641  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: February 07, 2016, 03:21:46 PM
I think this is good news. because of the presence of halving block will make the deployment of bitcoin is limited. bitcoin currency will be very valuable because it will not be produced again.

Halving will be good for bitcoins, but the only thing to worry is that the price should not fall down after halving or else people would start loosing trust in bitcoins and that would surely affect the future of bitcoins.

The price could go up suddenly because the supply will drop drastically.

643  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: February 01, 2016, 01:31:34 AM
The risk is that if somebody dont own of any and the price explode to the moon,  they remain scratching their heads for  a long time. Otherwise if they invested a lot and lose everything will be sad, So only time will tell.
644  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: February 01, 2016, 01:20:19 AM
Probably yes, But if it goes very high and you buy a house and the price keep rising then you will think that it was a mistake because you should buy two houses. All is a risk.
645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [WTS] Ethereum - Buy ETH (ether) at a reduced price, 10% OFF on: February 01, 2016, 01:04:43 AM

646  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Price going back to $250??? on: February 01, 2016, 12:55:16 AM
A thing under 300 is few probably, but really who knows.
647  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin goes to 1200-1300 (within a month?) on: February 01, 2016, 12:47:49 AM
800 sounds very logic on the halving, but all can happens, always there are peoples doing panic buys.
648  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN going up or down on: February 01, 2016, 12:43:35 AM
the price is actually only bouncing around and is neither increasing nor falling, i believe that soon it should start going up because of the soon coming halving event which will surely affect the price

Yes this I'm thinking the same and hoping for it as well.
But we could also move sideways for a few more weeks or months before we might any significant changes in terms of a rising price.

The halving has already made its impact at the bitcoin price since the 300 jump to 400 and above.... looks people are getting tired those moment ,and it may work against the current value instea go up going down.. people dreaming it up but it can reverse .

Probably,

But if you remember the halving of ltc then you will see that price of btc will go up, it makes sense. I dont want think what could happens if peoples does panic buys on that time.
649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: February 01, 2016, 12:06:13 AM
What the fuck? Vern sells out stolen coins or what?  There have never been such a tacky 3 day pump in the whole history of doge especially if u consider 8K btc volume. Still wonder what was that. The only possible theory I could come up with is that vern liquidates stolen coins for btc. Retarded shit.
China did that pump.

how do you know that?
650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Altcoin to invest in for 2016 and WHY on: January 31, 2016, 11:49:30 PM
What a mess! From what I saw each one points a currency, I admit that some are promising, but most of them are a lot of shitcoins.
Let's face it... Indicate the currency, say the relevant implementations and why buy it instead of others.

True that. but there are really some of those that you tend to hope it will dominate especially if you have some of them. I use to hold 150K STRs in hopes that i will be huge but turned out shit in the end lol. but two altcoin i like the most is Litecoin and Monero. Monero seem to have huge community support as well and the first to offer untraceable.

Monero has some potential , LTC is not very innovative, the time of acapella coins are over.

Now investors need some more innovation, not just copycats.

Even BTC and LTC can have new innovations when it be required, I guess.
651  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: January 31, 2016, 11:41:18 PM
I would go with bitcoin because I anticipate the price to double by the end of this year!

It sound very logic, Maybe the new floor is coming.
652  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: January 31, 2016, 11:34:42 PM
Maybe you will  buy a big diamond with 1 btc, who knows.
653  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: January 31, 2016, 11:22:44 PM
i would surely pick bitcoin instead of gold without even thinking, bitcoin can give money in a short amount of time even though it is actually possible to lose money

you could actually lose all your money.

If gold would go that way the world would end anyway.
Bitcoin is a big risk to take. But if you invest in gold, you won't make any money, so it is a waste.
That is very true. Gold has reached its full potential and the price isn't going to rise anytime soon.
agree, although the price of gold goes up, it will not be too high, it may only rise a few percentage points, maybe 1-3% per year
the heyday of gold, is end

where did you get that number from...?

Gold prices moves about ~2% per week.... Not per year.

if you invest in physical gold shouldn't expect more then 30% change per year.
If we would have a serious war starting the Gold price will likely jump. Or a financial crises.

The current price is at 1100$. 4 years ago we were at 2000$. So 100% return is easy possible investing in physical gold.
But if you invest in CFD products you invest go in with a bit of leverage and you can easily have the same return like you would have with bitcoin.

Just as side note because most of you obviously don't know how important gold is in this world:
Gold went from just about 200$ to 2000$ in 10 years because of all the stupid wars the USA was fighting all over the world after 9/11.
Nobody with knowledge would call Gold a bad investment. Ever.
There is maybe a bad timing to buy gold but over the as long as our civilization is around Gold is the main store of value.

Bitcoin could get obsolete at some point and be replaced. Gold has been the representation of value for far over 10.000 years now.

Agree,

But if even BTC get obsolete it can be exchanged for another thing of value I guess before this happens.

It is not a thread spamming sig, In this case I can remove sig when I decide to do it, but there is no reason to do so

I have learned the next lesson:

I do not want to spend an indefinite time to be listing if its have no limit  ..... Cheesy

But not today or tomorrow yet    ......     Cheesy
657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Links to dead coins INDICATOR DC ........................... on: January 06, 2016, 10:23:17 PM
About those last four listed Cheesy I just wonder me  if that dev/team remains throwing coins,

Until here everyone can form their own opinion and most the true newbies,

the arguments have been given to you depend on to keep pitching new coins.

In the future I will refrain from further comment on the coins I think the point has already been tested many times.
