641  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: May 12, 2017, 02:06:17 AM

Well, maybe bitcoin can be an alternative to fiat, but i also think that it will not replace. There are so many things to consider in bitcoins, such as unstable prices. It may be very difficult if bitcoin replaces the fiat.

Indeed, bitcoin is an alternative currency and dedicated to online used. But locally, fiat is very useful and I don't think it will ceased to exists in the future. Also in addition to that, not all people are tech savvy enough to used btc and adoption to some maybe slow.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to give "day trading" a go, question is where? on: May 12, 2017, 01:55:06 AM
Assuming you're mostly going to do ALTs, both of these are what you want.

https://poloniex.com/ - tends to have more volume, lower fees but chart sucks.

https://bittrex.com/ - better charts. I prefer Bittrex for a variety of reasons but everyone has their preference.

If you're going to get serious about things then you should probably sign up at https://www.coinigy.com for their charting and the ability to set alerts etc.

And yes, you will lose especially if you trade on emotion, listen to all the hype on the forums and troll boxes etc. Stay disciplined, set out some rules for yourself and stick to them no matter what.

I agree, this two exchanges are more reliable to me because there many traders and turnover is huge. Volume are big enough to trust this both exchanges. I may also add to OP that do your own personalized research before you jump, be updated on each coins or cryptos being traded because this is your arm in dealing to start cryptocurrency trading.
643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRB] Creditbit - ERC20 token on: May 12, 2017, 01:44:25 AM
I don't really remember but I read it somewhere that Creditbit is a Hybrid PoS & PoW Coin? If yes, I'd like to know how I can stake my Tokens? Would be nice to be able to stake Creditbit on PosWallet as I don't intend to run a full node wallet. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

All info is here on the creditbit website https://forum.creditbit.org/ , yes it is decentralized and staking at 8% annually, meaning you earn interest by letting your wallet open. It has also active devs to meet the demand  and improvement of this crypto's. Its easy, fast and reliable.
644  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please recommend wallet on: May 11, 2017, 11:30:10 PM
You are asking for all in one wallet but I wouldn't suggest to keep all currencies at one place, first of all because of security reasons. Or easier to say don't keep all eggs in one basket. For Bitcoin I could suggest Mycelium and Coinbase have LTC and ETH option but the bad side is that they will not let keep you the private key.

This always the setback for online wallet. In Bitcoin wallet, I would recommend Electrum, its handy and easy to used. Also I used wallet from coinbase, it happened they are now supporting other coins.I will recommend at least one standalone wallet for your coins storage and sagfekeeping and maintain some btc on online wallet for ease of used when trading.
645  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Stuck transaction on: May 11, 2017, 01:10:27 PM
I managed to accelerate your transaction at ViaBTC.com.
Now you have to wait until they actually mine a block; that one should contain your transaction too.

Most of the recommendation about stuck transaction is www.viabtc.com Hope OP utilized this services, bt again it you have to be patience in submitting you requests, becasue tehre many people using this services also.
646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC getting too expensive to gamble with on: May 11, 2017, 12:22:10 PM
I agree, btc gambling is very expensive now. It has a very high price already and also it continues to rise. As of now btc price is nearing $2,000 dollar and $1,800 dollar on some exchanges. It is good for gambling site, but it is not good on players.
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Creditbit Signature/Social Campaign(weekly payouts)(JR Member+) on: May 11, 2017, 12:06:15 PM
I think NEM and Etheruem will be the next 0 Billion dollar blockchain. They are good coins and even ERt has several good ICO's on their tokens.. I do believe in altcoins and even Dash and litecoin.
648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: May 09, 2017, 02:13:12 AM
Ethereum has proved that is a decent coin. His price has raised more then double in the last weeks. I believe that it is the next Bitcoin! I suggest you to buy some and save it for at least 6 months

I agree with. Also, ETH has created its demand by having more successful ICO on several tokens. Each transaction for this token, needs ether for processing. The more tokens, the more demand of ether gas.
649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in ETH or ETC? on: May 09, 2017, 12:35:49 AM
For long term hold and investment I think its Ethereum is good between the two. Ethereum has more to grow as there are many tokens being created with successful ICO. With many token being created, demand for eth will rise also for processing of transaction.
650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I have 0.5 BTC how to make money in Investment. on: May 08, 2017, 03:23:43 PM

Investing a casino is pretty good if you don't want to do too much work like what machinek20 is saying. The risk here is, aside from having losses or no profit from it, is that the casino can possibly run away with the money of the investors. This risks increases as bitcoin prices increases as it gets more tempting to just run away with it.

And which projects provide guarantees So your investments need to be very carefully guarded to control them

There is no project that guarantees profits! If something does promise you safe investments then think twice investing there. Those that promise a safe and big returns are surely scams and they will run with your investments. Investments will always and always involve risks. That is how things are.

