Some decent buying action today, it seems! Have we decided on a theory about what caused that bull-run on BTC-e? If it was inside knowledge, I think other exchanges wouldn't have lagged behind that much, volume-wise it doesn't make sense to just buy on one exchange if you buy those amounts, IMO.

BTC-e still seams to be acting out of character...  if it was one hacked account, you would not expect it to last this long.  And if all accounts where compromised the exchange would be offline by now.  Without doubt there is legit stronger buy support on BTC-e than on any other exchange.  Don't know why though.

The party is not over.

Bot stopped. Last buys are real market buys. Seems that somebody doesn't want it to go down after buying while the bot was doing it's job.

Won't last. Sell.

I'm glad you know Smiley  it is a ingenious plan for someone to get cheap BTC Smiley

Bot stopped, sell everything bought at more than 221.

Or start shorting. Now.

The party is not over.

What's the best way to buy Blackcoins with cash?

buy bitcoin at an ATM and exchange for Blackcoin.

There's no bitcoin ATM near me.

Buy it here: https://www.litebit.eu

Very good coin store. Bought there several times. Never had any problems Smiley.

That is not BLK for cash...

Well then you are kinda out of luck.  After all banks don't trade cash for crypto yet...  Smiley

Does the fact that Ixcoins' difficulty has dropped in half over the past 6 months concern you?

In half relative to what?  Relative to namecoin it hasn't.

Relative to Bitcoin I expect it should even though iXcoin's difficulty should continue going up.

Given iXcoin belong to some anonymous group and iXcoin offers no payouts I expect that only that group will mine it [for now].

Considering the fact that asic mining has blown up and many deep pocket investors are mining I would expect that those people will not give up efficiencies to mine iXcoin when there is no payout.

So that means it is CEX.io mining iXcoin against the rest of the world.

Therefore, relative to Bitcoin, iXcoin's difficulty should be going down but on a real basis, it should be increasing.

If/when ixc gets pushed mainstream and we start seeing fees, then I would expect ixc to be mined by everyone.

Until then I'm not worried about a 51 attack even if the rest of the world grows much faster.

CEX.io has taken care of any remote possibility of a 51 attack.

It has dropped in half in relation to itself.

Vlad, I wasn't buying on the scale that you were.  I'm looking to hold any little bit I can get.  You'd think you'd want to reward such a faithful follower, rather than the naysayers. Smiley

I have come for the sinners...  Wink

Now everyone will want to be a sinner.  At least I didn't come out of the wood work for the free IXC.  Never got any free IXC.

Thought you came across like no one will even take the IXC and I'm here buying what I can.
658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SDC] The Shadow Project | Anon POS | Ring Sigs | Decentralized MarketPlace (w) on: April 20, 2015, 04:40:47 PM
Yeah, there is some weird bot action going on over at bittrex with SDC right now..

Interesting to see how this will play out in the next 48 hours

edit: bot is setting prices real low, 48, 49k, then buying immediately once that bot puts up those coins

Altcoin game can be a pain

baiting people into selling low.

markets never go straight in one direction.
659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: -- The Riddle of the Twin Brothers - Who Were, Are and Will Rule the World! on: April 20, 2015, 02:10:49 PM

I'll take 2,500 IXC and hold for 2 years.  Deal?

It's funny, Shakezula just said the same thing on twitter.

I had to help him out, he's one of the better, honest devs, and he says he lost all his coins.

But I simply cannot do this as much as I'd like.  Sadly, I've had to sell most of my coins, out of urgent need of money for personal reasons.

And besides, you've been buying IXC for quite a long time.  You were buying when I was dumping at 4,000 sat last year.  I hope you were able to hold on to your coins.  It should be a good year for alts this year, even as Bitcoin struggles and gets mass accumulated by Wall Street and various world Governments.

Cheers!

I have watched this topic on and off because yeah you are right sometimes and smart Vlad
I was just trying to give ya a hard time  Cool
I guess we'll see right.. i'll keep an eye out for this topic and IXcoin of course (I don't have any if anyone is curious)

Come on man, I haven't succeeded in two years now, to get my biggest critic to buy just a few k of iXCoin?

Just in case I'm right.

Post an IXC address and I'll send you 2,500 IXC but you have to promise to hold them at least 1 year [from Today] regardless of what happens.  That's the deal I make people and unbelievably, most turn it down.

lol, I can't even give IXC away for free.  This will be a story to tell if I end up being right about this whole thing.

I'll take 2,500 IXC and hold for 2 years.  Deal?
