641  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as payment system on: April 01, 2018, 01:48:31 PM
There are several payment systems that accept and processes Bitcoin and other coins as a payment method. Also, you can use crypto debit cards just as a regular credit card for most of the services you want to avail. There are several services like Coinbase merchant tools to make bitcoin more useful.

Yes I agree with you. In fact, there are a lot of huge companies that have gambled in adding bitcoins into one of the options of the people looking into getting their services or their merchandise as means of payment like microsoft and so much more. I have even read about amazon also accepting bitcoins as one of the payment methods available for their business. To me, it is only a matter of time until bitcoins receive full trust from an increasing number of people in the near future.
642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you love Bitcoin? on: April 01, 2018, 01:26:41 PM
I love bitcoin because its the crypto currency and its the king of the crypto.
It hasa lot of use cases.
I can exchange it to any other crypto.

Why do you love Bitcoin?
Why are you interested?

Well for me, there is the main reason and the other reasons as to why I love this coin so much among others. The main reason would be because of it's great innovation which was the thing that really dragged me into this industry. The other reasons would be because of the thrill it gives me at times like this that no other gamble can give me. Another is the profits of course. And lastly the bragging rights when this goes beyond what it is today plus the thought of being able to use bitcoins in buying everyday stuff and for traveling in the future which is honestly in my opinion is very cool.. There you have it. the reasons as to why I love bitcoins.
643  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy bitcoin now? on: April 01, 2018, 01:17:19 PM
For me, this is the right time to buy btc because the price is low.
Yeah right, buying of bitcoin now is very good decision, because the value of bitcoin now is lesser. Grab this opportunity because the value of bitcoin will increase in a couple of months. The reason why bitcoin is dropping is because bitcoin is volatile and thats normal. Its just like the past of bitcoin, the values goes down and eventually goes up. We just have to trust and wait patiently to the increase of value of bitcoin, for us to gain big profit.

That is a good decision all the time. The thing is though is that we do not know when the bottom will be and that would be a great thing to know if we want to maximize our profits. But even so, accumulating little by little at times like these is also great because this can also make us more familiar with the market and make better decisions in the future. Not to mention the fact that bitcoins are bound to rise back sooner or later within this month of april. But we'll see...
644  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people invest in bitcoin? on: April 01, 2018, 01:09:00 PM
Because bitcoin gives more profit margin than any other types like of share investment, bitcoin takes less time that is the biggest advantage when compared to share business. Bitcoin is fastest growing cryptocurrency so people can invest in the bitcoin.

Yes, you are absolutely right about that. Most of the people love this industry most specially bitcoins since it gives them this idea that bitcoins or this industry can be their one way ticket to being rich within the shortest time span. Yes, as fast as possible. Which draws them head over heels over this industry without even knowing what they are getting themselves into. Which then causes them to spend funds that they cannot afford to lose into unprecedented investments hoping for miracles that leads to countless losses that they then regret and blame on this industry. I hope the number of people who does this decreases and sees bitcoins as an innovation and not just a tool to be rich fast.
645  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a currency? on: April 01, 2018, 11:24:31 AM
He just boasted for no apparent reason, because there's already a lot of bitcoin evidence as a virtual currency whose users are vast, more than money, more than assets.

Yup, I absolutely agree with you here pal. Clearly, he is only saying this because he does not understand the whole picture and is just too afraid to try out new things. Another reason is that he maybe just someone that is too lazy to even try knowing more about this coin due to his close mindedness and maybe also because of his high pride. Just think about it, if he really did do a lot of research about bitcoins, he would've realized already what is going on. The only thing that prevents him to say something different from his past statements is because he cannot take the fact that he was wrong.

I could be wrong about this but hey, it can really be a possibility.
646  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's official Amazon now accepts Bitcoin directly on: April 01, 2018, 11:11:05 AM
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/4/01/amazon-now-bitcoin-friendly-no-third-party-needed.html

CNBC's April Fockerty has just broke the news that the e-commerce giant, Amazon will be accepting bitcoin as a direct payment option on their platform, as of today. Just browse to the site and find the Bitcoin logo.

