641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportstips - Basketball/tennis/soccer 🔥 Wins 94 - Loss 10 🔥 on: September 24, 2016, 01:02:01 AM
Already 1-0 at 31 minutes. Just saw your pick, would you still recommend going for it ? The other game in the league is definitely going under 2.5.
642  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin is Legal in India, What about your country? Check here. on: September 24, 2016, 12:59:28 AM
bitcoin is not legal in india, i personally visited india for so many time but i didint notice any thing about bitcoin, i also have some friend from india and they also told me that they are using bitcoin illegally in india and the government of india has not yet announced any statement about bitcoin,
Well, just because its not used or heard about, doesn't make it illegal. It is completely legal depending on how you use it. Check the article. The government usually doesn't comment about it, but as long as its not termed to be illegal, you are fine using it.
643  Local / India / Re: [Discussion] Ways to earn bitcoin for undergraduates and people with free time on: September 24, 2016, 12:56:29 AM
If you have a lot of spare cash in your account, you can consider trading on exchanges like Localbitcoins. But be sure to be aware of all the things like Tax payment to not get in the bad books.
644  Local / India / Re: Which bank is best for imps? Please share additional details. on: September 24, 2016, 12:55:03 AM
I have used axis and HDFC in the past. Never had any problems with either, so would definitely recommend them.
645  Local / India / Re: India and Crypto scams on: September 24, 2016, 12:51:54 AM
I think no one can stop scams by listing the scammers profile or website, Scams will be avoided only when people not greedy and have a bit commonsense whether such offer is possible.

Few months back i was contacted by person in whatsapp through LBC and offered higher amount than the current price of btc to buy from me. i asked for his profile in Lbc, he gave me a link of some other profile, i messaged him in LBC and asked him to reply that message from LBC which he was not able to do. Now i don't remember his name or his number, so what if i publish those details he wold just buy a free sim and change his number and start again.

So listing out doesn't help much in avoiding scams
The person you are referring to has already contacted a lot of us. Kind of an easy scam to catch, but you can check the Marketplace or exchange section to know more about the scam.
646  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: mbitcasino scam https://www.mbitcasino.com/ on: September 20, 2016, 11:55:43 AM
I haven't had any such experience on mbit despite having gambled 5-6 btc on it. I have posted on their thread to respond to this accusation.

Avoid this scam, 15 btc is a lot of money, mbit casino, bitstarz, so many. I am angry.

How does Bitstarz come into play here? Its a different site altogether.

One of the biggest scam site, they have so manu advertisement in most bitcoin sites.

Scam accusation, enjoy:

red trust:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=307265

Thanks for that, but it still is a different site.
Also it seems there is a lot of complaining on the Mbit original thread. Other people seem to have problems too.
647  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Which bitcoin mixer is your favorite? on: September 20, 2016, 09:46:59 AM
Has to be Bitmixer.io. Not because they sponsor a sig campaign on the forum, but because they have been paying out from a long time, and I would put my trust on them anyday, rather than considering any other site for mixing my coins.
648  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: September 20, 2016, 09:43:16 AM
Its unwise to comment on this thread saying the prices of bitcoin are guaranteed to rise. We don't know this yet. Maybe they won't. You guys are also not taking into account government policies that could come into place to make bitcoin lose its value.

651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How would u make 10% profit off 100$ on: September 20, 2016, 09:38:11 AM
very easy for me to make 10% of $100. I will do it with sports gambling, choosing a favorite team when playing at home and confident of victory Smiley

Thats also a very easy way to lose the 100$. I find it more likely to win at a 1.1x on dice, then going for winning 1.1x on a sportsbet.
652  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do Localbitcoins sellers pay taxes? on: September 20, 2016, 08:36:15 AM
I am a localbitcoin seller and I do pay my taxes. But sometimes not for all the amounts as its difficult to show the profits and losses there.
And where your tax is going?and I think that is more than going into the local bitcoins pouch and I don't think will till the government.
And every exchange of cryptocurrencies is not having a valid regulation in government and I can say it's not  regulated in government.
What do you mean ? Taxes is what is paid to the government and not to localbitcoins pouch.  The topic is for sellers paying their taxes and not localbitcoin's taxes.
653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin wallet in bank? on: September 20, 2016, 07:30:44 AM
There are some rumors that some banks are preparing themselfes to addopt the Bitcoin and give it to their clients as a new service?
There is no way banks would adopt bitcoin into their system. Like Pursuer say, there is only ongoing research for adopting the blockchain technology from bitcoin. Banks don't like something they don't have control over.
654  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Transfer Fees Will Go Up With Time - How Can This Affect BTC Market on: September 20, 2016, 07:28:51 AM
Why do you think it would affect the Bitcoin Market in the future ? Bitcoin fees is anyways too low compared to any other payment means. I don't see in the next 10-20 years it would be at a level we would be affected by it.
655  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is it Sports Betting is better than other type of gambling? on: September 20, 2016, 07:26:33 AM
Because you can make decisions and get different odds for every game. Unlike gambling where odds are fixed irrespective of your decision.
656  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Dark marketplaces? on: September 20, 2016, 07:24:57 AM
There are lots of darkmarketplaces and i cant tell you witch one you should use becuase i cant choose there are so many of them i dont understand why this is getting a hype do you really want to buy alll that stuff.

Just use the reputed ones. You can find a good extensive list on the subreddit for DNM's.
Hype to buy all that stuff ? Since when can you sitting at home get drugs delivered to your house  ?
657  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Give me some business idea to start online. on: September 20, 2016, 07:23:39 AM
Not a good time to invest in Cryptocurrency right now. Consider investing in some shares of Apple or something, which are going up and will do so atleast till October end due to the launch of their new line of products. They will be rolling out a new Macbook pro as well befoe the end of the year, so you might as well hold it till then.

if you want to invest in the cryptospace, look into moneypot.

Investing $5k is going to get OP nowhere. OP said they want ideas for a business.  $5k invested in something would need to see several hundred % per year to sustain a lifestyle on.

If you are going to do any kind of trading just chuck in 0.1 btc or something and if you cant make money then quit.

It depends on what you invest you on. For example if the investment was on bitcoin, then it would have doubled. Any day that is better than banks ROI. For a business, you could end up being in risk and there isn't a set business idea that will necessarily make him profitable.

660  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do Localbitcoins sellers pay taxes? on: September 19, 2016, 10:45:10 AM
I wonder if sellers on.Localbitcoins are paying taxes? I know that in many countries Bitcoin is not regulated and in some you are not obliged to pay tax on Bitcoin itself. But are they paying taxes like registered exchange office or maybe for on line job and earning. Are they reporting this income to their relevant authorities? What do you think or maybe do you have first hand experience?

I don't think so the sellers from india on localbitcoin pays taxes. As it is really hard for the individual to show the business based on bitcoin. I have also tried asking some couple of banks about how to show the business , profit or loss of bitcoin business.

They said ," I have to register my business first , then I have to show my business turn over . Then I will be able to pay taxes. "

Sellers from India? What are you talking about ? Ofcourse no one will pay taxes claiming its from bitcoin. You should rather be showing it as earnings online which could be anything like trading or just freelancing, or buying/selling. With bitcoin you are likely going to come under the radar unnecessarily.

Do you mean that if I said bank , I am earning bitcoin , I will get in trouble bcoz of income tax department ?

Maybe, Maybe not. I would still not declare transactions to the tax departments involving bitcoin. Usually I show it as a side income from Online work.
