Not only in crypto, but I think your principle is universal. Acquiring the basic foundations is always the start of any ventures or undertakings. In the fast developing technology of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, having the foundation is always a powerful tool.

I think there are other factors in ICO that review sites does not consider. So I think it is important that you do more research and analysis about the project.

Because I right away join ICOs once I see it has a good rating in ICO review sites. But I realize good rating doesnt necessarily equates to a successful investments. So it is really important that you do also some personal research about the ICO.

ICO is a good investment opportunity but recently coin values are much lower in exchange than when it was bought in ICO. There are so many ways to choose bounties that pay. Before, I always check website and whitepapers. But right now my first step I make before participating bounties is checking the track record of the bounty manager or mangement running it. There are some bounty managers who really see to it that their bounty participants are paid.

Altcoins will survive and will be here to stay for a long time. But maybe only a few of the thousands existing right now. Some altcoins right now are purely for hype that eventually will not sustain the industry in the long run.
