Try to explore the new math, called Mimble Wimble, as far as I know, BEAM using Mimble Wimble which also GRIN is using.
Try to research about GRIN which I discovered really interesting few months ago since GRIN was no ICO conducted, and purely community-driven project.

Seems we have the same taste right now, about privacy coins, which really interesting, isn't?. Good luck!
6443  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Suggestion for trading platform on: July 01, 2019, 07:53:03 AM
I think not a new trading platform is that you need as what OmegaStarScream said. When your reason is losses for using different trading platform, then the trading platform you used has no problem.
You need to improve the way you trade, like fundamentals on trading, risk management, technical analysis etc.

But if you find you are not comfortable on the trading platform you use, like it's not a friendly user or having very low trading volume, then that's the time I think you need to try some new trading platform.
If you ever asking for some trading platform, my suggestion is Binance, since they have a quite huge trading volume and some lessons about crypto/trading here Binance Academy.
6444  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Do you know a successful bounty with IEO in IDAX and other small exchanges? on: July 01, 2019, 07:42:34 AM
There is bounty campaign which is manage by Hhampuz, i think it is Temtum and the team said that they will be holding an IEO soon. Worth watching as this bounty campaign is run by Hhampuz na reputable member ng forum.

I guess this one is a good bounty, Hhampuz would not manage it if it's not... Just observing now and if I can see more and more successful bounties, I reactivate again.  Grin
Ingat lang kayo sa mga ganyan, dahil sa pag kakaalam ko walang kinalaman ang campaign manager sa project na tinatrabaho nila dahil binabayaran lang sila ng nasabing project. So parang mangyayari, labas ang campaign manager kung ano ang mangyayari in the future.

Stay safe guys.
For everyone else passport/photo ID & a utility bill will be required for KYC via Shufti Pro.
6445  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Investment better or saving? on: June 30, 2019, 10:18:10 AM
But the risk is larger in investment than saving. When you are investing, you can't say that you can get a return for that, there is lot of investment out there that lead to losing, not only on crypto but on different financial related investment (even non-crypto).

What I notice is only in crypto you can get huge returns and loss a huge also since the volatility is huge. Just always think that there is no 100% safe investment in this world.
6446  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Main Club Partner of Watford FC ⚽ Fun. 🏀 Fast. 🎾 Fair. 🏆 on: June 30, 2019, 10:06:52 AM
I want to ask how the odds work? Because I got curious about the odds of Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman (boxing)

-Why the odds spike too huge changes? It is normal?
When there's a big movement in the odds it means most sports bettors are putting their money on a team or player. Sometimes there could be an injury on a player that causes these movements. It's normal to see the odds in this match move towards Pacquiao since he has more fights recently than Thurman.
Thanks, there's could be major effects on the other side, like negative event happened to Keith Thurman that's why the odds spiked.
I'm just curious this since this is my first time encountered this (not only on boxing), the odds spiked too much for me.
6447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is XLM so out of flavour? on: June 30, 2019, 12:36:35 AM
Stellar is pure shitcoin, as I remember, Stellar(XLM) is the fork of XRP before right? Since I don't like XRP and I believe that XRP is also a shitcoin.
There's a lot of shitcoin now that has still huge market cap, most of them are just pumps and dumps, manipulation at its finest, even XRP and Stellar.
Becareful holding these kind of coins, especially Steller(XLM).
6448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Unconfirmed Bitcoin Transactions for 48 hours already!!! on: June 28, 2019, 10:11:44 AM

You just got unlucky!
Really really unlucky!!

You've sent your transaction when the mempool was quite empty and normally the tx would be accepted but just then a wave of transactions hit the chain, see the red circle.
~snip
Thanks for the graph, I want to ask some questions about what will happen those unconfirmed transactions around 1-6 satoshi/byte or more than that area, that is still unconfirmed?

Are those transactions will get confirm or will be back to every wallet of the sender? Like the transaction will fail since the transaction fees are too low. Is something like that? or they will wait until the transaction fees will drop around 1-6 satoshi per byte?
6449  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino investment - how to calculate ROI? on: June 28, 2019, 09:48:44 AM
Can you share how can you invest in such a casino? Like how it works and how risky it is?
Are you investing in their bankrolls? I would love to hear that, thank you so much.

I've been interested in investing in the casino since I have read some articles and posts here that it is much better to invest in the casino's bankrolls than gambling.

6451  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Lost order at bestmixer on: June 28, 2019, 08:04:04 AM
I think you fall on the scam/phishing website which is
Code:
bestmixer.biz
which the original website of bestmixer before was
Code:
 bestmixer.io
but it is already down now since the bestmixer was seized.

