621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or altcoin on: February 08, 2023, 05:56:35 AM
I recently made some money through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, and I'm considering using it to purchase some Bitcoin. Only a tiny sum, roughly $800, is involved. What do you suggest doing right now? Purchase some Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency with a promising future.

What replacement coins would you recommend?
I recommend you choose bitcoin to avoid the risk of scam projects from new altcoins, or you can also select popular altcoins like Ethereum or BNB. Actually, both are quite good, but it all depends on the strategy you will use. You can choose a high-priced, or low-priced asset, or you can choose a more volatile crypto to go short.

Anyway, choosing bitcoin would be better, but if you want to choose an altcoin then choose between Ethereum or BNB. beyond that, it looks like the risk will be even higher.
622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes a crypto project reliable and trustworthy ? on: February 07, 2023, 09:14:33 AM
Many factors determine the value and reliability of an altcoin project. Starting from quality, team, community, goals, roadmap, functions, development, and many more values to determine whether an altcoin is good or not. You can do your own research on that.

However, when you get all of that, and you find an altcoin that fits your criteria, it's not necessarily a great result. we know that competition from new altcoins is fierce. sometimes new altcoins function worse than existing altcoins. when the altcoin doesn't really appeal to investors, then you can be sure that you might end up with unsatisfactory results. maybe you get a very cheap price for the altcoin price, or the project is abandoned. However, research is carried out continuously, and gradually. so you can know the potential that can happen to the altcoin in the near future. You know, many new projects from altcoins initially gave great trust, but due to some problems, they sometimes leave the project.
623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can be banned or stopped by governments on: February 07, 2023, 05:29:21 AM
in fact, it is very difficult to get banned for something that is not controlled by anyone. for example, in India, even though they announced that they had banned bitcoin or crypto, there are still people there who use crypto. The same thing has also been done by China.

In addition, many governments from developing countries are currently still supporting the development of crypto, especially bitcoin. I'm pretty sure they are aware that crypto can also give them an advantage or disadvantage. crypto is a positive technological development and hard to stop, the choice is to take advantage of it, or try to stay away from it. If a country can ban crypto from their country, I think it has been done a long time ago.
624  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why most of airdrops don't pay participants with tokens in these days?? on: February 06, 2023, 02:46:59 PM
I can't still believe people are doing airdrop up till now, I can't remember how recent I engaged myself with airdrop campaign or free rewards earnings. I think you don't have to enroll yourself by doing those task because it would still end up by wasting your precious time, and the volume of participants involved in such airdrop are too voluminous whereby after event ends and rewards may not possibly go round to everyone who took part. What happens is that most at times, only the first 100 to 500 participants are being selected for the rewards and some may not received while some will receive a token that can't be exchanged. After all this stress I decided not to involved myself with airdrop anymore.. all less in some cases where they could only requires some high rank users to partake. Airdrop bot is one of the worst airdrop to partake, because they are being program to receive all your entries and if any is missing it can recorded as an invalid entry whereby you won't get paid for the task.
Well, looks like we all have bad experiences with airdrops. But the fact is until now there are still very many people trying to take advantage of airdrops to make money. you can see it in the telegram group about crypto. That's because doing tasks from airdrop is easy. Even though it feels like a waste of time, based on OP's experience, he once received 10 airdrop payments per month, and maybe out of 10 coins, 3 of them could be sold, and the rest went to waste. yeah, it's sad, but for the people who just joined, it looks like it could be a good start for them. well, I also started to explore crypto since getting to know the airdrop. But the current airdrop is very different from before.

Anyway, to the OP, it looks like it's time to look for another task that might be more profitable, and not take so much time.
625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are good at using the most hyped utility on: February 05, 2023, 11:09:24 AM
It's no wonder that now they will use Artificial Intelligence to deceive their potential investors. If we see it, scammers are always trying to deceive investors with something that is currently hype, for example, ICO, IEO, NFT, Meme coin, and many others examples.