Amazons Executive Sales Representative, Andrew Foolery was quoted, "We have seen a increase of our smaller competitors accepting Bitcoin as a payment method and we do not want to be left behind. As a market leader in e-commerce, we are obligated to adapt to the needs of our customers and they have send us a strong indication that they need Bitcoin as a payment option on our platform."

*This is a big step towards mainstream adoption and companies like Amazon will take us to the Moon.

Disclaimer : AF media

Damn, this is such a great news for us people who love the crypto currency industry. This means more ways to do businesses or reselling and more options for buying and all that stuff with bitcoins since another big thing has accepted it and considered it as a legitimate way of payment. plus the fact that Amazon is big as hell and has millions if not billions of customers worldwide! I just hope that this isn't just one of those april fools jokes out there. That would be a total let down for us crypto supporters. :/
647  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: selling bitcoin is a stupid decision ? on: April 01, 2018, 11:01:56 AM
Hi guys , I  read in social media that many people are panicking its because bitcoin dropped every hour and they think they might lose their money because of that .Well for me , there's no need to panic because when bitcoin dropped as its lowest price its a blessing . And also joining in CRYPTO CURRENCY WORLD, you already know what risk you  should face , and  its a win and win bet when you hold bitcoin . So knowing that  some people selling their bitcoin I feel so sorry for them.

The easiest way to stop worrying? Read a lot. Yes, read a lot and do not avoid all the fud. Instead, confirm their legitimacy and when you confirm that it really is true, compare that drawback to the good news that are coming into bitcoins today plus the reason as to why you believed in bitcoins and decided to invest on it.

Now, how to avoid worrying too much? FREAKING INVEST ONLY THE FUNDS THAT YOU KNOW TO YOURSELF THAT YOU CAN REALLY AFFORD TO LOSE. Keeping this in mind would make you better at holding and taking in all the fud. If you do not have enough faith on your investment, then at least don't invest your life savings on that coin.
648  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks will use blockchain on: April 01, 2018, 10:39:34 AM
https://www.ft.com/content/7dc8738c-a922-11e7-93c5-648314d2c72c

Banks are now team up to use blockchain. What is your thought on this guys?
It could affect the cryptocurrency or not?

Well, no surprise here or whatsoever. I have already said a lot of times in my posts that there is really a possibility that this can happen since banks are like human beings that must adapt to changes because if they refuse to do so, they will be left out by the rest that decides to do so and die. Although as to whether this happening will either be a bad thing or a good thing is something we cannot say for sure as of now since a lot of pros and cons are there and can pop up for all we know. The only thing we really can do for now is to wait and see.
649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Store encrypted files into blockchain? on: March 25, 2018, 06:16:43 PM
I have some sensitive data files. I used encrypted cloud storage solution (like Google cloud) in the past to store the data but I want to switch to a blockchain solution. I did some research but could not really find a solution. That is why I am asking. Is there a trusty file storage blockchain solution where I can securely store and edit data?

There are quite some that are appealing to me. I don't know about you though because I do not know what you are looking for or what your standards are for these type of things. But for me, some are really great and really does the job well. Which is why I have taken note of them just in case I would need that kind of service anytime in the future. I have found them by research, I do not understand why you didn't but anyways, most of the service providers I know have been mentioned already so you can go and take a look at them. Just a tip, if you can't find it in google, try using duckduckgo, I find it pretty convenient when I can't find something on google. Good luck man.
650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your criteria to assess an ICO? on: March 25, 2018, 06:04:20 PM
Hello guys  Wink Wink Wink
What convinces you to join a brand new project? I suppose that this is the wonders of many investors, so why don't we share our opinions in this topic?
Thanks  Smiley

Well for me, the very first thing that I look at an ICO is the concept of their project as to whether it solves real problems or creates an imaginary problem for it to solve. After that, if I somehow liked the concept, I then proceed to look at the developing team to make sure if they are experienced people in creating ICOs and are really good at what they do. Then, I look at the community it has supporting it and ask a few questions. And then, I proceed to reading the white paper to know their whole plan for the project. And lastly, I ask more about the things on the white paper to make things clearer for me so that I can be sure that my investments are in good hands.

