I just want to know why they are telling me and others that I'm welcome back when clearly...I'm not.  Does that make sense to you?
What does not make sense is why you  keep wasting your time. You don't want to play here and they banned you. So long.
To play at Betcoin you have to take the good with the bad or else you will be upset many times when dealing with support. So if you can't handle it is better for you to walk away and forget the whole thing. You are not going to change anything one bit.

You think I'm wasting my time.

You want me to just give up because there's nothing left for me to gain personally.

You think players at Betcoin should just accept the "bad" because it's not worth getting upset with how support treats them.

Hopefully I can prove you wrong (except for the personally gaining) . Check back in a month or two - maybe you'll be surprised.

Don't be foolish. They are content in growing at a snail pace, and sometimes regressing, or else they would have made some changes a long time ago. Nobody has been able to change the way they handle themselves or the way they do things and I seriously doubt that you can.

I don't think you're alone in your "we should just let Betcoin do whatever they want because standing up to them is a waste of time" mentality.

This is a big part of my motivation.

The withdraw button in wallet seems to be redirecting to wallet page.

I noticed that yesterday, and posted it in one of the other many betcoin threads.

If only there was a single venue for support issues where you didn't just get expediently ignored. Wink

We certainly appreciate the feedback and this seemed to be intermittent and should be working well now.  There is a single venue, on the support page www.betcoin.ag/support and in the live chat where we can get to the issues at hand promptly and keep a good record of them.

You responded to him last week.

It's painfully obvious what you're doing here...

Looks like they replied, edited, then deleted their response.

If plo8monster (the betcoin "pro") is around, Id LOVE for him to respond.

I clearly see why Betcoin does not want me to respond here.  In the words of a wise man:

Arguing with retards on the internet is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good you play the pigeon is going to knock over the pieces, crap on the board and strut around like he’s victorious.

Good luck to you all.

And to Betcoin, thanks for getting the table starter back up.  Much appreciated.

We will always be here for you.

Normally I would just ignore the pigeon btw...but not if the pigeon were running an online poker site unethically and going around paying people to tell others how trustworthy they were.

Now at BETCOIN POKER, ACR and the WPN!!!!

This doesn't even make sense.

Also, most of the tournaments you keep spamming are already over.

Why not simply post today and tomorrows schedule, with a reminder that the $1m Guar is coming up this Sunday?  It would be easier to digest and would be less obvious that you are just trying to bury legit player complaints.
6508  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetcoinPoker.com Betcoin.ag-Big Tourneys-BONUS-Freerolls, Ring Games, Real Poker on: December 04, 2015, 08:46:33 PM
I know you want back in because nobody in their right mind would waste this much time spamming unless they wanted to get back involved.  Perhaps you have friends you want to talk to there or miss playing the tournaments or whatever else you did there.  I can personally say that in chat I have seen people talk about you in a positive light and even seen a discussion led by Betcoin staff member asking how to bring you back in.  Examining these communications, they probably would welcome you back, but fear that you would spam their forum as much as you spam here.  Plus, if you don't intend to play there, why does it matter if you are banned or not? Personally, I am indifferent I see some good in the things you have mentioned but a lot of bad in your approach.  It definitely makes sense to me why you are banned.

I know you want back in because nobody in their right mind would waste this much time spamming unless they wanted to get back involved.

Even if this statement were true (it's not) - what proof do you have that I'm "in my right mind"?

Plus, if you don't intend to play there, why does it matter if you are banned or not?

It really doesn't matter very much to me that I'm banned.  I haven't asked to be unbanned and I've made it clear I never plan on playing there again.  Mid-October was the last time I played there, weeks before they they decided to ban me.

Do you really think they banned me because of the fact I was spamming or because they realized that I will continue to ask questions they dont want to answer- even after being ignored for weeks or months.  I will not give up and forget about it.

The reason I've been focusing on the single question lately...

Quote
Why do you keep telling me (and others) that I am welcome back and that you want to give me bonuses and answer my questions...then you just ignore me and leave account banned/ip blocked.