As always, there are risk involved in investing. The main issue here is Trust. Never  trust to any person whom you meet only in internet and not personally. When you invest, study first the risk factor involved so that you can decide well when making a go signal or not to an investment.
651  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Macron supporting bitcoin? what does it mean for us? on: May 08, 2017, 03:02:47 PM
Hi Yes this photo is real, I confirm. it's a photo taken from the co-founder of Ledger last year, during the celebration of the 10 years of Cap Digital at Tokyo Palace. He is a believer of the blockchain technology and support the fintech economy

wow good to hear that. There are already known people supporting bitcoin, and with him openly supporting bitcoin/cryptocurrency then its a great way something of a promotion to bitcoin.I am sure, he can gain believer on cryptos, he is a politician then its a plus factor from bitcoin community.

Re: Where I can learn Bitcoin Trading?
You can learn trading here in bitcointalk. I first learn trading by reading here and start trading in Poloniex. Though Poloniex is a good one site, at first I am losing because of very fast movement which I can not catch up. It is better to do actual trading and reading some trading resources as you can apply in actual trading what you are reading. Also always do your own research.
653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: May 08, 2017, 02:18:21 PM
With my winnings, I reinvest it in trading. For example, after playing and I won and I am already bored, i would trade it,. Buying valuable coins and let it sit,you may surprised that it may increased value.
654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much money do you invest in alt coins? on: May 07, 2017, 07:34:31 AM

655  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: please help,newbie.bitcoin unconfirmed 2 days.READY TO TIP on: May 07, 2017, 06:05:22 AM

As there are many people  also using this services, please be  patient to resubmit until it is processed. Thanks also that you already received your bitcoin.

656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Use Social Media for Bitcoin on: May 07, 2017, 05:44:21 AM
well social media's power is unstopable in all fields, and you can use it to do good and also bad, good thing you made people realise the value in bitcoin
Social media is truelt powerful and convincing. As for now there are still new social media apps being created and used by many people. I think it is one of the many great ideas to use social media to introduce and explain bitcoin to people so that they will know how it works and how i can help one to earn.

Yes, social is a powerful tool to promote btc or any campaigns. people in social media alive, mostly are online and very interactive and you can interact with them in real time. Social media does not only include Facebook but also twitter, slacks, instagram and many more.
657  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Strategy To Increase Fiat HODLings? on: May 07, 2017, 05:18:34 AM
It's a give fact that most of us trade Alts to increase our Bitcoin Hodlings. Having said that, I'd like to know if anyone follows a strategy to increase their fiat balance by trading it against Bitcoin.
Right now trading altcoins to bitcoin is found more profitable than holding fiat by trading altcoins or bitcoins. For this reason most of the users prefer holding bitcoin rather than fiat. There are users who often convert to fiat and hold it to buy when the bitcoin price falls. Better is to hold bitcoin and profit as price varies often.

This is also what I am doing, trading bitcoin with altcoin pairing. Trading bitcoin with dollar tether pair or to fiat is not mostly the norm. When I withdraw my fiat in exchanges and seen the dollar fees is quite expensive.
658  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Focus on the trading process not the money on: May 07, 2017, 04:44:54 AM
It is very well pointed out that if one understand the nuances of trading and can predict the future through charts, knowledge, economics , various global factors that could affect the trading of anything will actually help you automatically earn money.

Once you master the process of doing it money will follow.

I think you just familiarized  and be updated always with this market movement. This will aid you in making decisions whether to buy or sell. Being updated and knowledgeable where the market is going, then its a time that you'll be raking more money coming in.
659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why only now many countries recognize bitcoin as a virtual currency? on: May 07, 2017, 04:21:10 AM

Because its price is now sky high then many countries use bitcoin as virtual currency

What you think with phenomenal like this

There are two big issues one bitcoin is completely new concept unheard of before, so people don’t know how to react to it, the second and even bigger issue is that bitcoin is not backed by any country so governments are not very eager to recognize it.

I think its not only the high price is the reason but the popularity of bitcoin now as a means to send and receive money like in the case of remittances. Also this blockchain technology is something new and its usefulness is being implemented.
660  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you convince people into you using Bitcoin? on: May 07, 2017, 04:07:54 AM
Many people need big proof to satisfy that this site is legit ..whats the best way to convince your relatives or friends

People are always cautious about what they do not know, and so do we, but to convince a person is really hard, especially when they are not interested in virtual currencies. Many people express their ignorance when they say that bitcoin is dangerous, they think it is something that is created to deceive people.

Yeah but for me what I did to my friends in conving them is that I send them bitcoin but of course they had to make a wallet. After that, I will get their wallet address and send them btc just enough for a mobile topup. Smiley
