As time passes by , more and more and more GH are joining the pool while THIS IS BECOMING LESS PROFITABLE. Are the people really mad?? Or is it that people have definetely abandoned many many many other coins???

if that was the case , can you explain to me why the network hashrate for XMR and ZEC are below 1Gh/s , while ETH is around 250.000GH???

So, everybody mining ETH is stupid, because its more profitable to mine Cryptonight and exchange??

sorry, i don't believe you. Why? Because for my cards, (RX 580) are not so good in that algorith, and the power consumption makes almost no difference. All my cards are doing 30+ mh/s of ETH algo and all are working between 850 and 875mv which is an astonishing number for this cards.

by the end of the year, being very optimistic ETH around 700$.

But i would say no more than 500$. Everybody that said this is going to end well....they lied to you, in the worst manner possible.

Well, this is the result. Almost everyone here has lost at least 50% of the value of their portfolio.

Will the market rise? i will say yes, but not because of good "feeling" but because the market is so crashed that it's very difficult that it will not. But, and this is my bet, by the end of the year, no more than 750$ for ETH and 9k for BTC at best. and i'm being optimistic.

there is a very strong support in the 5800$ range. If that supports fail, well the value can crash hard , really hard.

Big inverstors are running away from crypto. They feel it's too risky even for them. Noone is buying coins except some irresponsable guys that want to become rich by investing a lot of money in a very very very risky operation.

This market is dying. Day after day, the value goes down. I don't see a future for it.

my Electricity bill for two months for the hole house has been 360$ which is a lot.

I've obtained 0.81 ish ETH on May, i around 0,76ish on June. This reduction has to do with the enormous increase in difficulty , due to ASIC mofos.

The profit today, electricity cost included, will be about 83$ per month.

More over, it's to consider one thing.

ETH can go PoS at any moment. The value of ETH is because in can be traded. If it's value would be related to technology, it would not change almost at all. So, if PoS disables ETH to be traded, buy , sell or mined, is the value going to go up or down??

Which event can give more value to ETH. Being in a market? or being centralized with the only value of the smart contracts signed with this blockchain. Take a guess.

As soon as PoS comes to ETH, make sure you´ve sold everything.

ETH is not yet dead. it will die when PoS is announced.

Confidence in this is very irresponsable.

The reason behind why people see this bloodbath and continue confident, is because they feel (without any reason to do it), that the market will recover for some reason unknown.

They WANT TO BELIEVE IT. They don't accept reality, and they hope they will get away with this, they will win money and all will go well. The problem is that it's possible to see a never-ending dip that can crash the basis of this market and this option is more bound to happen than to see a bullrun.

The value of ETH is the value of the coin BEING ABLE TO BE TRADED . Right?

Well. When PoS will be applied, you will NOT BE ABLE TO TRADE, SELL, BUY OR MINE. So the price will drop dramátically ,since ETH will not be a "market asset" but a Centralized asset of Vitalik.

If PoS is applied right now, the value of ETH will not be able to increase.

WHY? because once PoS is announced you will not be able to trade, buy or sell the coin since it will be attached to the chain. Nor you will be able to mine it.

If PoS is applied before ETH gets to a reasonable value, it will be NO BULLRUN FOR IT.

since i'm a miner of ETH, even at this price i'm getting very little profit.

If i were to calculate how much money i've lost since max values, i would say 72% down. The same as the value of the coin at that moment compared to now.


if i consider the value of the last 60 days, i've lost about 40% of ETH value.

we can't stop the dump. Because people don't care about technology or supporting it. Are you in crypto to help this guys contribute to our future with their technology? or are you in because you can make profit of it???

If you care about technology and you believe in a coin, you don't sell it. Reality is, almost 80% of the people who invest in crypto want money as soon as possible. So, when the market goes down, the sell fast to lose as little as possible.

Also, we cannot create a PUMP. Many people say that by holding, you can keep the price of the market up, and force investors to buy at current prices. Reality is a big whale can outperform all of us in this forum by a lot. a huge lot.

crypto is a very centralized market, talking about value, because whales are in charge of pushing or dropping prices. The only reason why the market went so far last year, was due to manipulation of 4 of the biggest exchanges creating a demand in coins that was not real. THAT'S WHY THE MARKET WILL NEVER RECOVER FROM THAT POINT.

IN CASE OF ETH is worst because once PoS is implemented, the value will drop dramatically since you will not be able to enter PoS if you have less than 10 ETH at least. so you will be forced to sell cheap, moment when whales will buy those coins from you.

To sum up. The cannot do anything but to see our coins go lower and lower.

you want an advice? be prepared to LOSE IT ALL.

Can you tell me when are you going to ROI?? in 2 years time?? also 1200mh/s with only 4800W. That makes no sense for me. even the lowest mining consumption for 1060 (i have 2 of them) and RX 580 (have 10 of them) are around 110-125. 1060 are not doing 30mh , just 22 to 25 at best. and 1070 just around 33mh the best ones. normal is around 30. if you have 40 gpus (muy guess is you have more than that, like 46 or something like that ), you should be using around 5000W at least. not 4800W. Are you sure of your numbers??

Do me those maths please. it will be interesting.

my 6 gpu RX 580 doing 189.9mh is using 920W from the wall with platinum PSU.
the other rig, mixed with 2 1060 and 4 rx 580 is doing 168,5mh and uses about 850w from the wall.

My rigs are tunned to the max. i spent 1 month trying to go to the lowest stable vcore posible at 1240 core for every single gpu. That's why i have gpus doing 31, 32 and even 32,8mh/s (for my surprise, it's a cheap MSI rx 580 Armor 8gb).

ETH gives profit, but are you ok with winning a month , like me, 140$ ?? i don't think that's worth doing nowadays.