What we need to understand is that scammers are also constantly increasing their knowledge and information. They sometimes make reasonable projects, but in the end, they turn them into scams. There's plenty of evidence for that. Therefore, as potential investors, we also need to increase the knowledge and information we have before investing. If you don't want to take the risk out of it or don't really know what research should be done before investing, then the alternative is to only invest in highly trusted assets like bitcoin or popular altcoins.
626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to profit from altcoins collapses? on: February 05, 2023, 06:44:24 AM
Is it possible to profit from collapses of altcoins? Do you have any ideas how to?
The possibility of getting profits when altcoins are falling is very huge. for example, in the fall of Terra Luna Classic, even though Terra's fall was very bad news for the holders, many people took advantage of the moment to gain huge profits. This proves that we can benefit from the collapse of an altcoin. However, it all also depends on the strategy you have. You can benefit by taking advantage of the volatility that occurs, or short, and you can also buy these altcoins in large quantities, and hold them for a long time.
627  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2023, Bullish or Bearish? on: February 04, 2023, 09:34:05 AM
Like the title says, this year 2023, are you bullish or bearish on bitcoin and why? I would love to hear why. I personally believe this is a bear market rally or something similar.  Kiss Kiss Kiss Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
the answer to this question is definitely that is not certain. This year, the market can be bullish, or bearish. Even though the start of the year has been good for bitcoin, we don't know what news we will get next. if we get good news for the crypto world, a price recovery will quickly occur, and maybe have the potential to be bullish. Meanwhile, if negative information comes for crypto, it will be bearish.

Personally, I think we're going to be in a bullish and bearish phase, whereby the price of bitcoin may recover but won't be so high price in this year. however, this is a wild thought that exists in my mind that has no basis in anything. If referring to the recent speculation from Cointelegraph, they think that in the near future, the highest potential of bitcoin can reach $ 25k even though it is very difficult. Meanwhile, the first sign of a fall in the bitcoin price is in the $22k range, and that could trigger further declines.
628  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I keep my BNB or Sell it? on: February 04, 2023, 06:21:32 AM
Hi, I'm new to here. So just want to ask your help or guide.

I have currently 800$ worth BNB. These are got from NFT that I sold back months ago that I got from airdrop. So what i need to know should I convert it to stable coin or should I invest it for bitcoin? Because my friends say that BNB don't have a future anymore. So I'm fully worry about this.
keeping it is a good decision, and exchanging it for bitcoins is also a good decision. As long as Binance is still operating and still a big exchange, then the potential for BNB to become a more expensive coin has great opportunities. in fact, during a bull market, many assume that BNB will reach a price in the thousands of dollars. Well, I don't think it's something to exaggerate if we look at the current popularity of Binance. Apart from that, exchanging them for bitcoins is also a good decision. there is no need to explain the quality of bitcoin. if a bull market occurs, then bitcoin will be one of the cryptos whose price rises high. Between the two decisions you will make, both can have a good outcome.
629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How do you feel about market recovery on: February 03, 2023, 08:46:02 AM
we can't assume that a bull run is happening, but currently, the recovery process has occurred. if you pay attention, the bitcoin price has increased significantly since January 2023. this is a great start to the start of the year. however, don't assume this will happen continuously, because we don't know what will happen in Q2, Q3, and Q4 this year.

this is a bitcoin chart from January 2023  to February 2, 2023

However, use the spirit you currently have to collect more assets, because during a real bull run and you have no assets, or your assets are few, then you will really be left behind from the true bull run spirit.
630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will it be profitable for the business? on: February 03, 2023, 05:41:23 AM
Suppose I am doing business through an online Facebook page and website and want to accept Bitcoin. But now if I look at cryptocurrencies it comes with high volatility, and I have doubts whether accepting Bitcoin will be profitable for my business.
I really want to know your opinion on this and what are the initial steps I should take if I adopt cryptocurrency for my business? Because I see many people on the forum are taking steps to accept Bitcoin for businesses and that's why these questions araised in my mind.

the first thing you need to know is, accepting bitcoins is a profitable thing for your business. That's because, the selling price of the business you are selling at the price of bitcoin is equal to the price of the dollar at that time. however, accepting bitcoins as one of the payments to your business, widens your consumer reach, namely because you are also targeting cryptocurrency users.

You're afraid because bitcoin is very volatile, so why don't you immediately exchange the crypto assets you receive for stablecoins? it will make your doubts disappear. You can also directly exchange it for dollars or fiat. However, many people are expanding their business by accepting popular cryptos like bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, and stablecoin as payment alternatives.
631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Shiba inu get to $1 on: February 01, 2023, 10:08:16 AM
Can shiba inu ever get to $1 in the next bull run or more years to come??,  though nothing is impossible, but i don't think it can get there,
And is the project still good to invest in?
if we consider Shiba inu in terms of price, supply, and community, even if the price of the pump is getting very high, I don't think the Shiba Inu will ever reach the $1 mark. Even reaching $ 0.01, that's would be very difficult.

