i agree that it is good to have time between website registration and announcement of project, but that could be different due to marketing purpose, name taking and similar things, constant development is the most important
i agree that MiracleTele and GoWithMe have development, and are not scams

ICO rating websites aren't all true on their jobs ,they sometimes get paid for rating from developers ,I won't rely on them if I were you , project listing in ICO rating websites or not doesn't state the fact that its not a scam project, there are some good signs that good projects used to have.
1) professional teams
They always have past histories of achievements ,this kind of teams will be able or capable to handle any fuck up wannabe that might show up when the production is on.
2) Are the teams who they claim to be?
I've came across projects when hunting for bounties that the teams are fake,the scammer used some kind of software to swap peoples faces off and merge another pic ,they name the teams any names they want. I detected by using picture search engines .
3) shady business
Some projects are liars in disguise, they aren't straight and careless about their investors ,keeping secrets and the most important one is they always work in the shadows ,anonymously, no office address ,no LinkedIn accounts ,no teams ,nothing
If a project is a real project then they won't have anything to hide ,they always tend to come out plain in the open

I don't know what the fate of IEO fundraising will be in the future ,no one knew that ICO would become an haven for scammer to take advantage of after the bullrun of 2017 ,I just hope IEO will last longer

The lucky ones are the ones that start investing in crypto since Jan 2019 especially those who invest in bitcoin then but those that invested in bitcoin and altcoins in Jan 2018 are still not been able to recover yet ,its really a pain to lose 90% of your money investing in crypto .

Lots of complain about bounty0x and bounty suite ,is either you get a too low rewards or they reduced the reward that's already a fixed price before the bounty ends ,I prefer bountyhive but bitcointalk forum is the best

Sounds like you did saw it coming ,we are already in bullish time but altcoins holders are kinda disappointed already since altcoins failed to rally like last bullrun,it seems we have too many altcoin holders in crypto space than that of bitcoin community

Coinmarketcap is aware of this scam accused about idax but I'm surprised they refused to unlist idax from cmc ,they said its not their call to delist them because idax met all their requirements ,I'm surprised

Altcoins like pundix ,btt ,hologen are still very cheap and they are very good altcoins that can easily make it to 0.25$ ,if you invest 500$ on each you won't regret in the future ,do your own research though

John McAfee is the only one that's been very supportive about altcoins future ,he believe that altcoins season will return even when others says altcoins won't stand a chance anymore ,I believe that altcoins will still be better someday and dogecoin is part of altcoins I'm holding

Its impossible for everyone to be a holder, there will always be some people buying and some selling, I used to make lotta mouth back in the days that I won't ever sell my bitcoin but I break that promise when Im in needy ,the fact is only those that are already very rich can hold bitcoin now for long term

Some IEO projects will be profitable than some ICO projects and some few ICO projects are profitable as well ,it depends on how good the project is and of course the teams ,if the teams are professionals it will help a lot

I hope people on here listen to your advice because many people have learning problems ,they find it hard to read and learn that's why many became scam victim

Its dangerous to sell off a good coin or token with potential just because you've hold for long ,you need to stay updated with the teams and make sure the teams are delivering what's stated on their roadmap before you can let go or you might end up making big mistake

This is very alarming ,any newbies that just come on here hoping to be lead by ranked members might actually be mislead ,this means that not all up ranked members knows what's right from what's wrong so my message to newbies is not to depend on any one on here either up ranked members or not ,let your first priority be to learn how cryptocurrency works them you will find your way
