That's assuming they can keep paying the same dividends weekly for two years. That is a highly speculative position: they might take a two year hiatus to develop the next gen of chips (the saved coins) and have negligible mining revenue. Still, might strike "gold" though.

For the last 6 hours there has been no movement and the block chain is frozen at 4243. I assume this will clear up when it reaches the next 24 hour cycle and recalculates the difficulty.
Paccoin has only been out for 3 days and has already generated over 2 million coins in circulation. Difficulty as of 11-13-2013 is 7946.45825933 which is phenomenal.

updated prices - no blocks even with 70 MH in last 8 hours with so high difficulty

Instead of pre- / instamining, we now have coins without a compiled Windows-QT to make sure not too many people will mine it from the start.
