefox, Opera... Who do provide it
So this would mean they will lose their market share to competitors
612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin cryptography. on: April 10, 2015, 06:04:57 PM
SHA256 cannot be broken at this time

Got it. What are the arguments for this? I guess more research is warranted on my part.

SHA256 has no backdoors, it's opensource, feel free to check for yourself

It would be stupid of me to assume I would be able to see something in the source code, as I do not have the required skills, and would need to trust other crypto experts and their statements.

It sounds easy enough. I know I can make it happen

Apple Watch: iGarbage for iFools.

hahahaa, you have a point but will it sell, and if not will it hurt Apple?

I noticed your sig, what type of development do you do?

Personally I think it would sell, well a few anyways, but I really think it's a strategic move. The point is not to sell a really expensive watch, I think what they're trying to do is to further increase their brands image as expensive, elite, elegant, desired and powerful, which will further boost future phone sells (which most people are able to afford) to gain all these status, at a cheaper price tag.

For my development, I work on IOS, android, Windows+PC and blackberry devices. These also include professional, expensive website (only for small Bitcoin related start-ups)

616  Economy / Economics / Re: How does physical cash (coins/notes) for fiat enter the economy? on: April 09, 2015, 09:58:09 PM
For fiat to enter the economy, it's printed by the central bank and given away to other banks for less than nothing. Yeah, so free cash for the big banks who them lend it to business and people. This is known as Quantitative easing (QE)
617  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will increase contribute ? on: April 09, 2015, 04:30:22 PM
What will contribute that bitcoin will increase ?

just people exchange ?

Finding a partner and building more services, which specifically use bitcoins is what I think will help increase the value of bitcoin

619  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Would You Use a Bitcoin Debit Card? on: April 09, 2015, 10:34:34 AM
I don't use any kinda debit card issued by (especially*) mastercard or visa.
We're using bitcoin because of decentralization and those cards are kicking us back to central banks. What's the point that card? I'm not dependant only bitcoin. Of course I'm using my local currency, and I'm gonna use it (till bitcoin is accepted widely).

especially mastercard: As we know mastercard ceo's speech about bitcoin ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bO4jHXjCXw8 ) . One day they can say something like that: "hey dudes I 've decided to terminate all bitcoin related service usages, If you got paid via an Exchange etc those money will not be transferred to you".

+1

Couldn't have said it any better.
620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Really End World Poverty? on: April 09, 2015, 09:27:13 AM
I really think it can. You can create and use btc without a bank account, or any sort of account for that matter. Which is really useful since it would be eaisly accessible to everyone, everywhere without any requirement.