I think you can't get back your bitcoins now, the link you provided was fake, since the original bestmixer.io already seized ( I don't know if bestmixer already up again ). I'm sorry for your lost.
You can read more about the seizure of bestmixer here: https://www.fiod.nl/the-fiod-and-the-public-prosecution-service-take-money-laundering-machine-for-cryptocurrencies-offline/

6453  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman on July 20 on: June 28, 2019, 03:48:34 AM
I dont want to start any rumors but maybe someone in taking illegal doping  Lips sealed

In a bit of a puzzling move, the Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency (VADA) won’t be handling drug testing for Manny Pacquiao’s July 20th bout with Keith Thurman.
https://www.badlefthook.com/2019/6/24/18715849/pacquiao-vs-thurman-drug-testing-nevada-commission-not-vada-fox-pbc-boxing

Btw, in that news, on which side could have a negative effect? On Manny Pacquiao or on Keith Thurman?

You guys this could be the reason why the odds of Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman fight did decrease?
Like, the odds of Manny Pacquiao almost the same now with Kieth Thurman.

For what I believe, there is still much reason why that happens.
6454  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin transaction on: June 28, 2019, 02:22:45 AM
There are no cons.
How about when I am having a lot of addresses with unspent small btc amount there, and I will just make one transaction, then expect that the number of inputs will increase, just like what @RapTarX said below.
- So, the transaction size in bytes will increase too right? Then it still okay to use a low satoshi/byte fee even the txn size is big?
This is not a con for that case?

Thanks, I just read the thread of LoyceV, it's much clearer to me now.

They can also know that if you use one single exchange address or something similar. If that's a problem for you, you might want to use coinjoin or use a good mixer before you consolidate or send your Bitcoins from those address. CMIIW.
Thanks for that, but I'm a little bit concern or curious how the fees calculated on every transaction.

~snip
bitmover has linked a thread, when fee is lower, you can combine all the input into a single one. In that way, you can avoid the extra fee for more inputs.
Thanks for the very detailed explanation, I really appreciated it, easy to understand.

But when I did this, does the still the same if I will combine all input into single one address of the same wallet? than sending those input to another wallet address?

Weeks ago, my transaction confirmed after three or four days. It's cool.
What is the total size in bytes of your transaction before and how many sat/byte you set for the fee?
6455  Other / Beginners & Help / Bitcoin transaction on: June 28, 2019, 12:43:28 AM
I have a few questions about the transaction for Bitcoin.

I have this x Hierarchical Deterministic wallet, then that x wallet, after I receive a bitcoin, I am changing/automatically changing my receiving address to another again and will use that new address to receive another bitcoin.

For example.
After those many transactions from multiple receiving addresses, I decided to send all my bitcoin from my x wallet to another wallet.
So, my total input in a transaction are all the addresses that still have unspent bitcoins.

My questions are:
1.) What are the pros/cons of changing my receiving address for every time I receive a bitcoin to my Hierarchical Deterministic wallet?

2.) I also noticed that if you have much input in one transaction, the transaction size gets bigger, then it requires some huge fee to confirm my transaction.(Let's say my example transaction above is executed).
       - How can I prevent or solve this problem (having a huge fee)?
6456  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: free / low cost exchange on: June 27, 2019, 09:15:15 PM
If an exchange says there is no fee then you should not trust them because it is not a free service, they also need to spend money for running and promoting their webiste so there is nothing wrong in collecting the fee but you can try binance if you want to reduce fee.
But there are some exchanges who started with some discounted or zero trading fees. Especially some exchanges with promo, like 1 week or more promo with no trading fees.
There are also exchanges that if they want to promote their exchanges, like for the first weeks/months they will not charge all traders on their platform for trading fees. And also there are some exchanges that you can get fewer fees when you have some holding of their coin, like Binance.
6457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's bitcoin worst case scenario if Libra will be successful? on: June 27, 2019, 08:51:23 PM
Their aim is introduce some kind of alternative(like Libra) and ban the bitcoin and other crypto-currencies
That is possible, but Libra and Bitcoin are totally different so there's no way we can compare Bitcoin to Libra, but if that's the case, we can't force them not to ban Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is just being decentralized, and a better store of value for me. We should also appreciate the existence of Libra like there are many people introduce to cryptocurrency since Libra and people will notice Bitcoin.

Just want to ask you people who are sharing your different strategy on gambling.

What if all of your strategies sharing here will know by some gamblers also?

Like they already have an idea of what is the most strategies use of people. They can make some advantage on that since you shared your strategy then they can anti your strategy or they will against you since they know the strategy.

6460  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 27, 2019, 07:48:41 AM
What's up!
Grabing intense si Bitcoin last week, we almost hit $14,000 in just around 5 days since $10,000.
But now, if we zoom in, we can see a correction or pullback which for me is very healthy para sa Bitcoin, walang mahabang mga wick.

This 1 hour time frame chart, acting minor support now is around $11,900 para sa akin, at once mag close tayo below that I can see a $11,000 and the worst is $9,000. Pero sana wag naman, let's see.

I will just buy the dip soon and planning to convert some of my fiat to BTC once makakita ako ng good buy opportunity.