...is because I've realized that asking many questions at once can be confusing, and they use the "we don't understand" strategy.  With this simple question, it serves the purpose of asking a legitimate question and also provides a great example of Betcoin behaving unethically, their actions do not tell the same story as their words.

At this point, giving up and forgetting about all the scummy things Betcoin has done would only result in them being more confident than ever that they can do whatever the hell they want, regardless of ethics, without consequence.

Some of the most reputable people have spoken out against Betcoin after listening to what I had to say.  (Todd Witelles and Dooglus) I have have plenty more planned and plan on drawing as much attention to their behavior as I can.

I'm sorry you don't like my approach, but I honestly can't think of any other way.  I started off extremely polite and gracious with them.  Even when they started ignoring me.  After weeks I gradually got more and more aggressive to get their attention and will continue to do so.

If you have any suggestions on how to get them to respond, I'm willing to consider anything.

6509  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetcoinPoker.com Betcoin.ag-Big Tourneys-BONUS-Freerolls, Ring Games, Real Poker on: December 04, 2015, 04:43:04 PM
Please keep me updated on the table starter rakeback as I played yesterday and have become accustomed to it.

Also, I just had to comment on these twitchyseal postings because they are quite fascinating.  On the one hand he claims Betcoin is a fraud but on the other he is dying to get back onto the site and play!  If it's really a fraud why does he want to play on Betcoin so bad?  Lol, I have never seen anything like this before.  Perhaps by banning him you are doing a good deed in keeping away from his perceived fraud!

Get the table starter going again!  Thanks.

I don't intend to ever play on Betcoin again.

Why would you think otherwise?

I haven't even asked to be unbanned...

I just want to know why they are telling me and others that I'm welcome back when clearly...I'm not.  Does that make sense to you?

We would like to provide a bonus for you to come back in and enjoy the great community, but I guess we need to answer some questions you have?

You are welcome back TwitchySeal, but why would you want to come back if you continue to post that Betcoin is dishonest? Why would you want to play on a dishonest website?  Also, your spam on Betcoin, in the forums, in player chat was excessive and distracting taking away from our focus of continuing to build a better community for our great players.  We never want to block anybody, but we know you really don't think Betcoin is dishonesty and actually enjoy the Betcoin community and playing at Betcoin, your desire to comeback and your passionate posts show that.  Has everything been perfect at Betcoin?  Absolutely not, but we are very honest, we provide great value to our players and we will only get better.  Our staff continues to work very hard to improve Betcoin everyday and we are here for our great players anytime.

I asked a pretty simple question.

By the way, there was a segment about Betcoin on the weekly pokerfraudalert podcast last night!

Why did you change the schedule??

In this tourney official thread it was moved to Sunday (after its first edition held on Saturday) after talking about it and general consensus was for Sundays: now you moved tourney back to Saturday but can't find any discussion about it  Huh Huh Huh

May I know why you took this (bad in my opinion) decision?

Hey hopenotlate, here's a possible reason I posted in the other thread:

They are probably basing it on the turnout so far. The first Saturday there were 34 runners. The following week when it was held on Sunday there were only something like 21 players. And the one this last Sunday had around the same or less, I don't recall exactly. So even though many say they will show up on a certain day, it isn't necessarily the case.

A part of it could also be due to a lot of people playing in as many OSS V tournaments and satellites as they can right now. This Sunday will be a big day for that (and Saturday too prolly).

I can understand why they would change it. I was even one of the ones who suggested alternating days so as to allow those who could only play it on one of those days to participate every now and then. At the time I didn't know it was going to be a points series. I had also suggested alternating days to check the turnouts to see which day had the most participants and use that to determine which day would be better for most going forward.

Anyways, as for me, I have rugby every Saturday afternoon so other than holiday time, I won't be able to do Saturdays. But again, the numbers speak for themselves (and like I said, I can't recall the number who played last Sunday off the top of my head}.