I suggest not speculating too high on this coin. If you want to take advantage of it, that's fine, but expect the price of a shiba inu to reach $1, it will be frustrating. So far, Dogecoin is a meme coin that has almost reached $1, it happened because of the hype by Elon Musk, and it didn't last long.

However, there are still quite a number of people investing in this coin. mostly they do the supply and then forget about it. it might be better when it see in the next few years. It is still an investment that many people choose. however, the risk is still high.
632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is investing in ethereum safe? on: February 01, 2023, 07:01:56 AM
So far, Ethereum is still the number 1 altcoin and I'm still trying to own it in large quantities. Investing in Ethereum is risky, and all investments, especially crypto, have a big risk. However, this investment can still make you a lot of profit if you put it to good use. it all depends on the strategy you set. I will try to answer your questions

we don't know about the future, all we can do is speculate, and as for Ethereum, I think it will still be a good investment considering Ethereum has always been and is currently the number 1 altcoin. I'm pretty sure the development will continue to make the price higher than it is.

Personally, I believe that in crypto, Ethereum is one of the most appropriate cryptos to choose for investment from in the short or long term.

Ethereum is the number 1 altcoin because of its function, community, level of trust, and the needs of people increasingly about Ethereum. many projects have been built on the Ethereum network for a long time. however, there are so many reasons why Ethereum is still the number 1 altcoin today.
633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto banks replace traditional banks soon on: January 31, 2023, 10:12:02 AM
Crypto is still being debated today. whether it be international or national. in fact, not everyone knows how to use crypto, hence the traditional banks are here to stay. in addition, not everyone supports crypto developments, and is more likely to choose traditional banks over crypto.

Traditional banks are currently controlled by people who are also quite advanced in technology. when they feel that their potential is sinking, they can support crypto developments but not kill their traditional banking system. so they can tap into the potential of consumers within the crypto camp, as well as traditional banks. however progress and development of crypto, I think that it will not be easy to replace the position of traditional banks, especially now that there are still very many people using traditional banks or even they are more dominant in using traditional banks compared to crypto.
634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why people are always interested in altcoins on: January 31, 2023, 06:54:21 AM
the reason I hear most often why people still buy altcoins is that altcoins can still be very profitable. Apart from that, there are still lots of altcoins with great potential out there, such as Ethereum, BNB, Cardano, and many others altcoins that have great potential. Some of the reasons why people buy altcoins are because they are still profitable, the potential is still great, the price is more affordable, the level of volatility is higher, and many others.

If you pay more attention, there are still lots of people investing in meme coins. if we look at it in terms of risk, then the comparison is very far with bitcoin or popular altcoins. meme coin has a very dangerous risk and is close to a scam. some of that coins even have no function at all. however, people are still buying the coin because of its high volatility, and also its very low price. if the price goes up a few values, then they can get a very large profit. it's just that it carries a very high risk, so sometimes people invest in money they don't use.
635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: beginner in Crypto on: January 30, 2023, 08:10:37 AM
As a beginner in Crypto with a limited budget would you recommend purchasing the lower priced NFT's?
I think 99% of people will advise you not to invest in NFTs if you are new to crypto. In fact, people who have been in the crypto world for a long time are also currently avoiding NFTs as a place to invest. Before starting an investment, first, understand what you are going to invest in. Especially if you have a small budget. Don't make the mistake of choosing the wrong investment when you start your career in the crypto world.

What I can suggest for now is to learn more about bitcoin and altcoins. After that, it might be better if you invest in a popular altcoin that still has a low price and fits the budget you have. it might be better than choosing NFT as an initial investment in the crypto world with a limited budget.
636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes you into crypto at the moment? on: January 30, 2023, 04:08:23 AM
it's no wonder that now people are starting to come back and are interested in investing again in bitcoin or altcoins. Apart from that crypto is still one of the best investments that can make us make a lot of money, and right now the price is also recovering, so I think it's a good time to come back.

