My personal statement regarding Dcgirls departure:
Over time dcgirl made alot of suggestions regarding the organisational structure,and i allowed all of it, that meant that i no longer made al the decisions on my own but everything was now a team desicion.
This lead to alot of fights and dcgirl was not very reasonable,because you can not suggest to take all authority away from the founder and then complain there is no dedication,after i was turned into a mascotte
This sounds like a bit of dummy spitting out the pram to me. Because they asked to share the workload with you and volunteered to do ALOT of work you refused to do anything because you was the "founder" and wanted 100% control? DCGirl put her all into this coin. I am quite sure that she just wanted to get things done. I'm sure what she was referring to and many others is that WE DONT SEE ANY ACTIVITY FROM YOU. For example a few pages back someone suggested that the main 1st page had incorrect information and this wasn't addressed for many days. Also it would be hugely beneficial if you put on daily/weekly updates just to inform the community of your activities, such as (this week i have sent a press release to many bitcoin websites about the row boat sponsoring, or I have emailed these companies/websites to ask if they will incorporate UTC. Also give the community projects to participate in or goals to active. Currently we have the coinpayment.net project we is great but what can we all do next week? Also what has happened to the facebook giveaways or the lottery? You also say you have other projects which will benefit UTC. . . Well what are they!? The more we know the more we can tell people on twitter and troll boxes which will increase awareness and price! Its not rocket science. You say you will have funds in July to start to ask developers to make the minecraft app. What happens once its done. How will the minecraft users know about it? How will it be advertised and where? On Crypsty this evening DCGirl all but said she has left unless BIG changes are made. How can the Ultracoin Board let this happen? You only restructured the team 2 weeks ago.
From what I can guess DCGirl and the XWEB guy are doing ALOT for nothing and others are not pulling their weight with the workload.

I told you so ..... The other coins are getting in closer. UTC still at the same amount of votes while our competitors are closing in and getting more votes the last three hours. I can not belief UTC community is that weak that we can not even get 100 votes. I feel ashamed. Not necessarily, lowering the block reward will lower the inflation rate.
Some people say "Ultracoin is faster then credit and debit cards." Ultracoin's 6 second transaction time puts it in competition with traditional credit and debit cards, that is a great marketing line, or any other variation of.
I'm the one that's been saying that on the forums ;-) Also the wallet still is very slow to open. I have the Karmacoin and GPU wallets also, and opened all 3 wallets at the same time. Karmacoin and GPU wallets opened a few minutes ago and im still waiting for the UTC wallet to open |

i really dont understand who would sell 11k UTC at 0.00004?
someone is trying to kill UTC - they just sold into the sell wall and UTC dropped to 0.000027 on Crypsty
how we going to get people to buy UTC or hold it?

It's because of the same reason UTC was a candidate of removal from a couple of exchanges in the past few days: low trade volume. UTC will not have an increased value as long as there is no buy pressure and trade volume is this low. Volume brings attention to a coin, as long as there's no volume people don't even notice the great features of UTC. A kick-ass X11 multipool can help UTC, but there are also other ways to bring in more volume. Well I guess we could all buy and sell UTC between ourselves to bump the volume. Certainly noticed that a buy on MintPal of only a few cents can have a significant impact on the price. Maybe we need a BTC fund to just buy up when the price drops because of a few non-believers. A 1% increase each day for 10, 20 or 30 days would be very nice KC I'm having fun on cryptsy, there's a lot of panic sellers. Someone just put a big order on mint too. Grr someone also just put in a sell order on MintPal of 10558 UTC at 4,000 KC That bitcoin order is moving up though, he wants someone to dump on him and not just supporting the price. We should all focus on cryptsy, more action there. Im on crypsty right now and have been every night this week helping UTC out I just released that UTC is the only crypto faster than debit and credit card! |

This evening at 9pm GMT I will be taking to the troll boxes and spreading the work of UTC. I will be creating an account on Poloniex and trying to discuss UTC there. It would be very helpful if there were other UTC supports there too to help me out so it looks like I'm not just spamming. I will also be chatting on Cryptsy as always.
I was on Cryptsy last night and was very surprised how many people didn't know about UTC. I got at least 8 people to look at the official site and DCGirls ultra-arb website. They all agreed it had the credentials to be a great coin. If I alone can do that in 2 hours imagine what we all could do if we arranged a huge UTC discussion on all troll boxes!

I'm simple volunteering to help ultracoin out as it seems people don't trade UTC on Poloniex so if people become more aware of UTC they maybe want to own some he was talking to the other guy We have a little misunderstanding and i am longer her then you think. we need to get new people into buying UTC rather than BC MAX or DRK. To do this we need marketing and discussing the benefits in troll boxes. Once the price starts to go up people start to take interest as we have seen with other altcoins.
Also I wish Crypto-Trade will release version 2! With it will bring new traffic and new investors. Are they happy to watch their customers leave and their site to die?
I do feel that when bitcoin/altcoins become easily to buy (instant purchase like through paypal) then main investors will look at buying and holding and UTC will benefit from these buyers.
Currently all altcoin buyers are treating them as penny stocks and have no intention or interest in holding or spending their altcoins. They just want to day-trade. UTC needs to "stay-alive" whist this period is going on so more focus needs to be on marketing and spreading the word in my opinion. Facebook giveaways, the ultracoin lottery, add banner on coinmarketcap, UTC community on troll boxes.

I try to Tweet in the morning before work a few times and then a few more times in the evening. I do agree the main person is DCGirl and I try to retweet all her posts. I'd like more people to get on Twitter and start talking about #Ultracoin KC Im @ultracoinnews and volunteer to do my part. If you look at other altcoins twitter feeds they have 300-800 followers and websites are mediocre. I have 1600 follows dcgirl have over 1000 and so does Michael on the official_utc. So am at a loss to see what these coins are doing that we are not. Take Unobtanium for example, they have 186 followers on twitter and a website with about 3 pages. They are ranked 36 on coinmarketcap and have a value of nearly $3 per coin!? It doesn't make sense. People need to be told about how good UTC is and how fast it is! |

I hope mintpal add a troll box! We can tell all the buyers to buy UTC! So many other altcoins get all ther volume on there. I also hope we hear some news for BTC-E also. If we could sit down and tell them what we have done and what plans we have I'm sure they would add us.
Substance and strong foundations are key! Without these we would fall (like many other altcoins)