Thanks for answering, would also like to read about it from betcoin.ag

Good feedback.  The reason it was changed is to assess and see what the highest player volume is for the tournament.  So far the Saturday date had the most registered entrants by far.  Of course, when it's on Saturday, some people say please have it on Sunday and when it's on Sunday other people are upset and want it on Saturday, therefore everyone can't be pleased.  We just want to provide the best opportunity for the most people to play in the tournament.

We appreciate the comments and responses.

Why are you ignoring me?

It's very rude and disrespectful!

Especially considering all that I've done to help!

For the record:  This is at least the 8th time Betcoin has opened some line of communication with me and...

- Made sure to let me know how much I've been helping them get new player signups.
-Told me I should be getting paid for all the effort.
-Asked me what my questions were, as if I'd never asked them before.
-Told me I was always welcome back, and that they didn't want to ban me
-Ignore my response and leave account/ip banned.
-Repeat

I don't.  I never said I did.  I've barely played since mid october after I provided evidence that I was not receiving the rakeback I was entitled to.  You've ignored the issue ever since (other than Betcoin William fucking with me)

Well, there are reasons to play on a dishonest site.  (like fast withdraws, low rake and limited alternatives) This is why I played on Betcoin as long as I did, and it's why some regulars have stuck around.

When you choose to ignore me, you leave me only two options.

A -Give up asking and go away

B- Repeat myself, maybe a little "louder"

I will continue to choose the second option.

Here are a couple examples of what I consider spam:

Do not confuse my passion for poker with passion for your dishonest site.

Anyway,  as soon as you are able to answer the one question above about telling me and others I'm welcome back while I'm still banned - we can move on to another question.  If the only way you will respond is one single simple thought at a time, that's fine.

Edit: GoGo has an excellent question as well.  I'm hoping this isn't overwhelming having two questions to answer though.  Remember, they are questions...not spam.

I guess there are 240 shills playing at Betcoin right now then which is more than last week and certainly more than the week before.  Also, I was asked to simply not respond to these posts and I agreed to so but had to point out one last thing.  If you have such a problem with Betcoin, why do you play there?

Because I need to make a living.  My mortgage needs to be paid and my family needs food to eat.  Unfortunately, I'm in a location with very limited options as far as online poker goes and Betcoin is the only way I can access the WPN network, which provides a ton of value for my online play.  As they've never fucked with my deposits or withdraws, and I know people who have made more than me who have never had a problem, I'm completely comfortable with their solvency and integrity on the financial end.  I just think they do a bad job on a lot of aspects of their business, specifically support.  And I'd like them to do a better job at it!  It would help me directly by giving me a smoother user experience and it'll help me long term by getting their business to grow and attract more recreational players.

The question I have is, why do you not have a problem with all of these things that people are pointing out that are very blatantly bad?  Are you not knowledgeable to understand why these things are a problem?  If so, educate yourself!  Are you just a troll?  If so, shame on you.  Honestly, those are the only two realistic possibilities, short of you not being a real player at all.

Also, what does ftwbtc1 really think he is accomplishing by making statements like this:

Quote
I guess there are 240 shills playing at Betcoin right now then which is more than last week and certainly more than the week before

Lets just pretend it's a true statement -

Is it anything other than an obvious attempt to silence those of us who have have an issue with how Betcoin conducts business?

Considering the following statements Betcoin has made to me, how possible is it that he is not a shill using the same pathetic strategy?

Let us know when Betcoin is able to make up 1% of WPN players.  That would be sign of decent growth.

The "look how awesome we are - you calling us out for being dishonest and unethical is making us so much $$$" argument is BS and barely worth acknowledging at this point.

You must be a shill or very thick to be defending it.

buy a fake ID for teenager ... less than 100 USD.
KYC is not a legal service that it has right to interfer in private fund.

You're right about KYC not being a legal service.

KYC is an abbreviation for "Know Your Customer"

Which doesn't keep using a Teenagers fake ID from being idiotic.