Based on my experience, after ATH, the bitcoin price will fall, this happened last year and after that, the bitcoin price will recover and rise again little by little. This year, the bitcoin price recovered, and I assume that this will probably be a continuous recovery. This will certainly affect the price of altcoins, and if the recovery continues, there may also be lots of new projects with great potential emerging. well, I think the developers are waiting for the price to recover so they can launch sales for their project. However, for now, enough people are eager to get back into investing in crypto, and we'll probably see quite a few more new projects spring to the scene.
637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High Profit Projects Are Prone To Scam on: January 29, 2023, 12:11:45 PM
With my little experience so far, I have come to realize that most crypto projects that promise Investors excessive returns on their Investment eventually turn out to be scam.

I once participated in a a certain project that was giving Investors about 5 times (5×) bonus during their presale. The team kept postponing the exchange listing date until everybody got tired of them and realized that, it was a scam project. When the complaints on the Telegram group became too much, the project team just abandoned the group, leaving Investors with bot.
1. So as a new trader,  it is always important to do your own research before any Investment with any upcoming crypto project.
2. Invest what you can afford to lose
3. Try to avoid some of these projects with that promise outrageous profits on investment, most of them are not realistic. How can you expect 300,000% annual percentage yield from a new project?

giving a bonus of 5x greater than the investment fund at the time of the presale made me suspect that it would end up being a scam. even before the project started, the developer had planned for the project to crash. That's not to mention the sales after that, however, we can guess that a project like this could end up being scammed, abandoned, or at least the price is way too cheap and it makes investors lose even when they first list.

However, people in this group have always advised not to be tempted by huge bonuses. especially if the information about the team or roadmap given by the project is not clear. it is like investing in something that is really very uncertain without any preparation. So, before investing make sure that you have done in-depth research on it.
638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Future of NFT on: January 29, 2023, 06:08:40 AM
What do you guys think about the future of nft?
Many people think that nft is useless digital trash, but I have a different idea from them.
This is because many famous companies and platforms around the world employ blockchain developers and create related nfts in various fields such as art and sports.
I think it's now Nft's turn, just as Bitcoin has been treated as digital waste and its price has been upward.
Tell me what you think
if you compare bitcoin with NFT, then the comparison is very far away. Bitcoin has great functionality and community, besides it has a purely decentralized system, so the price keeps going up, and people want bitcoins day by day. different from NFT, which is currently declining in quality, because people feel that it has fewer benefits. many NFTs whose prices were really high during the NFT period were hyped. However, nowadays the price is completely different and really cheap. I read a lot of information about NFTs that are bought for more than thousands of dollars, then the price is very low. besides that, its liquidity is very different from bitcoin which can be exchanged instantly.

I suggest that if you believe in the NFT you want to buy, then make sure that it has some value and that people are ready to buy it when you need money. However, I have a feeling that the NFT will probably be on a bit of a rollback. Personally, I'm also not investing in NFTs anymore at this point due to a lack of confidence in their development.
639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [POLL] Will BNB crash? Will Binance go bankrupt? on: January 28, 2023, 12:59:21 PM
in fact, CZ is not that stupid to say what could make Binance crash without the slightest consideration. how many times have we seen that Binance has really big problems, like hackers and so on. However, Binance is always responsible for its mistakes. besides, I also think that Binance is too big to go bankrupt right now. Binance becoming one of the most popular exchanges today is not just because of rumors, but because of the proof that they are truly professional. On top of that, the BNB price is currently holding steady at the $300 mark.
640  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Vs Cardano on: January 28, 2023, 06:04:50 AM
Cardano is a lot cheaper than ETH so we may see newbies decide that Cardano is a better option for them than ETH. I think both will do really well in the next bull run but if I had to pick one to invest in right now I would pick Cardano.

I think ETH could do a 10 to 15 x increase in price in the next big bull market but Cardano has a higher ceiling, maybe it could easily do 100 x increase.
well, if we look at it from a price point of view, then Cardano has a pretty good advantage to take advantage of, because the price is cheap, and it's very suitable for all types of investors. Moreover, the potential is also quite good in the future. however, comparing it to Ethereum as a whole, I would probably prefer Ethereum. it's because of the prospects that Ethereum already has, as well as its current developments. I feel that the benefits of Ethereum are much wider than Cardano.

after all, both are good coins. choosing one of them won't be a big problem, it's just a matter of how we choose a profit strategy in the future. I'm probably more inclined to use Ethereum than Cardano. it's because my goal is to own more Ethereum and hold it for a long time.