Hope this helps you man, good luck.
651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO VS TRADING on: March 25, 2018, 05:41:56 PM
I want to start investing for ico and trading. Please to help from where should I start?

What needs to be prepared and cared for before starting it?

I am very grateful for the members who helped me in this forum.

and maybe this can also re-remind the new citizens who want to enter the world of investment (trading and ico).

thanks
The two are very different and require two different set of skills, when it comes to trading you need to be able to use technical analysis which is a series of techniques it allows you to analyze the charts of the price of a coin and then to try to make money that way, when it comes to investing in icos it is all about the fundamentals you need to see the developers, their white paper and if the project has a chance of being successful and if the fundamentals look good you can invest in it.

That is absolutely right. This is the main reason as to why I always suggest to newbies and my friends that are looking to start out in the crypto world to go on ICO investing first and using some of the profits to practice and gain experiences in trading various tokens or coins.  This is because as a newbie, taking in too much information would be pretty hard to handle and ICO investing wouldn't be that hard to understand since there are already a lot of advises and experiences of people good and bad that are posted here in this forum along with all the recommendations how to improve ICO investing skills.
652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH crashing long term?? on: March 25, 2018, 05:19:39 PM
Such high need for ethereum now almost every ICO is ERC20, but if price gets to $1000 again and stays around 1000 it will be too expensive for block production to maintain long term.

If they increase supply sudenly, ETH block producers and everyone holding a lot of ETH will be saying "F**K YUU ETHEREUM!"

Will a new platform take place of ETH?? If so, how soon?

I think that the biggest problem of ethereum for now is the issues with fees if the prices ever increases too high. In this reason is why I think that unless ethereum can find a way to deal with this, a new coin with the same platform will easily replace ethereum in the long run with better innovation than ethereum itself. I have my eyes on some which are pretty promising and have already invested on them some small amounts time by time just to make sure I don't miss the ride to the moon when it happens.
653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many types of Altcoin are there? on: March 25, 2018, 04:50:16 PM
Now that there is a lot of Altcoin in the market, do you know how many types it has?

Obviously, there really are quite a lot of types of crypto currencies or altcoins out there and the number is increasing. Now, without someone keeping track of how fast the numbers are increasing for us, it will be pretty hard to point out exactly just how much types of altcoins there really are here in the crypto world. But still, it is really possible for anyone to know if he does take the time and effort to really look at all the coins out there if he is really curious. which is clearly pretty taxing for anyone.
654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter is changing advertising policy? on: March 25, 2018, 04:11:03 PM
According to the following article: https://news.bitcoin.com/report-twitter-prepares-ban-on-crypto-ads/

Twitter is also going to ban crypto ads? Do you think that it will also influence the price, like it happened in case of Facebook and Google announcement?

It really is pretty hard to tell because on the good side it will decrease the availability of scam ICOs to advertise themselves to the masses of newbies or people who are unfamiliar with crypto currencies yet. Which can lessen the people who get scammed and improve the name of the credibility of the crypto world. But on the other hand, it will be pretty devastating also for the ICOs that are legit since it will limit their advertising options and will lead to lesser numbers of supporters and investors. But all in all, I think that it will be a good thing. That's just my opinion though.
655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with the rewards you received? on: March 25, 2018, 03:59:16 PM
I am familiar with people who also participate in generosity companies. Some of them do not rush to sell received Tokines, others on the contrary, immediately after the issue of tokens the exchange is sold. My friend advised me to send them to EtherDelta. When receiving tokens, place orders for the sale of x2 - x10 (depending on the project) and just wait until they are purchased.
What do you do with the received tokens?

Are you referring to airdrop and bounty rewards? If it is, I usually allow the project to grow and hold the tokens for some time. It's also a way of supporting the project in terms of price.

I must say, that is a pretty good strategy you got there my friend. But, you will obviously have to take into consideration the type of projects that the ICOs you got your tokens or coins from because if it is a shitty project then holding it will never really help its price and will most likely fail and lose value just like most of the failed projects out there. That is something everyone must think about first before even thinking of holding their received tokens or coins because if one fails to do so, the efforts into getting that coin would most likely be thrown to a waste.
656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to find a promising ICO? on: March 25, 2018, 03:35:53 PM
How to find a promising ICO?

