Wrong. They do, at least for determining who's in DT1. Being excluded from DT1 means your trust ratings aren't visible by default and your trust list doesn't determine who's in DT2, but your trust list does determine who is/isn't in DT1 as normal.

Not true. Being excluded from DT1 doesn't prevent you from excluding others. Otherwise this demonstration of Timelord2067's maturity wouldn't be possible:

Why would you expect it to change? Me being on DT1 or not has no effect on whether you are. I don't even particularly care about being on DT1, having far more important things to worry about, hence why my site is IsFoxpupStillAVixen.tk instead of IsFoxupStillOnDT.tk.

On closer inspection, it appears the real reason is that all of the 27 (not 28; I miscounted earlier) missing entries are also on DT1. That's why your alt is there but your main account isn't. No conspiracy.

I didn't, sorry. A quick glance reveals there are 173 entries glitched into existence on https://bpip.org/r/dt1changes.aspx, yet my trust list actually contains 201 200 entries. Yours is one of 28 27 trust list entries that didn't get caught up in this glitch, for whatever reason. (And no, the reason is not that I'm conspiring with the other 27 26.)
