661  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTGA] CYPHER STAMP #20 on: March 04, 2021, 11:47:02 PM
The root problem with conventional currency is all the trust that's required to make it work. The central bank must be trusted not to debase the currency, but the history of fiat currencies is full of breaches of that trust. Banks must be trusted to hold our money and transfer it electronically, but they lend it out in waves of credit bubbles with barely a fraction in reserve. We have to trust them with our privacy, trust them not to let identity thieves drain our accounts.” Satoshi Nakamoto  That is so very true

  Haha!  CONGRATULATIONS BRO!
662  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTGA] CYPHER STAMP #20 on: March 04, 2021, 11:10:37 PM
Are we all talking about Bitcointalk usernames? Or am I the only one who is on the wrong track? Cheesy

About 2 weeks ago...i copied from the collectable section random names. So yes Bitcointalk names

so they have to be in "collectibles" up to almost 60 words that all match forum accounts - dunno about collectibles area though.

Guess whose name is on there? Cheesy

Yep...i just dropped the 30 names in the word generator word puzzle...if any others were created its only by coincidence. Gotta make you work harder for your stamp .just like the miners mining for bitcoin
663  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTGA] CYPHER STAMP #20 on: March 04, 2021, 11:02:43 PM
Damn thought this might be easier. Found 14 names so far.

I'm not sure if sideways counts aswell?!

I dont have answer sheet with me...but i think its

Down...Up ..Sideways..diagonal..reverse

Will need to check tomorrow

665  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Lealana BTC - How to find Public Address? on: March 02, 2021, 09:57:25 PM
I have bought lealana buyer funded coins directly from smoothie.
He provided all the addresses for the coins.
If address list is lost AND coin is not funded..your not going to find public key unless you reach out to previous owners or smoothie.
If coin is loaded..then enter firstbits on walletexplorer

If you peel holo...you will find the private key underneath.

So example redsn0w has posted.

So does the name become redsnow ? or redsnw

Thanks

I dont have list with me...but the only one or ones that might have had numbers are at the end of name iirc.
671  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Take my BTC from my Digital postage stamp challenge on: February 18, 2021, 01:18:01 AM
Can the name have a number? if yes, how do we account for that

thanks

There were names with numbers or a name with number from forum...but the numbers are not on word puzzle...just the name without number or numbers.
672  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Take my BTC from my Digital postage stamp challenge on: February 18, 2021, 12:04:39 AM

Ooof... that was a bit of a workout... but I eventually got there after a couple of "red herrings"... "found" 2 (!!?! Shocked) "extra" usernames Wink

Code:
-----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----
HCP - 2021/02/17
This is proof that I found the correct 20 user names
Congrats to whomever manages to sweep the prize!
-----BEGIN SIGNATURE-----

-----END BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----
verification

Really!  Now that is interesting...they must have been a coincidence as I only placed 20 names.

I am pretty upset this has been moved to gambling...there is no gambling herevand no money being made...if anything it is educational with a crypto stamp being ready to be swept.

I wrote to the moderator about this and why it was moved.

I am not happy at all that we are in gambling. Not sure I will continue after this one. If you are as upset as I...please reach out to moderators in collectables....i mean people host free raffles in there with no issue at all.
675  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Take my BTC from my Digital postage stamp challenge on: February 16, 2021, 10:51:01 PM
20 was easy, 30 wont be difficult either

Oh really! Easy you say....next one lets make it vertical...diagonal...horizontaly and backwards as well now. Cheesy

Is it not already,  "vertical...diagonal...horizontaly and backward"??

No backwards as far as I am aware
676  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Take my BTC from my Digital postage stamp challenge on: February 16, 2021, 10:05:55 PM

I know the password, but I didn't have any wallet installed on this phone, and now that I installed mycelyum they went ahead, haha, it was nice and fun to try.

Hmmm....be ready for another one soon...just need to make it a bit harder..too many smart people here! Wink

You can still try this one http://www.crypto-stamps.com/private3.html

    It has 0.02BTC

Was there any hints for this one or another post about it? Cheesy

Its been online since 2017 and never been cracked.

No hints as the password was created by me punching keyboard symbols randomly to create a ridiculously 100 plus pass word that will take millennia to crack.

Thats why i did this one today with a riddle.