Well a good way that I know is to read a lot about past ICOs that were successful and have coins or token that are still with us today going strong and improving. Then, read about ICOs or coins that have failed and are of to no value today. Doing this you will learn the similar traits or parts that made some ICOs become successful until today and the things that made the failed ICOs come short or become completely worthless today. After that, go and look for ICOs that has some of the qualities that the past successful ICOs had. Easier said than done but can make you earn millions if not thousands if you manage to do it right.
657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is 1ETH=$10,000 worth the possibility? on: March 25, 2018, 03:24:13 PM
What do you think?
It is kind of hard to see this when the market is bearish, but i think it is a possibility. If there is one thing we have learnt from cryptos is that anything is possible.Wel saw ETH move from 12 USD t over 300usd in a short while. So it is very possible and easy to move from 600usd to 10,000usd.Just a question of time.Botcoin moved from 10 cents to over 10,000 usd in just a few years

Well, if one or more individuals are the kind of people who only looks at the current happenings, then a negative thing happening would probably be the case in their opinions. But, if they are like most of the people here who look far beyond what is happening today, then then their opinions would be somewhat different from what they currently have. Now, although ethereum clearly has a lot of shortcomings and issues, it is still a pretty good coin with a lot of room and time to improve. Although it will be a long process, it will most certainly happen one way or another. so keep accumulating and holding because it will surely be worth it in the long run.
658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Guys what do you think about the future of BNB? on: March 25, 2018, 03:04:34 PM
thought?

Man oh man, when it comes to binance, I think that it has no other way to go but up and getting better and more popular for all the investors and traders. Clearly, as great as it is, I can see that if the people behind this great exchange continue to work hard in improving their services for the people and keep on being user friendly, or if nothing bad happens with it like being hacked or anything of the sort, there would obviously be no reason for it to plummet like any other exchanges out there that have lost a lot of user trust due to their shortcomings in improving or maintaining at least good service.
659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is the best way to invest? on: March 25, 2018, 02:55:43 PM
Do you think ICO is the best way to invest in?
Yes! I think this is the best way to earn money without hardworking. because it's give a freedom and more reliable.

without hardworking or working hard?!?! LOL. You have got to be kidding me right now, do you know how much time and effort people really do spend in this industry just by learning as much as they can to be effective investors but in the end still lose money(on some cases)? Clearly if you do not change that kind of mentality or mindset, you will not just lose time and effort but also a lot of investing funds or might even get broke for all I know some time in the future. Change while you are still a newbie, earning in this industry is just like earning in other industries. Anyone looking to get successful must do their own share of hard work and not just wait for a miracle and rely on sheer luck. Hope you take note of that.
660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptos will die without new participants! on: March 25, 2018, 02:17:33 PM
Let’s face it buying and selling cryptos is scary for most people.
Big investors are sitting on the sideline scratching their heads and not prepared to make a commitment.
This industry is in Limbo and can’t find a path!
Exceptional projects will succeed and to be honest it’s hard to find one.
Many projects that have made promises will never deliver: The promoters are just living their lives with the ICO capital. You can think you own a coin that is good but maybe the promoters are just feeding everyone BS.

Well, I can say that this is actually a real thing that is the problem of most of the newbies in the crypto world, most specially the greedy ones that see this as their one way ticket to be rich fast without that much effort. These type of people are really more likely to lose a lot than to really earn a lot with all the advantages that the crypto world currently offers this generation.

Now, all though I do believe that some promoters really do promote some shitty projects just to fatten up their pockets but I also believe that not all the promoters out there are like that, some really still choose worthy projects to promote and to support. The only thing is, every investor will have to go beyond his usual time frame in searching for great investments. Which is why a lot of patience is important and hard work.

And trust me, even those people who invest blindly into some shitcoins or ICOs will eventually learn the hard way which is still good for the overall of the crypto world. When this industry matures, I know that lesser people will fall into scams.
