Starting a project like this isnt easy, and turning it into a business is even more complicated. Lots of variables come into play such as the obvious one here…Who is on your team, and what each person brings to the table. I will simply state, that everyone has a skeleton in some form or another, no one is infallible.
After further investigation, I have called Zach to speak about this matter. Initially, this seemed like a childish FUD attempt (looking at posting account and the date it was made), but I own the responsibility to look into something like this, as he is one of my business partners...so I kept cool and made that call. He immediately gave me the detailed rundown on the situation, and this is my response to the matter.
Zach has informed me that he’s reached out several times to make partial payments and/or establish a payment plan of action, however BtcJam wanted the balance paid in full at those times, but since then other options have come into play that he plans to pursue. I support my team members, and will do my part to help rectify this situation asap.
The majority of us have debts unpaid, student loans, mortgages, credit cards, etc. Zach has expressed his concerns and plans to refinance the unpaid balance. BtcJam now has implemented a refinancing option that will allow him to consolidate everything, and he will see it through that this takes place.
Zach’s unpaid balance reflects in no shape or form on the direction of ToshiDesk or MTR, similar to anyones personal debts reflecting on the entirety of the company they work for. The person behind the shill account that posted this info looks to be someone that has some sort of grudge against him, but that doesn’t matter. I’d actually like to thank you for airing this out, and putting me in the position to help take care of it.

At some point at least one key personnel would've inquired of Paul Vernon as to why no funds are being moved from the massive cold wallet(s). At the very least, the personnel would've spoken of this among themselves and done some sort of rudimentary investigation over the course of 18 months prior to the announcement on Cryptsy's blog. Yet, John MacPherson aka Horus, living comfortably numb in his fully paid for condo-cum-office-residence by Paul Vernon/Cryptsy (leased six months prior to Cryptsy Canada was a corp with Marshall Long as its third principal), continued to cry about living paycheque to paycheque, not knowing anything, but if he did he would share it with the community, thus assuming his concerns of any NDA were mute. Recall, Horus was fresh out of University with a law degree in hand and is an honorable Freemason member with haggis dripping from his beard as he continued to collect vitals of unsuspecting users up to the final days of Cryptsy. You seem to be 100% ok with attempting to slander my business partner with unforgiving force, and if it continues I will go ahead and see that your identity is discovered, and that you are taken to court with lawsuits filed.
I personally see this as a harassment case at this point.

The whole thing started as a deal between KncMiners and @davidpate8, this last told that spent +300.000,00$ (I'm not sure if is even true because is tons of money even for me at the end) for the titan machine that was sold by KncMiners, on October 10 2014 (So this fact is one year old, but somehow all the spam for doing so started only this month) he told that wasn't good stuff but was used.
On october 19, @Kncclassaction twitter account appeared and starting with refering an investigation done from the Californa Attorneys for an class action (In fact there is even a website for that class action, but we are going to talk better later)
On october 21 he made a post about MagicalTux suspecting that he is actually running KncMiners and adding the hashtag bankrupt.
On october 23 through @Kncclassaction he used a random news of KncMiners to increase the visibility of his kncclassaction hashtag (and this is the last activity that could need some attention because somehow the only things that happened are some random retwitts and nothing more, i must add that @Kncclassaction last twit was on Febbrary 6)
On november 18 @davidpate8 states that even in the EU he started talking with lawyers for the lawsit against Kncminers
From there on seems that he forgot of the classaction against KncMiners until gen 29 where he tells that he did a partnership with coindesk to cover 1.9 million dollar law suit against KncMiners then another stop talking until April 13 where he says that his lawyers was going to have a talk with Kncminers Lawyer (Because i'm doing the check only on MrFudged aka David pate i'm not gonna check), then another silence break until May 25 where he posts the link to the website (remember that @Kncclassaction last tweet was only on Febbrary 6)
And that's all what i could get from his post history... if somebody notices something else please tell me but let me say 3 things about
1. He states that he paid over 300.000$ for the miners, is that amount of money normal for someone? I don't get the idea of the actual price but it is already a sum of money that could be used for something else or at least he could spent something less.
2. Seems that only he got problems with KncMiners because the only one who spoke after all the media attention was a certain Rune Bergh (Which i can't check because i don't know his language)
3. at the end the hashtag of the class action was used by the @Kncclassaction account and another guy @fudgeyp who seems to be most likely our man but still nothing concrete as a proof that means that he is right.... Devcoin is trading on Cryptsy for LTC  They will most likely upgrade it to a BTC market when DVC picks up a little more. OK, I hadn't thought to look for non BTC combinations. Good to know. If I want to use LTC as an intermediary, that might work. Then again, sounds like it's back to Vircurex I go... Also as far as I know mcxNOW is a big supporter of Devcoin.

Last I heard from RS (last night), he said it will be ~4 weeks from now when it's fully removed. It's quite strange given how many useless altcoins there are out there. There's such a plethora of useless coins which are hardly worthwhile even trading. David pate is now on there with his entire stash of about $500k worth fees and cryptos. Other whales are on too. They throw btc around like its nothing and move all coins on there. Its going to catch up to btce soon in terms of volume traded.. so any alt on there is golden we should fight hard to keep it there!! Today on a non moving day there was 100 million dvc traded again. Some other alts have up to 2000 btc days of volume thats a quarter million $$ during pumps.. Lately dvc has picked up so we should remind him why he put it up to support the developer community.. And its also driving in volume now.. if it goes for a while for say another month without volume id say ya take it off but its making money so we should push to keep it there. |

You realize of course that your contract with Paul is null and void now as he no longer has the authority to make any deals with you right? Not that we were expecting you to even show back up, but the fact you came back I wanted to let you know you cant raise money based on a reward you cannot claim. Putting up cash on bounty bonds would assume they will get a return on the investment, and now that there won't be one, you would be committing fraud by offering a return when you get paid. In case anyone still believes you had access to the coins, and was willing to overlook the whole, "ill get the coins in 24 hours" thing... Ain't that special! Paul Vernon was going against the court of which he was served on March 4, 2016, even posting such on Cryptsy's blog, a no-no. |

 I risked several bans maybe even got one or two for asking DCGirl about this. Hi everyone - i worked for Cryptsy in the fall of 2015. Prior to that I was a moderator there. I heard earlier this week that Cryptsy coins were being sold on Bittrex and contacted Paul Vernon about it. And then foolishly decided to post about that on that thread. You all can believe what you want about me. I have been and will continue to cooperate with authorities about Cryptsy. As you all know, I've given away some MTR but have never sold any (as is very obvious). If you no longer want me to work on this project I'll turn my servers off and call it a day. In parting, let me just say this - it doesn't seem to matter around here if you do the right thing. The goal is not to get information - those people could have done that just by asking me questions. The goal instead is to hurt people as much as is possible, and they're experts at that. I won't take that anymore. |
